This study aims to determine and evaluate the development of the planning process and the achievement of the work program carried out by Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa District, Jember Regency, East Java. The research design was qualitative research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. They were collected through interviews, field observations and document analysis. The results showed that first, the planning process in the village was done through hamlet meetings, village meetings and then the village development planning meeting which produced Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) and Local Government Work Plan (RKPD). The Regional Medium Term Development Plan is made for one period of leadership of the village head and there is a Village Regional Medium Term Development Plan for a three-year term. Furthermore, the Regional Medium Term Development Plan becomes the basis of the Local Government Work Plan which contains related budgets for one year. Second, the achievement of the program in Kemuning Lor village was almost 100% absorbed. In 2020, Kasun and Kesra died, resulting in Silpa. Due to the Covid-19, there was a budget reallocation for road construction reallocated into social assistance. Finally, the planning process in Kemuning Lor Village is in line with applicable regulations, namely Permendagri No. 114 of 2014. In sum, the implementation of government in Kemuning Lor Village is in line with the applicable regulations and it needs to be carried out consistently for future periods.

Two diseases that include Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) are diphtheria and tuberculosis. Both diseases have a large number of sufferers and can cause extraordinary events (KLB). One of the achievement indicators of infectious disease control and management programs is discovery. However, the limited number of medical analysts causes the discovery process (examination) long and subjective. To help with this problem, a bacillus identification system was created for early detection of Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI). This system is an implementation of computer vision. The data used are preparations of the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Corynebacterium diphtheriae obtained at Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan (BBLK) Surabaya. The parameters used are the area, perimeter and shape factor. The Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) method can classify and identify bacillus bacteria that cause acute respiratory infections with a training accuracy of 97% and a test accuracy of 86% with a learning rate of 0.01 and a reduced learning rate of 0.25.

Economic development efforts, especially in the region, aim to increase regional communities' number and type of employment opportunities. Both of which are not passive and merely support the overall economic development process even must be placed in the actual position as a critical, dynamic, and decisive element in the overall development strategy. This regional development strategy that relies on local resources is known as the concept of local economic development. This agribusiness/agroindustry-based local economic development strategy was developed in a sample of nuances of agricultural areas. That has potential in the planning of agrotourism areas in Jember Regency, East Java. This research is an advanced study that aims to analyze internal and external factors affecting local economic development and find suitable strategic alternatives to implement. This research was also conducted to develop theoretical models of regional economic development. The findings of this study show alternative strategies for local economic development to create resilient and sustainable economic growth.

The COVID19 pandemic began to assault the Japanese archipelago in January, 2020. In educational fields, school lessons were suspended to prevent the spread of the Corona virus infection under a state of emergency, declared by the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, in the Spring of 2020. Initially, schools had to change face to face lessons to assignments, or self-study by the students. Teachers gave lesson handouts for the students from February to March, in 2020. The Japanese government hoped public schools would make good use of computers to support good educational outcomes. This paper aims at reporting on the current educational situation for Information Communication Technology (ICT) under the Corona virus pandemic, for metropolitan Tokyo in Japan, from the January of 2020 to August 2021. This paper discusses how much the busiest teachers in the world utilize ICT for lessons in one of the world’s most developed countries, Japan, despite Japanese teachers already working the longest hours per week of any country.

Stunting is a major health problem that has been identified as one of the risk factors for poor physical and mental development among children under-five years. Lempeni is one of the villages in East Java, Indonesia with a stunting prevalence of 35%. One of the ways to overcome stunting is by conducting nutrition education. Considering the importance of nutrition education, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of nutrition education on the nutritional knowledge of mothers with children under-five years in Lempeni Village, Indonesia. This was a quasi-experiment with no control group. The study was undertaken among 8 mothers selected purposively. Nutrition education was carried out by giving a lecture using power points and combined with a demonstration on how to detect stunting and make complementary foods. Nutrition knowledge scores before and after the intervention were analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The mean of the mothers' knowledge score before intervention (pretest) was 18.5±1.512 while the mothers' knowledge score after intervention (posttest) was 19.63±1.506. The nutrition knowledge scores were significantly higher in the posttest than the pretest after receiving nutrition education (p<0.05). According to the results, nutrition education had a positive impact on the nutrition knowledge of mothers with children under five years old. It can be concluded that nutrition education was effective in increasing the mothers' knowledge

The lazy economy era can support agro-educational tourism for dairy to engage millennial consumers through dairy products. Agro tourism has become an alternative to developing a dairy business. The tourism sector has become a market trend in the leisure economy strategy as a stimulator for economic development in rural areas. Brand has become a major concern for millennial consumers, and it can influence consumer psychology regarding purchasing decisions for agricultural products. It was changed when a pandemic caused a mega shift due to the changing purchasing power of society, especially the assessment of brands. Producers have been unable to rebrand because it has been difficult to understand the characteristics of millennial consumers who are disloyal and the changes in purchasing power during the leisure economics era, so this research aims to synthesize brand equity in the millennial era through meta-analysis with 7 studies published from 2015-2020 (era business-defined IT in 2015). This analysis helped researchers build many kinds of information from several pieces of research that were in line with brand behaviour. It would be a contribution for producers to review consumer behaviour when facing uncertainty. Based on the synthesis results from 7 studies, it is clear that Indonesian millenial consumers have the same perspective on determining purchasing decisions through brand equity. Producers should adapt to adjusting consumer needs based o n social experience as the main element in the mega-shifting phase to obtain market segmentation in accordance with new market trends in order to engage millennial consumers during the sudden shift in economics.Producers should ma ke a brand strategy in this challenging time through empathy, authenticity, and credibility approaches to local products of agrotourism as a developing dairy business..
