Weakness of Pharmacology Knowledge of Nursing Students; Explaining the Challenges and Providing Solutions in the Perspective of Nursing Education in Iran; Review 护生药理学知识的薄弱环节从伊朗护理教育的角度解释挑战并提供解决方案审查

Introduction: The problem of the weak knowledge of pharmacology among nursing students has not been well explained, and on the other hand, experiences and suggestions in the field of improving the knowledge of pharmacology of nursing students are not properly available in the nursing literature of the country, so this study aims to explain the challenge of the weak knowledge of pharmacology in nursing students of the country and to present Solutions to improve pharmacology knowledge were carried out. Method: This study was conducted as a review by searching the Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, SID, and MagIran databases with the keywords of pharmaceutical knowledge and nursing students in the abstract and title of the articles, and the articles that examine the level of pharmaceutical knowledge Nursing students had studied in the country, and also the studies that were published in the field of providing solutions to improve the knowledge of pharmacology in nursing students were selected and analyzed in the present study. Results: Out of 52 reviewed articles, four internal articles investigated the status of nursing students' knowledge of pharmacology, and other internal and external studies provided improvement strategies in this field. The presented solutions were classified into two operational dimensions and teaching methods. Conclusion: Based on the research done, it seems that in terms of pharmacology teaching methods, the use of combined approaches will bring more concrete results due to more suitable consequences in terms of solving the upcoming challenge.
作品简介:护生药理学知识薄弱的问题一直没有得到很好的解释,另一方面,国内护理文献中关于提高护生药理学知识的经验和建议也不多,因此本研究旨在解释我国护生药理学知识薄弱所面临的挑战,并提出提高药理学知识的解决方案。 方法:本研究通过检索Web of Science、Scopus、PubMed、SID、MagIran等数据库,在文章摘要和标题中检索药学知识和护理学生的关键词,以及国内检验护理学生药学知识水平的文章,进行综述。本研究选取并分析了在为提高护生药理学知识提供解决方案方面已发表的研究成果。 结果:在52篇综述文章中,有4篇内部文章调查了护生药理学知识的现状,其他内部和外部研究提供了该领域的改进策略。提出的解决方案分为两个操作维度和教学方法。 结论:根据所做的研究,在药理学教学方法方面,采用联合教学的方法会带来更具体的效果,因为在解决即将到来的挑战方面,效果更合适。

A Comparative Study of the Impact of Education through the Infographic Method with the Multimedia Method in Increasing the Knowledge of Dentists and Dental Students in Birjand city Regarding the 2019 Coronavirus Disease 信息图表教育与多媒体教育对提高Birjand市牙医及牙科学生2019冠状病毒病知识影响的比较研究

Introduction: Dentists are at the forefront of viral infections such as the new coronavirus. Considering the need for dentists to increase their knowledge about emerging diseases, this study compared the impact of education through the infographic with the multimedia in informing the dentists and dental students of Birjand City about the 2019 coronavirus disease. Methods: An interventional study was done in 2022 on 196 dentists and dental students in Birjand city, who were randomly divided into groups of education through infographic (n = 98) and education through multimedia (n = 98). The educational content was the same for the groups. A 40-point test was performed before and after the educational intervention, and the results were analyzed using chi-square and independent t-tests at a significance level of P < 0.05. Results: The average pre-test scores in the infographic and multimedia groups were 28.69 ± 5.38 and 28.04 ± 6.47, respectively. There was no significant difference between the knowledge scores in the two groups before the intervention (P = 0.44). The average post-test scores in the multimedia and infographic groups were 38.83 ± 1.14 and 31.11 ± 3.19, respectively. The results of the statistical tests showed that there was a significant difference between the knowledge scores after the educational intervention (P = 0.001). Conclusion: Multimedia education is more effective than infographics in improving the level of knowledge, so the establishment of this educational method by health policymakers is recommended as an effective educational method in the field of emerging diseases.

Ecology of Virtual Learning Environment in Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences from Students' Viewpoint 从学生的角度看沙希德·萨杜吉医科大学虚拟学习环境的生态学

Introduction: This study aimed to assess the ecological status of the educational environment (online) from the perspective of students in the school of PublicHealth at Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study involving 287 undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. students from the School of Health, enterd via stratified random sampling. Two questionnaires about the online learning environments that were developed by Kaufmann and Chou were used in the study. The Kaufmann questionnaire included four domains: “instructor behaviors, student connectedness, course structure, and Course Clarity” and Chou’s questionnaire included three domains: "Learning climate, and learning satisfaction". Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software. Results: Our findings indicate that students viewed the ecological status of the online learning environment as moderate level. The domain ability and learning environment received a score of 3.2 ± 0.62, satisfaction with learning was rated 3.07 ± 0.73, and general learning atmosphere received a score of 3.05 ± 0.73. The teacher's behavior received 3.8 ± 0.83, the structure of the training course 2.92 ± 1.12, the ease of implementation 3.14±0.98, and the interaction of learners 3.66 ± 0.85. Conclusion: Online teaching and learning is a complex process that involves various factors such as the instructor's skills, inclusiveness, course structure, and educational design. The ease of implementation and interaction of learners are also important in the learning ecology. Therefore, it is essential to have the necessary infrastructure that facilitates the teaching-learning process when planning for the creation and development of online education.

