Revisión documental de factores de producción analizados en investigaciones del sector metalmecánico Colombia 2015-2019 2015-2019年哥伦比亚金属加工行业调查中分析的生产要素的文献综述

El sector metalmecánico en Colombia enfrenta brechas tecnológicas en automatización industrial, restricciones externas como las altas cargas impositivas, impuestos y gran dificultad para acceso a fuentes de apalancamiento financiero, falencias en la gestión y planes tecnológicos y de análisis de oferta y demanda. En concordancia, se hace necesario conocer el sector, a partir  del cuestionamiento ¿Cómo contextualizar el sector metalmecánico de Colombia  y  poder conocer los factores de producción objeto de mayor análisis?. Como objetivo realizar una revisión y análisis documental exploratorio, siendo objeto de investigación 50  artículos entre 2015 al 2019 sobre el sector metalmecánico en Colombia, la evaluación de la información se hizo a través de la matriz de análisis de investigaciones con  la identificación de los factores comunes, preponderantes y significativos en los estudios seleccionados; finalmente se concluye,  que el sector Metalmecánico en Colombia está en un entorno de alta Competitividad si desea obtener permanencia y evolución,  la dinámica incluye la compresión de factores que más afectan su quehacer económico y operativo: Productividad y producción, Competitividad, niveles tecnológicos, oportunidades del sector y talento humano.
哥伦比亚的金属机械行业在工业自动化方面面临技术差距,外部限制,如高税收、税收和获得财务杠杆来源的巨大困难,管理和技术计划以及供需分析方面存在缺陷。因此,有必要了解该部门,从问题开始,如何将哥伦比亚的金属机械部门置于背景中,并能够了解需要进一步分析的生产要素?。为了进行探索性的文献回顾和分析,2015年至2019年期间,有50篇关于哥伦比亚金属机械部门的文章被研究,通过研究分析矩阵对信息进行了评估,确定了选定研究中的常见、优势和重要因素;最后得出的结论是,如果哥伦比亚的金属机械行业想要获得持久性和发展,就处于高度竞争力的环境中,动态包括对影响其经济和运营任务的因素的压缩:生产力和生产、竞争力、技术水平、该行业的机会和人才。

Propuesta metodológica para la auditoría de ciberseguridad aplicada a un sistema SCADA 适用于SCADA系统的网络安全审计方法建议

The information of a company is currently considered as an important factor, corresponds to the backbone of its competitiveness, so the use of automation systems that allow the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) are required. Organizations use this type of systems to improve not only the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, but also to take care of their industrial safety, indicating that with the increased competitiveness there are also consequently risks that jeopardize the actions of the organization. Given this situation, the present document intends to present a methodology to guide the inspection process, in order to mitigating the risk in the operational area of the organization, recognizing that its administrative area currently has a significant number of programs and methodologies that have established it as safe; in that context the research progress led to propose a quantitative and descriptive methodology, based on literature review techniques, mainly evoking the occupation of search equations.

Nombramiento de prácticas relacionadas con requisitos no funcionales en el proceso de desarrollo de software 在软件开发过程中任命与非功能需求相关的实践

In software engineering we can talk about practices at different levels. Practices are understood as sets of repeatable activities for achieving good results when they are used. Non-functional requirements—constraints on services/functions of a system—also have associated practices. However, naming forms are useless for generating consensus about such practices, since elements like work products, constraints, descriptions, and so on are used, and such elements interfere with practice recognition and usage. For this reason, in this paper we name a set of practices about non-functional requirements from their description in the state of the art. We also consider the elements required by good naming of practices. We hope this set of practices about non-functional requirements can be used as a starting point for detailed presentation by using graphical standards employed for practices.

Implementación de NTS-TS 002 y su Adaptación a Pequeños y Medianos Hoteles, Caso Mola Hostel NTS-TS 002的实施及其对中小型酒店的适应,Mola Hotel案例

The hotel industry is one of the most important sectors internationally, because it contributes to the economic growth of each country, being also one of the sectors that generates a considerable environmental impact, given the consumption and use of natural resources for the operation thereof. To mitigate these impacts, there are worldwide standards such as the Green Globe 21, Green Key, ISO 14001 and in the case of Colombia the NTS-TS002, which presents a disparity due to its application to large hotels, excluding smaller ones. For this reason, this article seeks to analyze the methodological guidelines of the sectoral technical norm NTS-TS002 in the Mola Hostel hotel establishment, through the implementation and application of tools such as self-evaluation, collection of primary and secondary information, formulation and application of programs sustainable, eco-balances, analysis of surveys on the Likert scale, which allow identifying the main difficulties for the application of the technical standard in small and medium-sized hotels and reflect how the efforts in the adaptability, achieve a mitigation of significant environmental impacts, reducing the consumption of energy, water and waste within the hotel establishment under study.

