The European Union established, since 2000, a major objective, the development of human capital, so that, by 2020, we may have the most dynamic society and an economy based on knowledge. In the current context of economic development, human resources are the primordial element of competition. The investment in human capital, education, training, and health involves the adjustment of human resources to the structural change of the economy based on efficiency. This article presents the influence of genuine “intangible assets” on the development of society.

The development is not only from the economic point of view, but also from the human perspective. We used information and experiences in the field, corroborated with my own experience and with the pandemic and post-pandemic realities, in order to highlight that empathy is a very sensitive and necessary factor for the human development Thus, it’s about a psychological feature of someone, the power to train each and every person’s capabilities and skills to get profit, in the case of firms, or to achieve behavioral performance and standards in education. The conclusion is obvious: in online conditions of teaching and working, with a high level of stressors, the empathy mean of action is diminishing. The results indicate that the face-to-face students increased their knowledge of the subject material at a higher percentage than the online students. In businesses, the use of empathy is also beneficial for win-win strategies.

: The founding of the Multinational Federal State of Europe could be the greatest geopolitical achievement of the 21st century. The arguments of this assertion are in favor of the founding of a single European state entity, a process that would bring Europe out of a state of political and geographical interim, giving it a new architecture with features of legitimacy, uniqueness and originality. In this way, Europe would have its own identity and would be politically and legally recognized internationally. Europe's identity reconstruction as Multinational Federal State would fit into the fundamental elements of this creation: New Constitution; efficient European political institutions; modern European administration; new European capital in a central-continental geographical location; own military technology complex; signs and symbols of European state identity recognition. This article intends to analyze in a constructive spirit ten themes (challenges) of the construction of the Multinational Federal State of Europe, such as: politics, leadership, management, sovereignty, legal, historical, ideological, development strategies, communication, military.

1 Lecturer Ph. D. “Petre Andrei” University of Iaşi, România Abstract: The solution for the complex housing problem goes beyond people's concerns, depending on economic and social conditions, and for building houses it is necessary to take decisions and strategies, at the state level. On the other hand, “housing constructions, regardless of the period of execution, are influenced by a number of financial, technical, cultural, etc. factors, depending on the concrete political and economic situations.” (Taşcă, 2012). The way of living reflects the way we live, and the countries with a good housing background also have a high standard of living for the population. On the other hand, the housing industry represents an important area that can drive the entire economy of a country, by engaging horizontally a significant volume of activities producing materials, subassemblies and techniques necessary for the constructions as well as by the amount of labor force that represents this branch. In this context, the construction of houses should not be a challenge to itself, including through the possible simplification of the execution process, but to avoid the uniformity and lack of personality of the buildings. The research undertaken in this paper proposes to study the ways of financing the housing constructions in the context of the current economic and social environment and from the perspective in Romania and in the European Union.

Lately, within the media coverage of this vast issue, new ways of approaching and new associations have emerged, topics like health food, sustainable nutrition, diverse dietary trends, risks associated with nutrition or, generally, with some lifestyles, the treatment and attitude towards animals grown for consumption, harming the environment, etc., being currently themes addressed in the media as frequently as recipes, dietary recommendations, plants cultivation and animal husbandry, or traditional dishes and culinary habits. This paper presents the results of a comparative study on the coverage of nutrition topics in Germany and Romania. The research, based on a content analysis of online thematic press articles from the two countries, covers a three-year period (2014-2016). The main research objectives pursued in the study were to identify the most relevant aspects regarding both the content and the form of the coverage of the topic of nutrition, and to make comparisons in these respects. The paper discusses in particular the similarities and differences between the two countries regarding the media construction of nutrition as a general problem. Without a cultural base which keeps us deeply connected to what is happening both in the East, and in the West, it would be rather hard to understand the easy way our country interacts with other countries. As a national state or as a company, disregarding the existence of Globalization and being out of this process means being sentenced to isolation and stagnation. We emphasize the role of our own effort within the framework of developing and transition countries. Alongside our integration in EU, several changes occurred and still do in all fields of activity, including in the educational one. In conclusion, direct marketing through promotional techniques can ensure education on a bottom-line basis in the European Union and beyond.

: The paper provides the conceptual background and proposes a framework to observe and check the impact of the economic indicators to quality of life. The author seeks to identify the leading measures for raising living standards and improving living and working conditions, strengthening social cohesion and combating exclusion, promoting equal opportunities and safeguarding sustainability. Some economic indicators are used to express the current state of the economy, other economic indicators can determine the evolution of the economy in previous years, while others can predict the future evolution. This type of indicators - known as the main indicators of the economy - is of particular interest to analysts, as it offers the best X-ray of the probable evolution of the economic activity.

Performance means satisfying the existing customers, in order to keep them, to obtain a better quality of the goods and services made, to gain new customers. The ultimate goal of financial and non-financial motivations is to obtain the performance, increase the profit of the company, optimize the business. It consists of two components, namely the inherent risk (IR) , which refers to the susceptibility of an assertion about a class of transactions, account balance or presentation to be materially misstated, either individually or in aggregate with other misstatements, before taking into account any checks related control risk (CR), which is the risk that a misstatement that could occur at the level of claims on a class of transactions, account balance or presentation could be material, either individually or aggregated with other misstatements, will not be prevented or detected and corrected on time by the entity's internal control.
