Cayenne pepper is an important horticultural crop in Ponorogo Regency based on its large contribution in increasing the Gross Regional Domestic Product. The harvested area of cayenne pepper in Ponorogo Regency fluctuates, mainly due to harvesting activities that are not simultaneous and the occurrence of flooding in several areas which has eroded the harvested area. These things eventually lead to price fluctuations. The purpose of this research was to determine the sustainability status of cayenne pepper agribusiness and to formulate policies for the development of cayenne pepper commodities. This study uses the Multidimensional Scaling method based on an assessment of 5 dimensions, namely ecological, economic, social, technological and institutional dimensions. The results showed that the cayenne pepper agribusiness in Ponorogo Regency was categorized as "quite sustainable" with a sustainability index value of 56.08. This shows that the cayenne pepper commodity has the potential to be developed in the future. The sustainability status of the ecological, technological, and institutional dimensions is in the “quite sustainable” category, while the economic and social dimensions are in the “less sustainable” category. The development of cayenne pepper agribusiness in Ponorogo Regency can be achieved through increasing the performance of sensitive attributes in each dimension.

The notion of Ecological Linguistics is not new and has been discussed many decades ago. However, its theoretical construction is still open-ended and its implication to practical areas, such as the language pedagogies, calls for more studies either theoretical, empirical, or experiential. This paper is written to sustain the open-ended discussion and elaborate on some important works which contribute to strengthening the theory and reframing the Language Education practices. It firstly discusses different lenses in understanding language from the simple one to the most complex assumption; the ecological view. It then continues with the overview of how the word “ecology” has been used in Applied Linguistics and called for the new area called Ecolinguistics, what are its strands and prospect for future studies in the field, and what are possible implications for language teaching practices, including those of English as a Foreign Language (EFL). In conclusion, despite the ongoing snapshot of Ecolinguistics, this paper recognizes its visionary and transformative influence on language theories development and language education practices.

The interaction between humans and computers has entered a new phase, where modern humans can no longer be separated from computers in their daily lives. This interaction raises a new topic of discussion, namely HumanComputer Interaction (HCI). HCI is the intersection of cultural, social, cognitive, and aesthetic with computing and information technology. It covers a large number of problems, theories, technologies, designs, tools, environments, and human experiences in knowledge work, leisure and leisure activities, teaching and learning, and the anthology of everyday life. This study aimed to develop Eye Tracking Usability Testing System Development Using User-Centered Design Analysis Method. This study used a Tobii Eye Tracking sensor which was extracted and used as input to the GOM method. The results of this study were applications that could analyze the quality of interaction from users to website applications with a reading accuracy rate of 88%, especially in service applications, so that they could be used to make application improvements to improve services.

Stroke is the second leading cause of death and the third disability in the world. Basic health research in Indonesia in the last 12 years shows that the prevalence of stroke is still high. A stroke occurs when a blood vessel in the brain is blocked or bursts, so that part of the brain does not get a blood supply and leads to cell death. A patient can avoid death but can still have the risk of experiencing a permanent or temporary disability that affects their productivity. One of the signs of disability in stroke patients is a change in muscle tone. The socioeconomic impact of stroke on a country is so enormous that it needs serious attention both in prevention and treatment. This review aimed to find out and review the development of research related to stroke, especially regarding risk factors, clinical manifestations, and muscle spasticity in post-stroke patients. Article writing was done by summarizing and analyzing the muscle tone of post-stroke patients. The sources of literature were from national and international journal providers by using the keywords "stroke risk factor, "stroke clinical feature", and "muscle tone related to post-stroke spasticity". This review concluded that there is an increase in muscle tone in post-stroke patients that causes muscle spasticity. This increased muscle tone can also be a sign of suboptimal therapy in stroke patients. It is hoped that there will be a wearable device developed to detect muscle tone that is concise and easy to use by the therapist or the patient's family.