Borzuya, The physician: A curriculum output of Khosravani Education 《内科医生:科斯拉瓦尼教育的课程输出》

Introduction: Borzuya, the physician, a sage as well, is one of the prominent figures of Shahnameh in Sassanid era especially in Nushirvan court. In seeking of the immortality tree, he made a voyage to India. Such a burden to bear for memorization and its translation to Pahlavi and then dedication the work made him immortal owing to the allocation of the first chapter as Borzuya, the sage. Methods: Regarding a method fusion of history, analysis, and education, the germane sources were reflected upon and some presuppositions were critically pondered as the similarity of Borzuya and Bozorgmehr. However, these names are two distinguished figures in Shahnameh, a physician and a minister, respectively. Regarding, the concept of development is not allocated to one facet, but it is multifaceted. Also it must be noted that the true outreach won’t come but with comprehensive and true thinking, design, edit, execution and assessment. Results: First, the education of Ancient Persia is categorized as an educational archetype due to interaction of Iranian civilization with its east and west civilizations. Second, the educational implications of Shahnameh can be represented in different levels; basic (art and wisdom education) and supreme (intuition and immortality education). Conclusion:  One of the principles of education including medical education is allocated to the role model presentation for the students. Owing to the personality of Bozuya who was a famous physician and furthermore he was an expert in philosophy, linguistics, literature, and logic, he can be presented as an appropriate role model for any contemporary learner.

Feasibility of implementing a performance monitoring system for health information technology students during the internship 卫生信息技术专业学生实习期间实施绩效监测系统的可行性

Introduction: In universities of medical sciences, due to the key role of human resources in people's lives, their training during the internship period is of particular importance. Considering the role of effective assessment of the quality of students' performance, this research has been carried out with the aim of feasibility of implementing a system for monitoring the performance of health information technology students during internship. Methods: This research is descriptive-cross-sectional and among applied studies that was conducted in 1401. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 5 sections including background information and technical, organizational, human and legal dimensions, and the research population was the professors of the health information technology department at the country. The questionnaire was sent via email and finally, the data of 20 completed questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS software version 16 by descriptive statistics method. Results: The highest average scores for the possibility of implementing the performance monitoring system during internship was related to the legal dimension with 82.3%. And then there were the technical dimension with 80.6%, the organizational dimension with 79.6% and finally the human resource dimension with an average of 76.6%. Conclusion: It is possible to implement the performance monitoring system of health information technology students during internship from technical, organizational, legal and human resources aspects and considering the importance of the internship period and the effective role of performance monitoring tools in the management of activities, it is suggested that necessary measures be taken to implement this system.

Considering the role of effective assessment of the quality of students' performance, this research has been carried out with the aim of feasibility of implementing a system for monitoring the performance of health information technology students during internship. \u0000Methods: This research is descriptive-cross-sectional and among applied studies that was conducted in 1401. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 5 sections including background information and technical, organizational, human and legal dimensions, and the research population was the professors of the health information technology department at the country. The questionnaire was sent via email and finally, the data of 20 completed questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS software version 16 by descriptive statistics method. \u0000Results: The highest average scores for the possibility of implementing the performance monitoring system during internship was related to the legal dimension with 82.3%. Examining the level of knowledge of undergraduate nursing students about the principles of oral and dental health based on oral and dental health indicators: the experience of Iranian students of the curriculum 根据口腔和牙齿健康指标调查护理本科生对口腔和牙齿健康原则的知识水平:伊朗学生的课程经验

Introduction: Oral and dental health is one of the important branches of public health, which has a significant impact on people's health and quality of life, and improving oral and dental health is one of the most important goals of preventing other diseases. Meanwhile, nurses can actively participate in the promotion of oral health care. The purpose of this research is to investigate the level of oral and dental health awareness of nursing students as future nurses based on oral and dental health indicators. Research method: In this cross-sectional study, 119 third- and fourth-year nursing students of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences were included in the study. The questionnaire was used as a tool to evaluate the level of knowledge of students about oral and dental health, and the Chi-square test was used by spss software to analyze the data. Results: There was no significant relationship between the level of knowledge and ability of students about oral and dental hygiene with the duration of studying at the university, gender, marital status and grade point average (p>0.05). Meanwhile, there is a significant relationship between the level of awareness of nursing students in the field of oral and dental health indicators and the necessity of teaching these topics in the field of nursing (p<0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study can be useful as a basis for teaching oral and dental health indicators in theory courses or internships for nursing students. Also, it can be used as a basis for the development of knowledge and the body of science in the field of nursing, and it can be effective in helping to improve the level of oral and dental health of people in the community and patients.
口腔和牙齿健康是公共卫生的重要分支之一,对人们的健康和生活质量有重大影响,改善口腔和牙齿健康是预防其他疾病的最重要目标之一。同时,护士可以积极参与口腔保健的推广。本研究的目的是调查护生作为未来护士的口腔和牙齿健康意识水平,基于口腔和牙齿健康指标。研究方法:采用横断面研究方法,选取设拉子医科大学护理专业三、四年级学生119名进行研究。以问卷为工具评价学生对口腔和牙齿健康的知识水平,采用spss软件进行卡方检验。结果:大学生口腔及口腔卫生知识水平与在校时间、性别、婚姻状况、学业成绩均无显著相关(p>0.05)。同时,护生对口腔口腔健康指标领域的认知水平与护理领域教学这些主题的必要性存在显著相关(p<0.05)。结论:本研究结果可为护生口腔及牙齿健康指标的理论课教学或实习提供依据。此外,它可以作为护理领域知识和科学体系发展的基础,可以有效地帮助提高社区和患者的口腔和牙齿健康水平。

