ANÁLISE DE CAPOTAMENTO DO CHASSI DE UM VEÍCULO BAJA SAE 巴哈SAE车辆底盘倾覆分析

Resumo. O presente trabalho teve como principal objetivo analisar a possibilidade de falhas no chassi de um mini veículo off road de modalidade BAJA SAE na ocorrência de capotamento. Para desenvolvimento do estudo, foi utilizado o software Solidworks para confecção do modelo 3D do chassi e o software ANSYS para realização das simulações por meio do Método dos Elementos Finitos. Para a realização da análise, foram aplicadas as devidas condições de contorno para que os resultados da simulação fossem mais condizentes com os do problema real. A partir dos resultados obtidos notou-se que a estrutura não sofre deformação plástica, apresentando fatores de segurança de 1,86 e 2,6 para duas situações de capotamento e, além disso, as deformações do chassi não alcançam o habitáculo do piloto em sua tensão máxima. Deste modo, a estrutura atende aos requisitos para realização de provas sem comprometer a integridade, a segurança e o conforto do piloto.
总结。本研究的主要目的是分析低SAE型小型越野车在发生翻车时底盘故障的可能性。为了开展研究,我们使用Solidworks软件制作了底盘的三维模型,使用ANSYS软件进行了有限元方法的仿真。为了进行分析,应用了适当的边界条件,使仿真结果与实际问题的结果更一致。从结果中可以看出,该结构不受塑性变形,两种倾覆情况下的安全系数分别为1.86和2.6,而且底盘变形在最大应力下不会到达驾驶员舱室。因此,该结构满足了测试的要求,而不损害完整性、安全性和飞行员的舒适度。

. The strong competition between companies has been forcing the optimization of production processes, reducing the reduction of manufacturing. Thus seeking the optimization of the machining process, as companies, the delivery time of product reduction ensuring its quality and cost reduction. Companies in the aerospace and molds and dies sector are characterized by products of high complexity and low demand. These are the only products, they are complex where their manufacture is possible in a machining center or five axes, as the requirements of the project characteristics are also increasingly high. Tests were performed, keeping the Tilt Angle at 25° and varying the Lead Angle at 0, -15, -60, 15 and 60 degrees. The material used in the experiments was AISI D6 in its state of supply, being machined with a spherical tip tool, in order to evaluate the influence of Lead Angle on the surface roughness. The main conclusion is the contact axis that varies only the tool and part design, Lead Angle, generated a strong influence on the surface quality of the part, especially when it comes to machining in five, with a variation only between the tests of up to 373%.

. The thermal ablation process is an advanced manufacturing technology that has drawn the attention of modern industry to its ability to perform microprocessing and nanomanufacturing. The fields of medicine, aerospace engineering, polymer manufacturing and welding are some of the main ones that utilize the method. Assuming that when solid parts are sufficiently heated, some materials can undergo a phase transition, changing from solid to gaseous state, this process being called "sublimation". If the material is heated quickly enough, in an environment with controlled boundary conditions, material is removed by sublimation, a process known as "thermal ablation". This phenomenon occurs when focusing a laser on a prototype, in a controlled environment. If the material reaches the sublimation temperature, ablation occurs on a scale proportional to the sublimation factor. In this way, a portion of the material transforms to the vapor state instantly, as a result of the rapid temperature variation, removing mass from the prototype system. This study presents a transient numerical analysis of the thermal behavior of materials during the ablation phenomenon through laser heating. The present work was done by replicating parts of a previously published experiment on the removal of an ore layer in a limestone monument by ablation. It also contains information about the software modeling of the described situation (with the basic programming of the process in the software COMSOL) and the effects/interaction of the laser pulse on the materials. The energy efficiency of the ablation process was calculated, comparing the use of a moderate and stable laser flux to a high peak energy laser pulse in terms of preserving the lower layers of the material. From the analysis of the temperature distribution obtained in the study of the problem of laser heating in thermal ablation and the parameters that influence the process, it was proved that shorter pulses with higher laser intensity have better energy efficiency compared to a long and stable flow.
