In his poems, Mehmet Akif Ersoy expresses the troubles and sufferings of the Central Asian, Caucasian and Balkan nations that were left unclaimed during the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. In this study, the issue of Central Asia and its problems in Ersoy's works will be discussed. The research draws attention to the backwardness, poverty and suffering of the local people of the Turkish world. Akif takes his place among the most important poets of Turkish Literature with his originality of the world of thought and his strong style in the language of poetry. The unique features of the poet's poems played an important role in Akif's special place among many poets of his time. The world view shaped around these values in Akif's works of understanding of Turkishness and Islam attracted attention not only in Anatolia but also in other places. Akif clearly describes some of the negative situations experienced by the geography of the Turkish World in his works. By drawing attention to the problems of the society in which he lives, he investigates how the problems arise and looks for ways to solve them. Akif also attaches special importance to the Turkish world living in the geography of the Islamic world. In his work, Süleymaniye Chair, Abdürreşid İbrahim sheds light on the important issues of the region with his own words. The information about Central Asia in the poet's works reflects the understanding of national unity and integrity. Akif's influences in the Turkish World increased with Sırat-ı Müstakim, and it was effective in his transformation into a man of action. In this article, the characteristics of Akif, which are considered remarkable by the poets of the Turkish World, are discussed. In the examination, in which the interest shown by some Turkish World Poets to Akif's poems and personality is reflected in comparative texts, the identification of poets who had direct contact with Akif or who carried his influence into their poems, and the context in which they were affected, were evaluated considering the social and political conditions of the period. This study was carried out in order to determine the themes such as the problems of the Central Asian Turkish World, independence, awakening, underdevelopment and poverty in the works of Mehmet Akif Ersoy. In order to achieve this aim, qualitative research and comparison method was used in this study. In order to collect data in the research, the document analysis method from the qualitative research motifs was used. The data obtained are also given within the framework of the work “Safahat”. Bu araştırmanın amacı, eğitim kurumlarında görevli öğretmenlerin stres yaşamalarına neden olan faktörlerin veri analizinin incelenmesidir. Öğretmenler çeşitli toplumsal, ekonomi ve teknolojik gelişmelere paralel olarak değişebilen eğitim ve öğretim anlayışları nedeni ile meslekî tükenmişlikler yaşayabilmektedir. Alanyazın irdelendiğinde öğretmen stresini etkileyen en önemli temel faktörlerin kişisel, çevresel ve meslekî nitelikli olduğu görünmektedir. Öğretmenler, eğitim ve öğretim hizmetlerindeki öğrenci-öğretmen ve okul-aile çatışmaları, meslektaşları ile ilişkilerindeki olumsuzluklar, disiplin sorunları, fiziki koşullardaki yetersizlik, bürokratik işlerin çokluğu, toplumun eleştirileri, kalabalık sınıflar, öğrencideki gelişim geriliği, eğitim kurumları üstündeki sosyal ve politik baskılar, müfredattaki hızlı değişimler, iş yükü fazlalığı, yetersiz maaş, idari desteğin yetersizliği, yöneticilerinden ve müfettişlerden takdir görüp görmeme durumu, öğretmenin sınıf içi kontrolü kaybettikleri inancı ve yönetimle alakalı kararlara katılımın yetersizliği, öğretmenin meslekî yetkinliklerine ilişkin algılarındaki eksiklik, başarı algısında yetersizlik, düşük seviyede meslektaş ve yönetim desteği, rol çatışması ve rol belirsizliği, öğrencinin duyarsızlığı, ilgisizliği, ortamı bozan ve zarar veren davranışı gibi yoğun sorunlardan dolayı meslekî stresler yaşayabilmektedir. Bu çerçevede İstanbul’da bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan toplam 54 öğretmenin kurumsal stres kaynaklarının ortaya çıkarılması ve bu durumun çeşitli değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul’da bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada, elde edilen veriler ölçek formları ile toplanmıştır. Ölçek tablosunun ilk kısmında bireysel bilgiler, ikinci kısımda ise stresle baş etme ölçeği ile ilgili değerlendirme tablosu yer almaktadır. A distinction has been introduced into the state of coexistence in the society we live in, public and private. The public sphere, where the culture of pluralism is defined politically, is the space where individuals meet on an equal basis with others, express their ideas and act freely. The private sphere, on the other hand, is a narrower framework that is more non-political, unselected, and in which given identities persist (such as family). In Turkey, in line with different political actors and decisions, the