The Problem of Teaching Children of Immigrants in the Russian Federation 俄罗斯联邦移民子女的教育问题

The publication proposes to discuss the problem of teaching children of immigrants who have arrived in our country and need to adapt to the new social, linguistic and cultural environment. The principles underlying the organization of education for children of immigrants in the Russian Federation, and the conditions for their education in educational institutions of our country, which were formulated at a meeting of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Interethnic Relations on March 30, 2021, are given. The content of the state order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to the Federal State the budgetary scientific institution “Institute of Education Development Strategy of the Russian Academy of Education” to study the difficulties faced by children of immigrants in the process of adaptation. The result of the study should be the creation of a set of guidelines for teachers organizing the work of classes in which children of immigrants study.

Ways of Overcoming Difficulties in the Formation of Metasubject Achievements of Primary Schoolchildren on the Basis of the Study of Historical Material 基于史料研究的小学生元主体成就形成困难的克服途径

The article describes the difficulties in the formation of a number of universal educational actions in younger schoolchildren, such as semantic reading, analysis of visual (pictorial) information when mastering the historical material of the course "The World Around". The informational function of a textbook on the subject "The World Around" is considered as the main means of teaching, contributing to the formation of systematized historical ideas among junior schoolchildren. The possibilities of improving the cognitive activity of students in the process of working with textual and visual information of historical content presented in the textbook are revealed, which has a direct impact on the successful acquisition of metasubject skills by primary schoolchildren, stated in the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education for learning outcomes.

The article discusses the problem of the formation of a universal educational action of classification among junior schoolchildren of the second grade, which refers to intellectual operations of a cognitive nature. Three stages of the formation of the classification action are revealed: the choice of an essential basis for grouping objects; classification according to a given basis; classification on an independently chosen basis. Examples of assignments developed on the basis of the content of various elementary school subjects are given, in the process of completing which students of the second grade consistently master the logical actions of classification.

The article highlights the issues of the teacher's use of didactic games as a form of teaching organization and an effective means of preventing and reducing anxiety among younger students in the process of educational activities in the classroom. The concept of "school anxiety" is characterized. The importance of didactic games for the development of children’s ability and desire to learn, increasing their intellectual activity, enriching the experience of communicative interaction with classmates, forming a sense of camaraderie and responsibility for the team result is considered. The possibility of conducting educational games in the development of any subject content has been substantiated. Examples of didactic games for working in mathematics lessons with first-graders showing anxiety are given.

The article examines an important and complex stage in the development of a child's personality during his transition from preschool childhood to school. The concept of "a child's readiness to learn at school" is characterized, the types of readiness and their content are highlighted, correlated with the new tasks of modern primary education. Particular attention is paid to the issues of well-functioning interaction of the preschool educational organization, family and school as a condition for improving the quality of preparing children for schooling. The essence of the concepts "interaction", "pedagogical interaction" is revealed, and the functions of all participants in the studied period of the educational process are determined.

The article discusses the problem of differentiation of education at the present stage of development of the first school link in education. The article reveals the features of ensuring a differentiated approach, taking into account groups of students that differ in the level of success in learning and development. The characteristics of children belonging to different groups and in need of teacher's pedagogical support are given. The author proves the need for a teacher to use a differentiated approach to teaching younger schoolchildren, who usually fall out of the zone of the teacher's everyday attention - the so-called good and satisfactory students.

The article discusses the problem of the necessary pedagogical support of fourth-fifth-grade students in the course of the formation of their analytical and productive-creative activities. The ways of using the heuristic educational dialogue in organizing the textual activity of schoolchildren are characterized. The educational dialogue is considered as an effective method that stimulates the student to independent analytical work with the text, its interpretation, expanding the experience of the student's communicative interaction with classmates and the teacher, allowing the latter to carry out a differentiated approach to teaching each child, taking into account the level of his speech development. Using a specific example, the teaching capabilities of the educational dialogue method are revealed when working in the lesson with a text-description and the guiding role of the teacher in this process.

The article describes a system of diagnostic techniques for identifying the level of development of metasubject skills of students during the transition from primary school to the general school (based on the subjects "Literary reading" and "Literature"). An analysis of the diagnostic results shows that the proposed diagnostic tasks and methodological approaches to their assessment help to determine the grounds for differentiating education in both primary and secondary schools, to identify the relationship between meta-subject and subject results in the process of teaching literary reading and literature.

The article highlights the actual psychological and pedagogical problem of manifestation of a tendency to lie in children of primary school age. Based on the study of scientific literature on this topic and the results of an experimental study conducted in the second grades of primary school, the reasons for this communicative phenomenon and its relationship with the level of self-esteem of the child are analyzed. The formation of an adequate self-esteem in a younger student is seen as a means of eliminating his manifestations of deceit. The conditions, methods and techniques of pedagogical activity aimed at the formation of an adequate self-esteem of a younger student, and the role of a teacher in this process are revealed.

Methodology for Teaching Third Graders to Distinguish and Compose Monologue Texts of Different Types 三年级学生区分和撰写不同类型独白文本的教学方法

Using the example of conducting a Russian language lesson in the third grade, the article reveals the methodology of forming the ability of younger students to independently construct monologue texts. The author has demonstrated the effectiveness of using a set of methodological techniques that contribute to the development of students’ ability to analyze and distinguish between texts of different types: narration, description, reasoning. This allows third graders to create their own texts, taking into account the characteristics of the type to which they belong. Taking into account the tendency of primary school children to play, research activities and dialogue with peers, the teacher offers them didactic play, educational dialogue and discussion during the lesson.
本文以三年级俄语课堂教学为例,揭示了培养低年级学生独立构建独白文本能力的方法。作者已经证明了使用一套方法技术的有效性,这些方法技术有助于培养学生分析和区分不同类型文本的能力:叙述、描述、推理。这样一来,三年级学生就可以根据自己所处的类型的特点来创作自己的文本。考虑到小学生喜欢游戏、研究活动和与同伴对话的倾向,教师在课堂上为他们提供教学游戏、教育对话和讨论。