The Comparative Study of Rehabilitation Nursing Curriculum in Iran and Melbourne University of Australia 伊朗与澳大利亚墨尔本大学康复护理课程比较研究

Introduction: The comparison of different educational programs in nursing can improve the content and quality of the educational program and respond to the needs of the society in order to educate and provide the nursing workforce; Therefore, this comparative study was carried out in order to know more about the similarities and differences between the rehabilitation nursing curriculum of Iran and the University of Melbourne. Methods: In this comparative descriptive study in the year 2023, data related to the master's degree program in rehabilitation nursing using the keywords of comparative study, curriculum, master's degree, rehabilitation nursing, Australian course, Iran, and a review of the history and details of the program. The senior expertise of rehabilitation nursing in Iran and Melbourne University was collected. Then, the data was analyzed using the Bereday model in four stages: description, interpretation, adjoining and comparison. Results: The master's degree program in rehabilitation nursing in Iran and the University of Melbourne were different from each other in terms of the manner and conditions of acceptance, the nature of the field, the mission and also the perspective. Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of Iran's rehabilitation nursing education, trying to teach specific rehabilitation clinical skills for special groups and with the participation of society in the process of teaching this field, like the University of Melbourne, can be very fruitful; Therefore, attention to the use of evidence-based nursing should be considered more than before in the revision of this curriculum.

Entrepreneurship in Nursing: a literature review 护理中的企业家精神:文献综述

Introduction: Nowadays, according to the variety of businesses for entrepreneurial nurses, they can have a tangible role in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered, accessible, and economical care through their creative activities. The current study is a review study of entrepreneurial studies to review and summarize data in the field of entrepreneurship in nursing. Methods: In the current review study, articles in English relating to the aim of the study were searched and evaluated by using keywords related to “nurse” and “entrepreneurship” from 2000 to 2021 in various databases including Web of Science, PubMed, Factiva, EMBASE, Scopus and google scholar search engine. The search strategy was written based on Mesh terms and syntaxes specific to each database. Inclusion criteria were relating to the subject and having an accessible full text. The rest of the articles were excluded. Two researchers searched independently. After extracting articles, duplicates were excluded. Then an expert reviewed and categorized included studies. Results: Entrepreneurial nurses need personal, interpersonal, commercial, and strategic skills. They can work as social, business, and inter-organizational entrepreneurs. However; entrepreneurial nurses have been constantly facing numerous personal, sociocultural, academic, organizational, etc. obstacles. Therefore, there must be internal and external stimuli in order to motivate them to overcome these obstacles. Conclusion: Nurses have multiple needs in order to play they’re entrepreneurial role. Thus, it’s necessary to attempt to identify the obstacles and needs of entrepreneurial nurses and solve them to provide the necessary backgrounds for their creative activities so that they can meet the health needs of individuals and societies.

Explaining the causes and effective interventions in academic failure from the perspective of conditional students in University of Medical Sciences: A qualitative study 医学大学条件生学业失败的成因及有效干预:一项质性研究

Introduction: Due to the lack of information about the causes of academic failure of university students, as well as the lack of knowledge of effective interventions to prevent and reduce this problem, this qualitative study aims to explain the causes and effective interventions in academic failure from the perspective of conditional students at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This research was a qualitative study using descriptive phenomenology approach. The study population was conditional students who were selected through purposive sampling. Interviews with people were conducted in-person and in-depth according to their wishes. The time of each interview was 45 to 60 minutes. The information obtained from the interview was analyzed using the 7-step method of Kleiser. To increase the trust and scientific credibility of the results, Lincoln and Goba methods were used. Results: Data analysis led to the extraction of 6 classes as effective causes of academic failure, which included academic problems, physical and mental problems, looking to the future, financial problems, us ing technology, and family and social problems. Data analysis led to 4-story extraction as an effective intervention on academic failure, including academic intervention, reduction of physical and mental problems, family and social problems, and other interventions. Conclusion: It is useful to use interventions in the process of reducing academic dropout in students. Interventions such as proper nutrition, reducing the use of virtual space, the presence of a consultant and helping students in time management and planning, multi-stage evaluation according to the courses can be effective.