issue of what belongs to the private and public sphere is highly controversial. Westernization, which started especially in the Ottoman Empire and became a policy of existence in the Republic, affected the visibility and non-existence of many actors in the public and private spheres. One of the actors mentioned here is the identity of women and Muslim women. Women and Muslims Women are a type of identity that demands visibility in the public sphere, but continues to be built with changing political actors. Gerçek Hayat magazine is one of the Islamist-conservative and critical publications that describes how this fiction reflects on Muslim women identity. It presented ideas on how to make a Muslim woman visible or invisible through issues such as the place of a Muslim woman wearing a hijab in public, the importance of a mother woman in raising children, and the obedience of a wife woman to her husband. The general purpose of the research is to determine the “evaluation of research findings of the effects of nepotism practices of educational administrators on educators”. For this reason, it was tried to determine the perceptions of teachers working in a school located in Esenyurt district of Istanbul about nepotistic-discriminatory attitudes exhibited by managers by taking into account gender, age, teaching level and years of professional experience. In order to understand whether managers in educational institutions are involved in such nepotistic activities, answers to a number of research questions were sought. In addition, in this research, the reflection of the behavior of managers working in educational institutions on the perception and performance of teachers will be determined. It is aimed to enable people who have an administrative identity in a managerial sense to make self-assessment on their own behavior through an external eye. When the area related to nepotism was scanned in the summer, it was found that studies were mostly conducted on nepotistic behavior in private sector schools. With this study, it is expected that the determinations at the points where public educators are exposed to similar behaviors and this effect is actually maintained in a much more dominant way will benefit the field. For this reason, it will be beneficial to create fair, unifying environments in schools, strengthen communication channels, and adopt an equal distance approach to everyone. Since the decisions taken in any negative situation will be binding on everyone, managers who exhibit an inclusive attitude will thus be able to reduce the perception of favoritism in the teacher. It is thought that the findings obtained as a result of the study will guide institution managers to learn the perceptions of employees related to nepotistic behavior at work; in this context, institution managers will observe their shortcomings and misbehavior, if any, by self-criticism about nepotistic behavior in activities and correct them. The positioning of these three forces and the creation of parliamentary, presidential and semi-presidential government systems, known as democratic government systems, are among the important subjects of political science. The way to serve its citizens, which is one of the reasons for the existence of a state, is through public policies. Government systems are highly effective and decisive in the public policy process as well as in all areas of countries. Demands for a change in the government system, which have been going on for many years in Turkey, aimed to ensure political stability by eliminating the excessive dependence of the executive on the legislature brought by the parliamentary government system and the failures of the multi-part governments in the executive. With the official implementation of the Presidential Government System in Turkey as of 2018, the administrative structure of the executive was established with the Presidential Decree No. 1 on the Presidency Organization. The educational system within the process of education policies, the organizational structure, duties and powers of the Presidential Education and Training Policies Board and the Ministry of National Education in the context of the executive power are regulated in this Decree. In the process of education policies, the Presidency Education and Training Policies Board as the decision maker and the Ministry of National Education as the policy implementer have their presence as policy actors in the Presidential Government System. In this study, the effects and roles of the Presidential Education and Training Policies Board, which has the same duties and powers as the National Education Council, which is not included in the Decree on the Presidential Organization, in policy formulation and implementation are evaluated. In this study, which aims to reveal the roles of the Presidential Education and Training Policy Board and the Ministry of National Education in the policy process, the "document review" method was used.