Patrones de incidencia del deterioro del arbolado urbano de Bogotá bogota城市森林退化的发生率模式

In this paper are presented geospatial relations between Bogota urban trees with the registers of average annual pollution, roads’ influence area and places of interest (Cadastre). For the variables of study there has been used data for year 2007. The methodology used in this case is CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining). The relations’ patterns have been evaluated under the algorithms of decision trees which define the relevant variables for each Dataset and cluster analysis which analyses the relevant variables regarding the evaluated types of affectations, assuming that the relevant variables of each Dataset were specie, general affectation percentage, trunk affectation percentage, places of interest, roads’ width, number of lanes and District locations. In results, is has been found that species like Urapan and Sauco were those that presented relations with the evaluated variables, being the Urapan the one that related most with the rest of the variables in each Dataset. This research will serve for decisions making regarding the management of urban trees in Bogota.

O-splines para analizar señales de oscilaciones de potencia 分析功率振荡信号的o样条

los diferenciadores pasabajas de la Transformada Discreta Taylor-Fourier (DTFT). Se llaman O-splines porque sus segmentos están espaciados en tramos de un ciclo de la frecuencia fundamental. Con ellas se analizan señales oscilatorias de potencia. Para ilustrar su aplicación y su progresiva exactitud se aplican para estimar fasores de voltajes, y para separar modos electromecánicos de oscilación en un sistema de potencia real. Con ellas se disminuye la complejidad computacional de la DTFT, ya que se aplica solamente un subconjunto de filtros. Los parámetros estimados ofrecen información dinámica mucho más rica que los métodos tradicionales. En particular, brindan una representación de estados para cada componente oscilatoria, y detección de eventos modulados en frecuencia. Su rendimiento en estimación se evalúa con un nuevo error llamado Error Fasorial Total (Total Phasor Error). Se concluye que esta técnica multiresolución ofrece una serie de soluciones de gradual exactitud para la estimación fasorial y la separación de modos de oscilación. Este nuevo marco matemático fusiona el área de medición fasorial con la de análisis de modos de oscilación en sistemas eléctricos de potencia que tradicionalmente han estado separadas en ingeniería eléctrica.

Remoción del colorante AV7 presente en solución acuosa mediante carbón activado

Se investigó la remoción del colorante ácido violeta 7 mediante carbón activado en un sistema de adsorción en lote. Se estudiaron los efectos de parámetros experimentales en la capacidad de adsorción, tales como la masa del adsorbente y el pH. Las mejores condiciones experimentales para la adsorción de ácido violeta 7 fueron a pH natural del colorante (pH 6) y 100 mg de adsorbente al obtener una capacidad de adsorción de 102 mg/g. La cinética de adsorción fue descrita por el modelo de Pseudo-Segundo orden que está basado en un mecanismo de quimisorción.

Se estudiaron los efectos de parámetros experimentales en la capacidad de adsorción, tales como la masa del adsorbente y el pH. Las mejores condiciones experimentales para la adsorción de ácido violeta 7 fueron a pH natural del colorante (pH 6) y 100 mg de adsorbente al obtener una capacidad de adsorción de 102 mg/g. An agile multi-body additively manufactured soft actuator for soft manipulators 一种柔性多体增材制造柔性机械臂执行器

With the introduction of collaborative robots in production environments, the harm to workers by using traditional robots with rigid links is inherent. A new generation of robots made from flexible soft materials that decreases collision danger by self-deforming actions has been proposed as a promising solution for the human-robot collaboration environments. Recently, by the development of additive manufacture of elastic soft materials, new design opportunities arise for these so-called soft robots. However, robustness that is required for production environments is still not achieved. This paper presents a design approach of a fully additively manufactured three-axis soft pneumatic actuator. For its use in flexible soft robotic manipulator systems, design guidelines, a direct 3D printing process with elastic materials and a low-level PLC semi-automated pressure regulation control system are presented. To validate the proposed design, the actuator is manufactured and tested for maximum contact force, bending motion reaction and its signal response.

La equidad como uno de los factores de la logística 公平是物流的一个因素

La administración de la cadena de suministro considera la integración entre los negocios y las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicaciones (TIC) con mayor colaboración entre empresas que son parte de una oferta dada, para generar estrategias diseñadas para tener un mejor posicionamiento, eficiencia operativa y reducir sus tiempos de respuesta. Las funciones en la cadena de suministro requieren de procesos administrativos que vinculan la producción y el comercio con los clientes, con prácticas habituales de mercadotecnia, compras y logística para satisfacer al cliente. En este contexto, el área de Logística y Cadena de Suministro satisface la necesidad de trasladar los bienes, inventario, del productor al cliente, cumpliendo con diferentes condiciones de tiempo, lugar y costo para las entregas, acordes a la naturaleza del bien que se suministra. Las actividades productivas y comerciales se han vuelto de carácter mundial, por lo que no es extraño que las estrategias surgidas de la logística consideren acciones en el ámbito internacional. Un ejemplo reciente de la importancia de la logística se puede apreciar a través de los retos generados por la emergencia sanitaria del COVID-19 y la forma en que a pesar de las restricciones de paso de las diferentes fronteras, no sólo internacionales, sino regionales en ciertos paises, se mantuvo la operación de uno de los elementos más importantes de la cadena de suministro: el transporte.
