PROJETO E DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UMA IMPRESSORA 3D DE GRANDE PORTE 大型3D打印机的设计与开发

. 3D printing is a technology that has expanded considerably in recent years, but for large-scale printing it has some limitations, especially with regard to the cost of equipment. Therefore, this work proposed the development of a large printer, with a printing capacity of 1.5 m in the length, width and height directions and with low manufacturing cost. To carry out this project, the technological basis for 3D printing were studied in order to define the best project. Basically, the possibility of a dimensional expansion of a conventional 3D printer was thought of and how its mechanical parts would be developed, such as: heating tables, extrusion system and movement mechanisms. Based on the project, a large printer was manufactured, which was financed with funds from the Secretariat for Professional and Technological Education (SETEC) of the Ministry of Education (MEC). Tests were carried out and demonstrated that the printer was capable of printing large volume parts and it is estimated that the table cost about 1/3 of the value of a large printer on the market.

SELEÇÃO DA RAZÃO DE PREENCHIMENTO PARA TERMOSSIFÕES APLICADOS EM UM SISTEMA HÍBRIDO FOTOVOLTAICO/TÉRMICO 光伏/热混合系统中热虹吸填充比的选择

. One alternative for clean energy production are photovoltaic panels, but these have low efficiency, especially when they are performing above their optimum operating temperature. Thus, the use of thermosyphons and heat pipes in PV panels is being increasingly studied, both for panel cooling and to compose a hybrid photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T) system. In this study, an experimental investigation was conducted on the thermal performance of thermosyphons with different filling ratios (30, 40, 50, and 60%) for application in a hybrid PV/thermal system. The investigation consisted in simulating the operation of the devices based on the heating of the evaporator by the Joule effect resulting from the dissipation of electrical energy on a resistive tape (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50W), and the cooling of the condenser by the water flow on its surface (18°C and 1L/min). The thermal analysis of the devices was based on the temperature distribution of the device regions over time, as well as their thermal resistance as a function of the applied thermal load. The results showed that the behavior of the thermosyphons with 30 and 60% filling ratios differed from the behavior of the other two devices, indicating that these filling ratios did not provide the correct operation of these devices. As for the thermal resistance analysis, it was verified that, in general, the 50% filling ratio resulted in lower thermal resistance values for the applied thermal loads, thus concluding that the device with the best thermal performance among those tested was the thermosyphon with a 50% filling ratio.

Técnicas de Resfriamento de Placas Fotovoltaicas: uma análise bibliométrica 光伏板冷却技术:文献计量分析

Resumo. A pesquisa bibliográfica consiste em uma etapa essencial para a pesquisa científica, permitindo a análise do estado da arte e a construção do problema de pesquisa. Neste sentido, a utilização de técnicas e ferramentas para o planejamento e execução desta busca referencial torna-se fundamental para que os resultados sejam compreensíveis e representativos quanto a área de pesquisa escolhida. Assim, associando a necessidade de maior compreensão e levan-tamento de informações quanto ao resfriamento de placas fotovoltaicas por meio de dissipadores de calor, conceitos da metodologia ProKnow-C para a pesquisa bibliográfica foram utilizados com o intuito de construir uma base de referên-cias de alta relevância e embasar estudos aprofundados na área de pesquisa. Um total de 983 artigos científicos foram levantados inicialmente, sendo reduzido a 400 artigos compreendidos nos últimos 5 anos (2018 a 2022). Destes, 68 trabalhos foram selecionados como sendo o grupo final do referencial bibliográfico
