The Influence of Return on Equity, Environmental Risk Management and Stock Performance on Corporate Sustainability Performance 股权收益率、环境风险管理和股票绩效对企业可持续发展绩效的影响

This study aims to determine the relationship between a firm's financial and environmental performance and the quality of the resulting corporate sustainability report. The analysis is conducted on 36 Indonesian listed firms in three sectors: primary industry and chemicals, mining, and consumer goods. Pooled Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model is used to identify the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results show that, with firm age and size serving as the control variables, Return on Equity, Stock Performance, and Environmental Risk Management considerably positively affect a firm's Corporate Sustainability Performance (CSP). According to the findings, the independent variables ROE, environmental risk management, and stock performance impact the firm's corporate sustainability performance quality, which is significant over the long run. Therefore, businesses should consider improving CSP quality as a strategic investment and maintain a solid rapport with stakeholders. By examining how a firm's financial performance and environmental risk management affect the quality of CSP, this study contributes to the CSP field. Strategi Pengembangan Inkubator Bisnis Dalam Pendampingan Bisnis Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) 企业孵化器在中小企业、小企业和中小企业的发展战略(UMKM)

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the business actors in Indonesia that have considerable potential in supporting the national economy. Business incubators are one of the parties that can play a role in assisting the growth and development of micro, small and medium enterprises, but in practice business incubators face various limitations related to human resources, capital, facilities, coaching, technology, market potential and regulations. The influence of these limitations has an impact on the performance of mentoring or coaching, so it is necessary for business incubators to develop their mentoring programmes to be able to provide assistance in accordance with the needs needed by the current fostered tenants, so as to improve the business performance. This research aims to formulate an appropriate development strategy for the IPB Business Incubator by analysing the internal and external environment of the incubator. The method in this research uses the analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), SWOT analysis (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats), and using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that three strategies were recommended for the development of IPB's Business Incubator, namely developing an online marketing platform that can help market tenant products online, developing incubation programmes that can improve tenant competitiveness, and building cooperation with many parties both nationally and internationally. Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) have an important and strategic role in national economic development. This study aims to identify and analyze problems in the implementation of microfinance services for MSEs in Indonesia and develop a collaborative model involving relevant stakeholders, especially financial institutions and universities, to support microfinance and improve the performance of MSEs in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), utilizing data from FGDs, in-depth interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that financing constraints for MSEs can be seen from two perspectives, namely the MSEs themselves (demand side) and financial institutions (supply side). Collaborative models between various stakeholders, especially between financial institutions and universities, can be an alternative solution to strengthen access to microfinance services and improve the performance of micro and small businesses in Indonesia. In terms of transaction cost theory, universities can reduce the transaction costs of financial institutions through research, education, innovation, and partnerships with financial institutions. Therefore it can be concluded that collaboration between universities and financial institutions can make a valuable contribution to developing more efficient and cost-effective solutions in the financial industry, especially in increasing access to microfinance services and the performance of MSEs in Indonesia. Patient Satisfaction and Intention To Revisit Outpatient Specialist Clinic at XYZ Hospital, Bekasi City 别加西市XYZ医院专科门诊病人满意度及回访意向

This research was done as a response to the discrepancy between the target and the actual revisitations to the specialized outpatient clinic at XYZ Hospital in Bekasi City, then hoping to improve revisit intention at XYZ Hospital in Bekasi City. Several theories suggest that an increase in patient satisfaction leads to an increase in revisit intention. Patient satisfaction itself is related to hospital's physical environment, registration service, waiting time, doctor service, and nurse service. The aim of this study is to find out the positive impact of those variable towards patient satisfaction and then revisit intention. The model used in this study was adapted from previous research that was empirically tested on the population of patients at the specialized outpatient clinic at XYZ Hospital in Bekasi City. This study is a quantitative cross-sectional study. A questionnaire, made from prior interviews, was used to gauge hospital's physical environment, registration service, waiting time, doctor service, and nurse service. Respondent data were collected using purposive sampling with a total of 400 respondents. The data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results of the study showed that the hospital's physical environment, registration service, waiting time, doctor service, and nurse service have a positive influence on patient satisfaction. In addition, patient satisfaction also has a positive influence on revisit intention. In conclusion, this study proved that hospital’s physical environment, registration service, waiting time, doctor service, and nurse service have a positive impact on patient satisfaction which in turn had a positive impact on patient’s revisit intention. Do Corporate Philanthropy, Leverage, and Company Size Affect The Financial Stability of Manufacturing Sector Companies on The Indonesia Stock Exchange? 企业慈善、杠杆和公司规模是否影响印尼证券交易所制造业公司的财务稳定性?

