In this scientific work, we consider the role of educators in the Iranian-Russian cultural societies by bringing up examples of the life of two famous writers: Jalal Ale Ahmad and L. N. Tolstoy. The years of the life of both thinkers are twisted by eternal questions about the social state of life of their people and the welfare of their homeland. They both came to the conclusion that the role of teaching is a lot in the destiny of man. Parenting forms the personality of a person. Both thinkers began to work as teachers in schools. Like major writers and educators, both of them belonged to the elite layers of their society. They expressed their thoughts through the prism of their literary works. They both dropped out: Jalal dropped out of his higher education in his final year of postgraduate studies in Persian literature; L. N. Tolstoy could not adapt himself to the education system of Kazan University. Both writers delve deeply into the issue of religion. In the last years of their lives, they left their homes: Tolstoy abandons his house at the age of which he is so fragile and even cannot stand the freezing weather of Winter; he falls ill and succumbs to death at Astapovo station. In the last years of his life, Jalal and his wife went to live in a village in Gilan province. With this decision, they were both trying to change their life condition.

The article highlights the key issue of the organization of educational activities of Chinese students through interviews. It is recommended to use interviews to increase the communicative competence of students, to develop speaking skills. The teaching potential of the interview is revealed, the great possibilities of the interview are shown in the modernization of the educational process at the pedagogical university, for the professional education of Chinese students studying the Russian language. Teaching students to speak is organized based on the method of posing the question and the methodology of the unfinished thesis, using the “Bloom daisy” technique. Thanks to this, Chinese students are involved in a constructive dialogue, learn to ask counter questions and give detailed answers. The proposed methods enrich the teaching methodology of Russian as a foreign language, improve the quality of education.

The article considers the theoretical foundations, methodological capabilities and practical problems of teaching schoolchildren and students of secondary vocational education the basics of information security. The role of information security in a modern digital society is analyzed. The necessity of introducing the basic issues of protecting information of schoolchildren and students is proved. The place of the discipline „Cryptography” in the system of modern domestic general and professional education is disclosed. The methodological feasibility of developing and introducing into the pedagogical practice the course “Cryptography for All”, designed to introduce the basics of protecting information of high school students and students of secondary vocational education, students in “non-core” specialties, is substantiated. Based on highlighting the features of cryptography as an area of scientific knowledge, the questions of the practical implementation of such a course and the methodological characteristics of its educational and methodological support are formulated. The principles of creating the textbook „Cryptography for All” are highlighted. The selection criteria for its mathematical content have been clarified. The didactic functions of this manual are listed. Requirements for its structure are developed. A detailed description of the structure of the manual is provided. Issues of practical implementation of the developed materials are considered.

The article considers the importance of differential diagnostics for the qualification of impaired development of children with hearing disabilities, in particular cochlear implanted children. The role of taking into account the structure of the defect in case of impaired hearing and the results of differential diagnosis of speech failure in children with hearing disorders is highlighted in order to determine the priority role of surdopedagogic work in rehabilitation of children after cochlear implantation. Opinions are expressed about the integrated participation of specialists in various fields (doctors, speech therapists, psychologists) and parents in solving the problem of developing speech hearing and speech of cochlear implanted children.

The article considers the names of famous people contained in textbooks on Russian as a foreign language; the structural and semantic approach to the analysis of such anthroponyms and the methodology of working with them in order to form background cultural knowledge and anthroponymic worldviews among foreign students are identified as one of the teaching problems. Personal names reflect the national culture and national mentality of Russian people. Studying the functioning of precedent names in texts, structural and semantic analysis of anthroponyms in Russian as a foreign language classes, the system of pre-text and post-text tasks enriches foreign students with information about the Russian naming system, with knowledge of Russian culture. Students also discover a different culture and stereotypes of communicative behavior of its carriers.

The aim of the review article is to describe the way of integrating medicine and art in the educational field of specialized disciplines of foreign medical universities. The relevance of the topic is related to the need for students to develop clinical observation, affecting the accuracy of the preliminary diagnosis in the framework of general clinical research. The appeal to this topic is due to the fact that in the digital era the process of percepting visual information qualitatively changes among representatives of the younger generations, clip thinking is formed, in which there is no ability for prolonged concentration of attention and memorization, the ability to analyze is partially lost. As a result, students do not notice important signs of diseases during external examination, they appeal more to the data of modern instrumental diagnostic methods and feel difficulties in formulating their diagnostic hypotheses. Foreign colleagues see the solution of these problems in the use of works of art in the process of teaching clinical disciplines, actively using strategies of visual thinking and techniques of visual literacy development.

The article analyzes and describes the journalistic reception of Mariengof’s prose from the 1980s to 2019. After the scandal around the „Novel without Lies” in 1927–1929, the return of Mariengof’s prose to the general reader and, consequently, the interpretation by literary critics, took place in several stages. After a long pause, the Mariengof’s prose was published in 1988 and then republished many times. In 2000–2010, a new wave of study and rethinking of the writer’s work began – thanks to the writer Z. Prilepin and researcher O. Demidov. The author gives a brief description of the reception of the publication in 1965. The author subjects the key publications about Mariengof’s prose, which were published in 1988-2019 in such publications as “Book Review”, “Literary Review”, “Neva”, “Our Contemporary”, “New World”, “Free Press”, etc. to detailed description and analysis. Each of the stages is analyzed by the author separately, and at the end he sums up how the image of Mariengof in journalistic texts has changed from perestroika to the present day.

The article considers the genetic approach to teaching mathematics and its application to teaching geometry. It involves the genetic development of important mathematical concepts, including the analysis of the subject from the historical, logical and epistemological, psychological and socio-cultural points of view, and the identification of logical genealogies of concepts and theorems. The importance of this type of approach to the method of teaching a basic course of geometry in the mathematical departments of pedagogical universities is substantiated within the framework of the Concept of Mathematical Education in the Russian Federation. The article deals with the applications of the genetic approach to teaching one of the sections of the geometry course, namely „Elements of Lobachevsky’s Geometry”, more specifically to its part, which deals with the statements equivalent to the axiom of parallelism of elementary Euclidean geometry.
