During the Covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities in all programs, including English Language Teaching (ELT), have experienced a significant transformation. Face-to-face or onsite activities of ELT in all levels, especially higher education are shifted into online activities in which synchronous and asynchronous electronic language learning activities are involved. This phenomenon leads to the emergence of various research conducted to explore the synchronous and asynchronous online teaching and learning activities in the pandemic era. However, the use of synchronous and asynchronous activities in Interpreting courses has received little attention. As a result, the purpose of this research is to characterize how students perceive the combination of synchronous and asynchronous activities in an Interpreting course. To reach the aim, a case study that employs a questionnaire and an open-ended interview is conducted in English Study Program Politeknik Negeri Jember. The participants were the sixth-semester students of the English Study Program, Language Department, Politeknik Negeri Jember who were taking an Interpreting Course in the Academic Year 2020/2021. The results indicate that the students have positive views toward the combination of synchronous and asynchronous activities in the Interpreting course and that the combination of synchronous and asynchronous activities in the Interpreting course's remote learning seem to help students to increase their confidence in doing English interpreting. Thus, the results of this study shows that synchronous and asynchronous online activities cannot be set apart since they complement one another. Teachers should precisely design their teaching instructions and set the suitable online modes, either synchronous or asynchronous, based on the learning objectives and the students’ level.

Current anthropometric measurements at Community Health Centers (CHC) by cadres and health workers in Indonesia are not completely accurate. This inaccuracy is influenced by errors when measuring, determining the age, the accuracy of cadres, and non-standard anthropometric measuring instruments. For this reason, it is necessary to design a more practical anthropometric detection tool of children's nutritional status for health practitioners and cadres, reducing the risk of mal diagnostic due to human error. It is very important to help the CHC for examination anthropometric measuring. The development life cycle system (DLCS) method, which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and management applied to system design. This instrument was expected to be a standard solution for measuring the nutrition status of Indonesian children that was still conducted manually and separately. The design began with the identification of the child's weight and height, calibration and analysis of the function of the sensor, then the design process of the measuring instrument. At the trial stage, the data were displayed on the LCD. This series of activities used the Arduino nano R3, then data were sent to Bluetooth, and forwarded to the Android system. This study produced a detection system for children's nutritional status using body length/ age, weight/height, and bodyweight/age parameters. This android system produced nutritional status categories, namely normal, stunted, wasted, and underweight.

The Jember Regency Government, across sectors, across programs, and the community will synergize in a massive movement to accelerate stunting reduction down to the village level. The prevalence of stunting over the last 10 years shows no significant change, therefore stunting needs to be addressed immediately. In line with the strategic efforts made by the Ministry of Health and departing from the stunting problem in Jember Regency, researchers developed a smart mobile-based application that can monitor and map stunting for toddlers in Jember. The research method uses an expert system development model ESDLC (Expert System Development Life Cycle) and to accommodate the uncertainty of thought (inexact reasoning) from an expert using the certainty factor method. The development of this smart application makes it easier to monitor the growth and development of toddlers for health cadres and parents of babies, can map stunting in infants in Jember and accelerate the distribution of information between related parties.

The decrease in the percentage of children under five who experience stunting in Indonesia did not meet the minimum standards set by the World Health Organization. Jember Regency had a proportion value of concise nutritional status (malnutrition) which was still higher than the average value of other regencies in East Java Province. The technology proposed in this study is developing technology in geographic information systems to detect malnutrition in toddlers. The design sprint and scrum methods were used as the method of software development. The detection of malnutrition was known by calculating the z-score values of the toddler’s weight and height. The implementation results were evaluated using two test methods, namely Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The result of this study is a system that can visualize stunting cases that occur in the form of geographic maps. At the same time, the evaluation results of this system obtained a value of 4.47 based on aspects or criteria related to the users of this application. The implementation of a method in the classification of stunting data can be considered as future system

Living in society could not be separated from religion. The fact that religions can create the culture of a nation shows that religions possess an influence that cannot be ignored. Besides, there are also social conflicts that occurred due to religious matters. Those religious conflicts have raised scepticism for the possibility of building a peaceful interreligious dialogue. Therefore, this paper aims to explain the role of religions on politics, economics, and social class in society, as a bridge for inter-religious dialogue. This research used a literature study and phenomenological approach as the methods. The results show that there are similar views among the religions to see their role in politics, economics, and social class. Those common grounds could be used to build the bridge for a peaceful inter-religious dialogue. However, the existence of radical fundamentalists should be well controlled to support the bridge construction. Thus, the conclusion is that it is possible to have an inter-religious dialogue using their role on political, economics, and social class as the topics to be discussed, unless the religious fundamentalist's activity is not well controlled.

One of the efforts to reduce morbidity and mortality in infants and toddlers is to use the MTBS approach. The approach is carried out in an integrated manner that focuses on the overall health of children. To reduce mortality, disease, disability, increase the growth and development of children under the age of five. MTBS is an integrated approach in the management of sick infants and toddlers who come for treatment at outpatient facilities in basic health services. MTBS includes preventive and curative elements carried out by families and communities as well as health facilities. The overall use of the MTBS chart can speed up case findings so that it is appropriate in handling sick toddlers and can reduce under-five mortality. However, the implementation of MTBS at the Public health centre is still not optimal. Health workers do not fully implement the MTBS chart during service. MTBS is still difficult to implement manually. Health workers need a system that can speed up the detection of sick toddlers. This study will create an android and web-based application that can detect sick toddlers, provide action and treatment, as well as community-based consultations. Researchers created the SmartMOM application for screening sick toddlers. The system is designed to help health workers take action as early as possible so that patients get help quickly. The research will carry out the process of designing a prototype design for the Android and web-based SmartMOM application. The application is adapted to the MTBS chart and user needs.
