Penurunan kualitas lingkungan terjadi karena kelalaian, ketidaktahuan dan tiadanya etika terhadap lingkungan. Itu sebabnya, pendidikan lingkungan hidup penting diajarkan sejak dini. Tujuannya adalah agar anak memperoleh pengetahuan, kesadaran dan mempunyai sikap peduli lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan objek wisata alam sebagai sumber pembelajaran kontekstual di TK Sekolah Alam Excellentia Pamekasan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, TK Sekolah Alam Excellentia melakukan pembelajaran di luar kelas yang langsung bersentuhan dengan objek seperti outbond dan permainan tradisional. Di sisi lain, dengan adanya green lab, peserta didik dapat fokus belajar bercocok tanam. Hal ini dapat menjadikan pendidik dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara sistematis untuk memotivasi, membina, membantu, serta membimbing peserta didik untuk mengembangkan segala potensinya.

This study provides an interpretive description of parents’ experiences of raising a child with Asperger’s syndrome (AS). Thirteen parents (eight mothers; five fathers) from eight families participated. Data were com-prised of repeated semi-structured interviews with parents. The core concept of a ‘‘balancing act’’ was identified, and included two key themes: losing our footing and regaining our balance. Parents lost their footing when they experi-enced escalating challenges and lack of parenting success. They persevered over many years to find an answer to their children’s problems. The diagnosis of AS was a turning point that initiated the process of ‘‘regaining our balance,’’ enabling parents to better understand both their children and the condition. In this part of the process parents gradually experienced parenting success and rebuilt their confidence. The results of this study suggest that parenting a child with AS is a complex and evolving process in which parents struggle to find the right balance for themselves, their child with AS, and their family as a whole. Parenting encompassed joys and sorrows and an important part of finding balance included the ability to acknowledge both the positive qualities of their children and the challenges of managing the condition. Lack of professional recognition of AS, as well as blame and stigma, negatively affected these participants’ ability to parent and points to the critical need for further education of teaching and health professionals.

Pendidikann di era globalisasi berdampak terhadap peserta didik secara komprehensif. Melalui pengembangan model, pendekatan, teori belajar dan segalan metode dan teknik pembelajaran yang tidak terdeteksi perkembangannya, hal ini seolah memberikan petunjuk kepada kita untuk terus menerus mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan. Kemampuan anak usia dini menjadi dasar pokok keberhasilan pada jenjang selanjutnya, kemampuan anak untuk memulai membentuk pengetahuan bahasa, tentu memerlukan media yang konkrit dan langsung dipraktekkan oleh anak tersebut, sebab dengan anak langsung praktek itu menjadikan anak secara mandiri akan membentuk pengetahuannya sendiri. Artinya kemampuan anak dalam mengenal itu langsung melafalkan tanpa perantara bimbingan dari guru, sehingga lebih kuat dan objektif terhadap masing-masing kemampuan anak. Model pendekatan ini membuat pembiasaan anak baik secara individu maupun kelompok akan menunjang daya berfikir serta menumbuhkan jiwa kemandirian dan tidak tergantung terhadap sesama teman. Dengan media kartu huruf yang diajarkan menggunakan metode kupas rangkai membuat unsur demonstrasi, praktek, visual, audio visual langsung dialami oleh anak-anak, sehingga pendekatan verbal semakin tidak diperlukan.

Satu pohon yang berbuah lebih baik daripada seribu pohon yang tidak berbuah, analogi keilmuan yang berasal dari pepatah arab tersebut seakan-akan searah dengan permasalahan perkembangan pendidikan saat ini yang melupakan kualitas pendidikan terlebih dalam aspek etika peserta didik dan seberapa besar keberhasilan dan kemanfaatan ilmu yang telah diperoleh sesudahnya, unsur birokrasi administrasi yang sepihak, verbalistik, kuantitatif dan structural baik secara institusional maupun instruksional membuat proses pendidikan membeku, membunuh kreatifitas guru dan membentuk pendidikan yang tidak bernilai sehingga hakikat guru dan keilmuan peserta didik memudar dalam mencapai tujuan utama dalam membentuk etika peserta didik menjadi terabaikan. Pengembangan kontruksi administrasi tanpa dibarengi pemahaman dan pengamalan utuh terhadap subtansi pendidikan menimbulkan disorientasi diksi dari adminitrasi itu sendiri, sehingga membuat adminitrasi pendidikan tidak bermakna lagi dalam memfasilitasi pembentukan etika peserta didik dengan sempurna yang senantiasa berkembang sesuai dengan zaman saat ini.

