Coconut palm is a plantation commodity with high economic value; almost all parts can be utilized. One of them is coconut sap. Coconut sap is a clear liquid with a sweet taste produced from coconut flower bunches. If sold in raw form, coconut sap has a price of Rp. 350.00/kg, while if it is processed into coconut sugar products, it has a price of Rp. 12,000/Kg. Therefore, coconut sugar maker processes the sap to produce added value. This study aims to determine how much-added value and profit is generated in the coconut sugar agro-industry in Ciparakan Village, Kalipucang District, Pangandaran Regency. The method used is the case study method. The data analysis used is added value analysis. The results of this study indicate that the coconut sugar agro-industry in Ciparakan Village, Kalipucang District, Pangandaran Regency, can provide an added value of IDR 1,323 per kg of sap with an added value ratio of 69.02% which is included in a high added value ratio. The profit earned is IDR 1,073 per kg with a conversion factor 0.17.

One of the largest tea producers in Indonesia is the province of West Java, with a percentage of 69.59% of the total national production of 129 thousand tons in 2019 spread across various garden locations with different conditions. This is interesting to be studied, mainly related to the income from the production process of tea shoots in the tea garden of Sinumbra during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method by using data collection, interpretation, and analysis data to describe and explain the actual situation. The result shows that the average production cost of 14 types of tea is RP14,999 / kg. The type (grade) with the highest production results is the quality I type of Dust tea, while the type with the lowest production results is BOP tea 1 (a quality I). The largest income from the type of PF tea (Pekoe Fanning) is Rp. 5,423,673,094, with the biggest profit being the (quality I) type of BP tea (Broken Pekoe) of Rp. 24,499 / kg, and the biggest loss in (quality III) type of FLUFF tea is -Rp. 4,292 / kg.

The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the factors that influence cayenne pepper production and (2) allocative efficiency of cayenne pepper production in Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. The research was conducted on farmers who are members of the prima donna farmer group with a population of 88 farmers. The sample used was 44 respondents who were determined by the Stratified Random Sampling technique with the area of land used by farmers. Data collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires were analyzed using the coob douglas production function and allocative efficiency analysis. Factors that influence the production of red bird's eye chilies are partially influenced by variables of land area, urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, Za fertilizer and labor. While simultaneously all variables have a significant effect on the production of red bird's eye chilies. The use of production factors for seeds, phonska fertilizer, pesticides and labor is not efficient, while for land area, urea and Za fertilizers are not efficient

Chili is one of the horticultural commodities that have high economic value and very volatile . Red chili production is concentrated on the islands of Sumatra and Java. When there is an imbalance in supply and consumption, it causes parts of Indonesia to have excess or shortage of red chili, which causes inter-provincial trade that causes market integration. The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinant of the red chili spatial market integration in Indonesia. The data used in this research was secondary data calculated using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the factors that determine the spatial market integration of red chili in Indonesia are the population of the original province, the amount of red chili production in the province of destination, and the price of the fuel in the destination province.
