This study aims to measure the technical and economic efficiency of catfish and pangasius farming in Way Panji, South Lampung. The number of research samples was 40 catfish farmers and 44 pangasius farmers. The research was held in March-April 2022. The analysis used to calculate fish farming efficiency used stochastic frontier production function analysis. The results showed that the level of technical efficiency in catfish and pangasius farming in Way Panji has reached efficiency with an average of 0.85 and 0.82. The level of economic efficiency in catfish farming has not been efficient with an average of 0.66; While the level of economic efficiency in pangasius farming is very efficient with an average of 0.99.

The use of drip irrigation is currently increasingly recognized by the community, especially in areas where the level of irrigation management is difficult. This is a solution for handling irrigation so that the commodity crops cultivated are still good but the irrigation costs can be reduced. Drip irrigation systems have been widely applied to vegetable and fruit crops. This study aims to compare effectively and qualitatively the use of drip irrigation systems on 2 types of plants, namely melon plants and chili plants. The method used is descriptive qualitative, where the variables compared are the water requirements of each plant phase, the uniformity of plant growth, and the need for operational costs. The results of the comparison of melon plants with chili plants using a drip irrigation system on cultivation parameters produced good results, where all the observed variables showed an increase in growth rate where the average was in the fertilization phase. Meanwhile, in the calculation of operational costs, it suffers a loss if it is only planted once

Farmer corporations are farmer economic institutions with legal entities in the form of cooperatives, as well as farmer-owned enterprises (BUMP) in the form of limited liability company (PT) or trading enterprises (UD), with most of the capital ownership owned by farmers so that they have a bargaining position over the products produced. The business model that the corporation wants to build includes the entire process of processing crops, from packaging to branding to marketing strategy, including connecting all of this with the banking system, technology innovators, and management that is able to manage everything well. Therefore, several stakeholders are needed, including the government, farmers, banking, universities, off-takers, insurance, agro-inputs, and technology. This study aims to see how the implementation of the Penta helix collaboration model increases the potential for cooperative competitiveness among corn farmers in Bandung Regency. This study used an in-depth interview method with informants, namely the management of the Sinar Corn Priangan Producers Cooperative, representatives of the Agricultural Extension Sector of the Bandung Regency Agricultural Service, and BNI Bank employees in the People's Business Credit (KUR) section. The results of this study indicate that all the pillars or parts of the Penta helix have been realized and implemented in the Bandung Regency Corn Farmers Corporation. The role of each pillar is in accordance with the opportunities and developments from time to time. Partnership can be one of the efforts to overcome problems that are often faced by horticultural farmers such as price, marketing, input provision, and capital availability. This study aims to explain the characteristics of farmers who partner with CV. Bumi Agro Technology, explaining the pattern of partnerships implemented, analyzes the satisfaction of partner farmers in partnering. This research is quantitative and qualitative research (mix method) using customer satisfaction index (CSI) and importance performance analysis (IPA) data analysis tools. This study was conducted in Garut Regency, West Java Province on 29 farmer respondents who were determined using the census sampling method. The results of the study are as follows: partnership pattern used by CV. Bumi Agro Technology and partner farmers are Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA), the level of satisfaction of partner farmers with partnership performance is seen from five variables including satisfaction with the CSI value of 79.71%, attributes that are the top priorities to improve are policy attributes for partnership, quality of potatoes produced, accuracy of seed quality, improvement of farmer insight, guidance.

Empowering women in the context of agricultural sustainability is an important and relevant issue. However, there are challenges and obstacles that need to be addressed in efforts to empower women farmers. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the roles, challenges, and potentials of coconut farmer's wives in women's empowerment is necessary. The aim of this research is to evaluate the roles of coconut farmer's wives based on their potentials and the challenges they face, with the goal of supporting the sustainability of coconut farming. A Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) framework combined with an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) framework is used to analyze the perceptions of experts regarding the roles of coconut farmer's wives in the research location. The research findings indicate that the most prominent threat to the role of women farmers is the frequent changes in agricultural policies that can affect prices and the lack of training programs for women coconut farmers. Meanwhile, the prominent weaknesses affecting the role of women coconut farmers in the research location are the frequent limitations in accessing productive resources such as capital, land, technology, and training. The results obtained from this research can provide knowledge and understanding to various stakeholders regarding the most crucial issues to consider in formulating policies to enhance the role of women farmers

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pendapat peternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Di Kelompok Tani Ternak Gangsar Makmur Dusun Prapatan, Desa Asmorobangun, Kecamatan Puncu, dan Ngudi Rejeki di Desa Ngadiluwih Kecamatan Ngadiluwih Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan mulai bulan Desember tahun 2021 – Maret tahun 2022. Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 25 orang di Gangsar Makmur dan 45 orang di Ngudi Rejeki. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa pendapatan. Pendapatan usaha ternak sapi potong pada kelompok Gangsar Makmur dan Ngudi Rejeki di Kabupaten Kediri secara finansial menguntungkan. Hal ini dikarenakan pada peghitungan analisis pendapatan dihasilkan angka positif, yang berarti usaha ternak sapi potong menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp 2.750.000.