Urgensitas teknik, metode dan model dalam pembelajarn mutlak diberlakukan sebagai mediator bagaimana peserta didik terutama pada anak usia dini mampu mengembangkan serta mengkontruksi sebuah pengalaman dan pengetahuan dimiliki untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan instruksional pendidikan, sehingga isi sebuah materi menjadi penting untuk tersampaikan, namun tidak kalah penting adalah metodhologi dalam sebuah penyampaian materi tersebut sebagai batas dan standar materi waktu yang harus disampaikan kepada anak. Nilai, budi pekerti, budaya, teknologi, sejarah adalah hal yang akan diwariskan kepada anak, sepatutnya sejak dalam kandungan hingga mereka lahir mendapatkan stimulasi, pengajaran, serta pendidikan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pendidikan karakter siswa ABK pada lembaga pendidikan Inklusi KB/ RA Insan Cemerlang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif didasari teori fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi kesiapan sekolah termasuk guru, kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan khusus anak dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya. Pendidikan karakter ini dilakukan dengan cara mendampingkan siswa ABK dengan siswa normal, serta melakukan pendekatan dengan kasih sayang, motivasi, memberi perhatian lebih tanpa membuat cemburu siswa regular lainnya. Kendala dan hambatan dalam menangani siswa ABK yakni masih ada orang tua yang belum mendukung program inklusif, belum ada assesmen khusus untuk siswa ABK.

This study aims to examine Piaget’s cognitive theory of early childhood readiness to enter elementary school. The method used is quantitative descriptive, using samples of early childhood selected based on the criteria of 5 years of age. The results of the study were processed using statistical calculations. The results obtained were that the instruments developed were effective enough to test cognitive readiness of early childhood in elementary school entrance examinations. In addition, the average tested child has a fairly good readiness but requires guidance by the teacher so that his cognitive abilities develop optimally.

This study focused on teachers’ attitude towards using games in teaching-learning activities of learning vocabulary. The purpose of this research is to explore teachers’ attitude to the use of a game for learning vocabulary of the students. A qualitative study was conducted with 12 teachers of Azampur Government Primary School of Dhaka city, Bangladesh to gain in depth knowledge of the issues. An everyday game of children named ‘Tic-tac-toe’ was chosen for teachers to teach vocabulary rather traditional process of memorizing. Then, semi-structured focus group interviews were used as tool to collect data from teachers after observing students playing the game. Data was then analyzed for thematic contents by standard content analysis framework which yielded six major themes such as play-based teaching strategy, language development, classroom environment, learning by doing approach, acceptance and barriers on adopting play-based strategy. Overall, findings showed positive attitude towards using game for learning vocabulary of a foreign language. The implications of this study imply that the themes can be effective in classroom practice of Bangladeshi classroom.

When this Indonesia was experiencing an outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, even the plague is happening not only in Indonesia but worldwide this is a challenge great for parents to keep the fruit of his heart that was not exposed to the virus is, in addition to the parents also become role important that should keep control of the growth and development of the fruit of this heart, especially in times of children early, which at the time these activities are limited so need a way to keep doing activities that can stimulate the growth and development of her with the good. The purpose of this study was to find out how the use of hunter virus game on child development and stimulate children when facing a COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the aspect of cognitive during the early childhood. In this study using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the result of observations and interviews with child game Hunter Virus This can be used as a media when the children are at home with the game this can introduce to the children about the virus that when this was happening. Besides, children with enthusiasm and are helped in learning about the dangers of the virus.

Growth and development in children is greatly influenced by the intake of nutrients in food. During the period of growth and development, the provision of good nutrition is not always carried out perfectly. One of the influencing factors is the level of parental knowledge and children’s preference on fast food. If feeding is always not in accordance with the needs of children, it will cause developmental problems in children. One of the efforts made to overcome these problems is a healthy eating program. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the results of nutrition fulfillment in early childhood through a healthy eating program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research location in Al-Isyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto Kindergarten. With research subjects include, teachers, Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto Kindergarten students, parents, and school principals. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study describe the implementation of the fulfillment of children’s nutrition through a healthy eating program implemented at Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Purwokerto Kindergarten, this study also shows good menu variations in accordance with the nutritional needs of early childhood every day in healthy eating programs prepared by nutritionists, so as to improve nutritional status in children.
