As a result of the value transformation process that has developed together with modernism in today's world, it is seen that concepts such as self-centered, self-improvement and individuality have come to the fore in social structures in the twenty-first century. The media world also needs to keep up with this transformation shaped by the existential approach approach, which invites the individual who disappears in the crowds to take responsibility, in order to maintain its continuity. For the sake of continuity of broadcasting life, it is expected to follow new technologies in order to attract the audience's interest constantly and to keep this interest alive by always making a difference. Values are conveyed through the dialogue between the characters and their actions.Dec. The development of future goals and the ability to think in terms of conditions contrary to reality have very important consequences for the child. A child who can think like this can, first of all, make some plans about his own future. His opinion begins to form about which profession he will choose in the future, what kind of work he will do. Ideal measurements in his dream: he determines and compares his parents, teachers, school, society he is in, his country with these measurements. While these researches form his worldview on the one hand, on the other hand, they lead to Deceptions caused by the contradiction between the ideals in his imagination and the reality and to take a stand against his parents. These new abilities in the child's mental and affective development allow him to be more balanced and controlled. In this context, the mass media and the cinema sector, which is one of the leading media tools, perform an important educational function today. There is an informal education in almost all of the films. The size and power of the mass media are, of course, indisputable. When this power is transferred and controlled correctly, very great things can be done in the field of education. However, when it cannot be controlled, it can also lead to irreparable damages. In this study, it is aimed to examine the importance of strategic planning in educational management in functional processes. It is essential to establish a balance between the individual's freedom of work and life and responsibilities at the basis of democratic life. Dec. For this reason, modern managers create a working environment together within an environment of faith and trust based on the principles of common values, reconciliation, cooperation, influence-influence and efficiency, where those below, above and next to each other can unite in the middle instead of the plane of orders from the top. In such organizations, the organizational climate and culture, where group decision and trust in individual intelligence prevail rather than individual decision, are developing. The problem-solving function in organizations cannot and should not be left to a few senior managers. The modern understanding of organization and management stipulates that each unit has the ability to solve its own problems. Strategic planning practices in education management have differences compared to other areas. Because educational institutions are not managed like private enterprises. Strategic planning in education provides benefits for organizations that enable decentralization practices. For this reason, practitioners should participate in the planning process when strategic planning is carried out in education. The planning model in which practitioners do not participate in the decision will not be strategic anyway. Because there is harmony, agreement and dialogue in strategic planning. In this study, which aims to examine the communication barriers experienced in educational organizations and the suggestions for their solution, the failures in communication and interaction within the institution will be addressed. Thanks to communication, information and documents are constantly in interaction between the departments of the institutions. Dec. Failures in communication cause different blockages in corporate structures. The integration of the organization depends only on the fact that the purpose of the organization is well explained to all personnel, the management and the personnel in all departments are in constant and effective communication. If the goal is not explained to all units Decently due to communication obstacles, differentiation and various thought patterns begin to form between the units. The differentiation of people and units within the organization and the beginning of forming various thought patterns also cause conflict. Another factor that causes communication-related conflicts is the differences related to perception in the communication system. Communication problems in agriculture - analysis of sources 农业中的传播问题——来源分析

The field of agriculture in Georgia is centuries old. For more than 2,000 years, agriculture as a field in our country has not lost its relevance and importance. In recent years, the relevance of the field has increased as the Earth has faced the problem that people may face a shortage of food supplies. The problem of food security and the difficult choice for consumers between organic and genetically modified food led humanity to the decision to emphasize the importance of agriculture as a sector and to promote its development. The development of agriculture, like other fields, is unimaginable without communication. Before we study what the situation in Georgian entrepreneurs in terms of possession and use of communication skills is, it is necessary to investigate whether there are scientific works in this direction and what conclusions and recommendations are offered by researchers in these works. The present work is based on qualitative methodology, namely, desk research. We studied the scientific articles published in refereed and licensed international journals which are related to the topic of agro-communication. By analysing the current situation, we came to certain conclusions. Our main goal was to identify existing problems of communication in the field of agriculture, for which we used methods of data collection and analysis. In total, we examined five foreign scientific articles and 1 Georgian textbook. To collect data, we used international scientific databases, where we searched for a few but very interesting articles by referring to keywords in English. We encountered some difficulty in data collection, which was related to the scarcity of scientific publications on our research topic. The studies we reviewed confirm the importance of communication skills in the development of the field. According to studies, in addition to communication skills, agro-communicators must have basic knowledge of the field-agriculture itself and such personal and professional qualities as reliability, responsibility, ethics, writing skills, oral communication skills, conflict resolution and teamwork skills. It is also essential to know the skills of working in social networks.

This study examines the role of enforcement in the context of the Georgian judiciary’s history, including its stages of development and current issues. When discussing the justice system, it is critical to focus not just on the court’s ruling but also on the enforcement phase. Fair enforcement in a timely manner is crucial to the successful functioning of the system, which is manifested first and foremost in the fairness and transparency of the process. The existence of a judicial system is inextricably linked to the successful enforcement of judgements. The goal of enforcement, its evolution, and a private bailiff institute are discussed in this study. The article responds to whether Georgia’s existing system is in line with international standards.

It implies the essence of advertising and the way of development, which means its formation as a means of mass communication and becoming a companion of public life. However, in the process, the advertising industry has repeatedly demonstrated that it can absorb societal stereotypes. Still, it is its responsibility not to make any displayed information harmful to any social group. Consequently, the advertisements reflect the tendencies characteristic of this or that epoch; thus, the audience will strengthen them even more. The study of processes once again reveals the strength of the impact of advertising and the need to use its mechanisms by thinking. The history of its development in the advertising industry reveals the problem of gender stereotypes, which is the focus of this paper and which is analyzed on the example of advertising posters, which aims to identify the characteristics of gender advertising, its stereotypical nature, depending on what qualities the characters have and analyzes how much it repeats the trends established in society. The article aims to deal with the history of the origin of advertising, the reflection of gender characteristics and presentation through the prism of advertising, where the issue of the presence/absence of gender stereotypes will be discussed and analyzed. Analyzing the empirical field in conjunction with the theoretical basis will allow us to shed light on the gender characteristics in advertising.

The aim of this study is to examine the stress levels of educational administrators and methods of coping with stress. One of the most important criteria for schools to be able to achieve the goals they have determined in advance, that is, to be effective, is school principals as an administrator. The task of the school administrator is to evaluate the resources in the school in the most efficient way, in accordance with the goals of the school. School principals have very important tasks in reducing or eliminating the existing sources of stress in the school environment. A good education manager is someone who tries to get to know his staff and can also deal with their problems. For this reason, they should be able to provide professional guidance, especially to newly appointed education administrators, from the preparation of plans to the solution of in-school and out-of-school problems, as well as provide the moral support they will need. He should be able to use his authority to eliminate or reduce the sources of institutional stress. School and course schedules should not be changed every year unless they are needed by education administrators. Changes should be made only in accordance with today's requirements. The problem of overcrowding of classrooms must be solved. This can be solved by allocating more financial resources to the education sector, by making new schools and appointing enough teachers. Since schools are one of the most stressful environments of our society, education managers are one of the most important building blocks of this environment. Education administrators are Decently acting as a bridge between National Education and teachers, teachers and students, and teachers and parents. All problems that may occur in the working environment are tried to be resolved by contacting the school principal. In this case, it is inevitable that education managers will encounter the most commonly used word today, namely “stress”. In the rankings of stress sources that affect education managers the most, it is observed that the management understanding factor usually ranks first. Efforts to manage the school, which are seen as a critical factor in educational administrator stress, are perceived as highly stressful.