The role of agricultural development is increasingly visible from the ability of the agricultural sector to contribute to Indonesia's income, including in the absorption of labor. The development of human resource aspects in the agricultural sector is key in the long-term development of the agricultural sector. Increasing the capacity of women as an important part of human resources in the agricultural sector has not yet been implemented optimally. Various efforts made to improve access to information as a means of acquiring knowledge for farmers still do not involve many women in it. The role of women in the agricultural sector is undeniable. The push for gender equality itself provides space for women to be more involved in the economy, both in terms of quantity and quality. This research aimed to determine the characteristics of women farmers and to identify women's participation in household economic activities in the agricultural sector, especially Kemuning Lor Village, Jember Regency. Based on the results, it was known that the participation rate of women in playing a role in supporting the family economy was 64%. As many as 25% of the female population who worked in agriculture were landowners/farmers. Then as many as 6% of the female population worked as odd farm laborers, 12% as coffee farmers, 18% as sugarcane workers, 14% as workers in the non-formal sector such as tailors, selling food, stalls. The partial test showed that the most influential variable for working women was income with Exp(B) of 629,876 meaning that the higher the wife's income, the higher the tendency of women to work.

Gender issues in the pattern of nutritional fulfillment for mothers/pregnant mothers and children/toddlers are one of the causes of stunting. Gender equality in terms of fulfilling the nutrition of family members is one way to overcome stunting in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the practice of gender equality in eating habits in families with normal, malnourished, and stunted under-fives. This research is an explanatory survey with a case control study design with a case study in Kemuning Lor Village. The research sample was divided into two case samples, namely 29 severely malnourished and stunted toddlers and 29 control samples (normal nutrition toddlers) obtained from a 1:1 comparison of cases with controls. The sampling technique uses quota sampling. The results of the chi square test obtained a Pearson chi square value of 6.891 with ap value of 0.032 meaning that there are differences in the practice of gender equality in eating habits in families of children under five with normal nutrition, malnutrition, and stunting. The percentage of families with normal nutritional status under five who have good gender equality practices (69%) is greater than that of families with less gender equality (31%). The percentage of families with poor nutritional status who have less gender equality practices (71.4%) is greater than families that have good gender equality (28.6%). Meanwhile, the percentage of families with stunting toddlers is more that has good gender equality practices (66.7%) compared to families that have less gender equality practices (33.3%). A suggestion is providing food according to the tastes or preferences of family members to improve eating habits.

This study aims to identify the implementation of reallocation of village funds during the covid 19 pandemics. This study uses qualitative descriptive research by conducting interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The study results show that, in general, the implementation of the reallocation of the use of village funds in Panggungrejo Village is divided into two, namely for assistance and handling of covid 19. The scheme for using village funds is by Minister of Finance Regulation No. 222/PMK.07/2020 concerning the management of village funds. The covid pandemic presents a dilemma for the village head and village officials because, of course, this pandemic impacts all the people, regardless of the lower middle class or the upper-middle class. The distribution of aid is pursued by the indicators of those who are entitled to receive assistance. Different indicators for each service provided make it difficult to determine who is entitled to the Village Fund Direct Assistance (BLT-DD) because many people have received other aid.

An important aspect that must be considered in a building design is that apart from being able to use it according to its function and level of strength, it is also necessary to pay attention to the safety aspect against fire hazards. This aspect is very important, considering that there has been an increase in cases of fires in public buildings. This study aims to evaluate the conditions and safety of facilities in buildings against fire hazards. Data collection is done by surveying the existing condition of the building. This study aims to determine and evaluate the reliability and application of fire protection systems in the laboratory building of the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Soedirman University. Method data processing using quantitative methods to measure the value of system reliability building safety (NKSKB) against fire hazards based on the manual (pd-T-11-2005-C). The results showed that the NKSKB was 84.29%. Based on the National Fire Protection Association standards and the Regulation of Minister of Public Works No. 26/PRT/M/2008 concerning Technical Guidelines for Preparation of Master Plans Fire Protection System, shows that the fire protection system and building reliability against fire are in good category (B).
