East Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that reached the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) of 89.81/100,000 live births in 2019. This number is still above the SDG's target of 70/100,000 KH. Jember Regency is included in the top 5 regions with the highest MMR (133.4/100,000 live births). The Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in East Java also tended t o stagnate in 2018 and 2019 (23/1,000 KH) and was above the SDG's target (12/1,000 KH). The maternal and infant h ealth data at Electronic Posyandu (E-Posyandu) can be used as information for early detection of risk factors for mater nal and infant mortality. This research aimed to analyze the effect of training on improving the competence of cadres i n the use of E-Posyandu. There were 10 cadres in Posyandu Manggis 15, 15A, and 18, Kemuning Lor Village, Jember Regency as respondents. The research was conducted in August 2021 and the sample was set at 10 cadres. The results showed that the average score of the posttest reached > 60 points. It showed that most cadres had good knowledge and competence in using E-posyandu. The training could improve the participants’ knowledge and attitudes. This means th at they could receive the message that the resource person wanted to convey.

Tobacco farming plays a strategic role in Jember district. It gives multidimensional impacts on various other businesses and has a positive economic impact on the district. However, the Government policy has consistently made efforts to reduce smoking and increase the health of society. This policy gives an impact on tobacco farming until currently. These conditions encourage innovations on tobacco derivative products as a conceptualization of creative agribusiness beyond the farm businesses. This study aims to determine the purpose and direction of activities in the development of agrotourism as non-smoking tobacco derivative products in Jember. The research method uses a qualitative approach. In the first phase, in-depth literature studies and open interviews were conducted to obtain goals and directions in the development of non-smoking tobacco derivative products. The results were analyzed by using a geometric mean. The analysis result shows that the goal of maintaining the sustainability of tobacco agribusiness is an important direction in the development of agrotourism as a non-smoking tobacco derivative product. Sustainability needs to be supported by efforts to increase the income and welfare of farmers and families, increase the empowerment of tobacco farmers and their families, and maintain the sustainability of local and indigenous communities in tobacco agribusiness.

This research is motivated by the existence of students who experience low self-confidence in expressing opinions during discussion forums in class so that it has an impact on their lessons at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the students' confidence in expressing their opinions at SMA Negeri 1 Pademawu (a senior high school). This study uses a qualitative approach. Sources of data were obtained by interviews and observations. The type of interview used is unstructured interview while the type of observation used is the participant and non-participant observation. The research subjects are students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pademawu. The results of this study indicate that the factors that affect students' confidence in expressing opinions are internal from innate or genes because of one parent who has the same nature so that it can be passed on to their children. And also to increase students' confidence in expressing opinions, namely the cognitive restructuring method to change negative thinking patterns into positive ones.

Technology in language teaching has been one of the most pivotal aspects in English Language Teaching (ELT) for decades. Many studies reveal considerable benefits of utilizing ICT in the teaching and learning process, especially when conducting remote teaching. This study focuses on analyzing students' descriptions about their experiences in emergency remote teaching and the opportunities and challenges for learning granted due to the transition to emergency remote teaching. This study deployed a descriptive qualitative method that involved 72 students of Polytechnic Negeri Jember who have experienced remote teaching for more than a year. The data were collected by using an open-ended questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed using Google Form. The results showed that the students were able to be more adaptive with any kinds of applications required by their lecturers and it encouraged them to explore more platforms to support their independent learning. They also mentioned that their knowledge and awareness of digital ethics also increase. However, boredom, short-term concentration, weariness, gadget compatibility become a serious thread for remote teaching to be successful. In short, remote teaching provides a positive impact and challenges for students. To minimize the thread, more TELL-based teaching models and strategies, such as flipped classrooms, cooperative learning, and project-based learning are suggested.

Premarital sex is becoming a major issue for teens in Indonesia. The number of teens involved in premarital sex continues to rise. This behavior has brought problems such as HIV/AIDS, teen pregnancy, as well as family and psychological problems. Premarital sex results in deep emotional disturbances such as anxiety, stress, and depression, especially in a nation that upholds religious values such as Indonesia. This presents great challenges in achieving the sustainable development goals of good health and well-being, and it hinders the attempt to involve the next generation in building sustainability. Currently, the sex education available in the media is run by influencers who endorse the enjoyment of sex before marriage. This paper will discuss the problems with the current sex education in Indonesia. The research employs a literature study, using journal articles, books, and other publications such as a manual from the United Nations to present the case, along with a media search to provide the background information on sex education in Indonesian media. The findings of this research emphasize the need to provide abstinence-based sex education according to values and character in a digital platform, specifically targeted to young people in

The research gap examined over entrepreneurial culture conflicts with improving organizational performance by incorporating fair values as factors that can improve organizational performance. Four hypotheses were developed and tested in a sample of 110 coffee processing factories in Jember, Indonesia.
