The current era of digitalization encourages local governments to be more responsive in providing quality services. The phenomenon that occurs today, people begin to need efficient and effective services, one of which is through smartphone applications. This research aims to analyze complaint services through the Pro Denpasar Plus application through the concept of e-service. Denpasar city voters as the object of study is an innovation made in presenting application-based complaints, where not many other areas have done so. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This study uses secondary data through the study of literature, media, and documents. The data were analyzed using indicators in the concept of e-service quality from Zeithaml's thinking, namely efficiency, reliability, fulfilment and privacy. The results showed that not yet optimal of the reliability indicators. That is because only some people use that Application. The next indicator that is still not optimal in the Denpasar Pro Application, namely fulfilment. The condition occurs because of the large number of complaints in various fields, so the accuracy of the service becomes less appropriate. Meanwhile, bias efficiency indicators are said to be good in terms of ease in accessing the Pro Denpasar Plus application as well as the information displayed is good. The last indicator is privacy, which, based on the findings, shows that features ensure the confidentiality of the public who make complaints.

Cyberbullying is said to be a way of bullying in cyberspace, especially on social media. And the perpetrators are urban teenagers because of technological advances. Cyberbullying occurs because of the convenience in cyberspace, but in Indonesia, this case is still underestimated. Using Henry Tafjel's theory of social identity, there are three theories of social identification, social categorization, and social comparison. The methodology used is qualitative, with a descriptive research type and a genomerology paradigm. The informants used two teenagers, with the type of informant above 17 years old and under 20 years old living in Surabaya. This research was conducted in Surabaya which was selected by snowball. Collecting data using inductive interviews and literature study. While the data analysis techniques used transcripts, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding.

Family efforts in the recovery of stunting in Jember are increasingly under pressure during the Covid19 pandemic. Knowledge in food, personal hygiene, education, and the role of local institutions contribute to the family, especially the empowerment of mothers with stunting children. Their empowerment will have an impact on the ability of childcare in dealing with stunting. Stunting recovery efforts need to be accompanied by sensitive nutritional interventions leading to the mothers and strengthening coping mechanisms. Poverty and deprivation are some of the reasons why mothers feel low-quality food is cheap. On the other hand, there are potential local foods in Jember that have not been utilized. The purpose of this study was to determine several main activities that could be used as a framework for community-based maternal empowerment activities in stunting recovery. This research method used quantitative and qualitative approaches. Description of local food sources and their processing, demographics, and maternal behavior, was carried out through focus group discussion activities involving key stakeholders. The findings of this study were necessary efforts to strengthen the management of stunting handling and promotion of stunting recovery through local information media. The implication of such activities was the need to improve institutional coordination and strengthen the participation of all components of rural communities.

There would be long efforts done by the government to eliminate gender inequality in education. These efforts emphasize on building positive images on female and male representations, particularly on the textbook. However, this paper examined that in the ELT textbooks are still inculcated with the representation of gender biased. The gender inequality can be portrayed in several ways, including (1) gender stereotyping, (2) quantitative imbalance, and (3) male firstness. This form of gender inequality emerged in the form of visual artifacts. The visual artifacts refer to pictures which illustrate the theme discussed (e.g. a cooking mother, business man). The existence of gender biased and stereotypical representation in the textbook shows the facts that gender inequality really happens. It is suggested then that the government help the textbook developer to promote gender equality through the use of textbooks.

Dragon fruit is a leading horticultural commodity that has good prospects for development in Banyuwangi Regency considering that dragon fruit agribusiness is very profitable and market demand is quite high. The problem of limited maintenance management and the weakness of the marketing institutional system has resulted in the non-optimal development of dragon fruit agribusiness. This study aims to analyze and develop a structured policy scenario related to dragon fruit agribusiness. The research method used is a multi-criteria policy method with aspects of scenarios, policies, criteria and actions. The results of the policy analysis of dragon fruit agribusiness development indicate the need for implementing policies from the farmer's point of view, namely (1) developing farmer responses to new technologies and increasing marketing reach, (2) stabilizing selling prices, and (3) diversifying the dragon fruit industry. From the government's point of view, these are (1) increasing the role of agricultural extension centers and improving irrigation networks, (2) increasing cooperation between local governments, PLN and farmer groups, and (3) increasing marketing facilities. The implication is that the development of dragon fruit agribusiness in Banyuwangi Regency through increased participation of farmers and agricultural extension centers will have an impact on increasing the status of sustainability.

The growth of technology in the last few decades has made the church opts for technology to comply with the social distancing policy during the Covid-19 pandemic that forbids worshipping on-site. Technology allows churches to worship, conduct church events, and have fellowship online. That situation leads to the ongoing theological discussion on the possibilities of having a virtual sacred space for the people of God to experience His presence. This topic has sparked a growing interest among theologians and since this topic connects faith issues and technology, it might open further interdisciplinary discussions among scholars from various expertise. This paper argues that to join and contribute to the discussion, the topic of sacred space for worship should be addressed theologically. From a systematic theology point of view, this paper attempts to elaborate that there is a wide opened possibility for Christians to worship through a virtual sacred space. That position does not mean that this article advocates uncritical usages of the internet; it rather affirms that while the internet could be used for devastating negative causes, it could still also be used for the glory of God. Since there is nothing in the creation that God could not consecrate for His sacred purpose, there is no legitimate theological reason to invalidate the possibility of a virtual sacred space.

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the breeding business developed by TEFA Breeding and Hatchery at the Jember State Polytechnic and determine the most appropriate strategy to implement. Strengths and weaknesses are evaluated from internal teaching factory factors, while opportunities and threats are evaluated from external factors that affect the livestock. These factors were then analyzed using the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) matrix. The results showed that there was a constant increase in the demand for DOC and no other substitutes had a significant effect. So this condition was identified as an opportunity in the livestock business. Meanwhile, the varying DOC prices are a threat. Meanwhile, the internal factor that most influences strategic planning is the imperfect production flow for larger production capacity. As a result of the SWOT analysis, several strategies can be implemented in a future implementation, namely increasing genetic quality and product quantity. It was hoped that DOC sales would continue to increase. In addition to improving product quality and quantity, another strategy that was expected to be implemented was to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as effectively and efficiently as possible.
