The article outlines theoretical approaches to solving the problems that general education faces while ensuring its accessibility for all children without exception. On the basis of international documents on monitoring education, the theoretical approaches to education for all are analyzed, and the possibilities of a biopsychosocial approach are discussed. The expediency of developing a model of education for all is proved, which allows forming a holistic view of a person, focusing not only on his biological capabilities, but also on the potential of the social environment.

Teaching mathematics to younger schoolchildren in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education (FSES PGE) has a number of features. Leading among them is the development of spatial thinking, logical and algorithmic thinking, mathematical speech, functional mathematical literacy in accordance with the age capabilities of children. The article discusses the organization of teaching first-graders, focused on the implementation of the requirements of the updated version of the Federal State Educational Standard of the PGE for mathematical preparation: listening and reading a mathematical text, discussing and modeling a mathematical situation, searching for different solutions, drawing up an action plan. Appropriate skills and actions of first-graders can be successfully formed on the basis of traditional subject content.

The article reveals the main directions of the teacher's activity in the implementation of the updated version of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education (FSES PGE) by means of the subject "The World Around Us". The priority of this subject in achieving personal learning outcomes for first-graders is discussed: awareness of one's belonging to the country, state, culture of Russian society, mastering the rules of behavior, etc. Methods for the formation of concepts in children that reveal the most important aspects of social life are described: "family", "small homeland" "Russians", "citizen". Attention is paid to the teaching methods of the course topics that are aimed at mastering the rules of a healthy lifestyle, which is especially important for first-graders at the stage of transition from preschool childhood to schooling. The article describes the methodology for studying new topics that supplement the content of the course "The World Around Us".

The article discusses the features of the updated Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education (FSES PGE) 2021, which affect the teaching of the Russian language in general and in the first grade in particular. Changes in subject content and subject results are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the arguments in favor of the active use of sound analysis of words and the independent construction of word models. Directions of work on the content line "Development of speech" are revealed. The importance of complex work on meta-subject and subject results in Russian language lessons is substantiated. The notion of “functional literacy” introduced for the first time in the text of the updated standard is noted, which is interpreted as the ability to solve educational problems and life problem situations on the basis of the formed subject, meta-subject and universal methods of activity.

The article is devoted to the problems of organizing individually differentiated work with younger students who experience difficulties in learning within the framework of inclusive education. The main indicators of children with the risks of mental retardation, which prevent their successful co-education with ordinary peers in the general class of a mass primary school, are characterized. The necessary conditions for the organization of pedagogical assistance and the features of an individually differentiated approach to children with different rates of mental development are considered in detail.

The article describes the experience of applying the method of forming semantic reading in the lessons of literacy and mathematics in elementary school. On the example of a fragment of a literacy lesson in the first grade, the phased use of the “commented reading” technique as an essential part of developing semantic reading skills is considered. The necessity of preliminary preparation of the teacher for the use of such technology is emphasized. It is shown how it is possible to use various means of visualization, in particular, the possibilities of an interactive whiteboard, color marking of texts, for the successful development of the ability of younger students to highlight the main idea of the text for the most complete understanding of it, as well as to find, analyze, interpret the factual information presented in text mathematical tasks.

The author discusses ways to implement the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education (FSES PGE) when teaching literary reading to first-graders. The changes that, in accordance with the updated version of the standard, have been introduced into the exemplary program for literary reading are analyzed: the goals, planned results and features of the teaching methodology are characterized, taking into account the level of development of reading literacy and interest in reading among first-graders. Particular attention is paid to the problem of students' acceptance of spiritual and moral values reflected in fiction. Specific examples reveal the methodology for the formation of meta-subject learning outcomes in the first grade.