Manufacture sector becomes a focus of this research. The manufacturing sector was chosen because the sector had the biggest GDP in 2016-2020. This research aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility based on corporate philanthropy, leverage, and firm size on the company's financial stability. Financial stability was used as a dependent variable in this study. This research uses a quantitative approach and multiple panel data regression method. The object used in this research was 456 observation data on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016-2020. This research shows that corporate philanthropy has an insignificant effect on financial stability in Indonesia. Leverage has a significant negative effect on financial stability in Indonesia. Firm size has a significant positive effect on financial stability in Indonesia. The conclusion is that corporate philanthropy does not affect financial stability, while the level of leverage and the company's size affect financial stability. In Indonesia, the role of corporate philanthropy has not been as decisive as in developed countries. Managerial implications show that the company's size impacts customer trust so that the company has better governance. In addition, companies also need to properly manage the problem of using debt. The automotive industry, especially in the classification of four-wheeled vehicles, is one of the largest industries in Indonesia, which has massive and stable sales. In this sector, products from several global-scale automotive companies have long been the choice of Indonesian consumers, including Toyota as its leading brand. In this era of information technology, product marketing and communication has become embedded in digital forms and the internet along with the increasingly important role of social media. Electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) has been investigated to play an important role in establishing brand trust and purchases. This study attempts to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and brand image on Toyota car purchasing decisions in Bandung by testing brand trust as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on Toyota consumers in Bandung who actively use Instagram social media. Sample collection was carried out using simple random sampling technique with data analysis using the PLS-SEM approach. The results show that E-WOM has a significant effect on brand trust (Path Coefficient=0.202; p-value= 0.033), and on purchasing decisions (Path Coefficient=0.226; p-value= 0.012). Empirical results show a significant effect of brand image on brand trust (Path Coefficient=0.526; p-value=0.000), and on purchasing decisions (Path Coefficient=0.210; p-value= 0.037). Direct analysis also shows a significant role of brand trust in purchasing decisions (Path Coefficient=0.460; p-value=0.000). Mediation analysis shows that brand trust is able to mediate the relationship between E-WOM on Purchase Decisions, and between Brand Image on Purchase Decisions. Does Subjective Well-Being and Perceived Organizational Can Support Startup Employees’ Performance During Hybrid Workforce Era? 主观幸福感和感知组织是否能支持混合劳动力时代创业公司员工的绩效?

The hybrid workforce is a combined work from an office and remote working implemented by many companies after the pandemic subsided. This study analyzed the subjective well-being and perceived organizational support in the hybrid workforce era on startup employees' performance in Indonesia. The total of the research samples was 110 samples, which the researcher used convenience sampling to obtain and SEM-PLS analysis to analyze the data. The results showed differences between permanent and temporary employees that stem from differences in perceptions between the two groups of employees. In the effect of perceived organizational support on subjective well-being, the researcher obtained the same results between temporary and permanent employees, in which perceived organizational support affected their well-being. The result obtained for the effect of subjective well-being on employee performance showed that it did not affect temporary employees but permanent employees. In the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, temporary employees have a more significant influence on permanent employees. In the influence of the hybrid workforce era on employee performance, the results obtained did not affect temporary but affect permanent employees. Service Quality Influence on Repurchase Intention, Through Customer Satisfaction Mediation: Indonesia Music Studio Perspective 服务品质对顾客再购意愿之影响:以印尼音乐工作室为视角

The research purpose is to find significant effect of service quality (tangible, reliable, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on repurchase intention, through intervening variable of customer satisfaction at Bumi Musik Gemilang (BMG) recording studio, Malang-Indonesia. This quantitative research applies JASP software, an open-source statistics program, to process the questionnaires research data. The research participants consist of 169 respondents who are customers of BMG Music Recording Studio. The results show that the five dimensions of service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the dimensions of service quality that have a significant effect on repurchase intention through the mediation of customer satisfaction are reliability and empathy. However, the variable customer satisfaction does not show a mediating effect on the relationship between the dimensions of tangible, responsiveness and assurance on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect as an intervening variable between service quality and repurchase intention. Effect of Product Quality and Promotion Mix on Coca Cola Purchase Decition 产品质量与促销组合对可口可乐购买决策的影响

The product is one of the elements of the marketing mix, which determines how the brand can compete in the market. In addition, of course, it must be supported by the right advertising mix to present products to consumers. As a well-known beverage brand, Coca-Cola must pay attention to these two factors in order to remain in the market. Based on this, it is determined whether product quality and advertising mix influence the purchase decision of Coca-Cola beverages in Bone-Bone District, North Luwu Regency. The variables used in this study were product quality, promotion mix and purchase decision. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sampling technique used in this study, namely a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive random sampling method, which is random sampling with a specific purpose. Population determination using Lameshow's formula is 96.4 and rounded up to 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and processed using the SPSS 21 statistical program. The results showed that product quality has a close relationship to the decision to purchase Coca-Cola beverages in Bone-Bone District, North Luwu Regency, with a very strong significance value. The results of this study found that the promotion mix positively and significantly influenced the purchase decision of Coca-Cola beverages in Bone-Bone District, North Luwu Regency. The results of the study can be concluded based on the level of significance which shows that product quality and promotion mix have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Subsidized housing is a government program with the aim of meeting the housing needs of low-income peoplewhere subsidies or housing financing assistance are in the form of houses with selling prices below market prices. However, companies that develop subsidized houses must now be able to survive during increasingly fierce business competition conditions and world economic conditions that are being shaken by the Covid-19 pandemic. People's purchasing power that has decreased due to the rules for "Stay at Home" has made all areas of the economy decrease. Sentra Hills Tenjo is one of the many subsidized housing estates developed by housing developers. This housing is under the auspices of PT Bogor Indonesia Depeloper as the developer. This housing is in Singabangsa, Tenjo District, Bogor, West Java. This housing offers two types of houses, namely type 24/66 and type 36/72. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of buyers who have made subsidized home loan agreements in Perumahaan Sentra Hills Tenjo., Analyze the influence of product attributes, promotions, and motivations on the decision to buy subsidized houses in Sentra Hills Tenjo and Formulate managerial implications for increasing the number of subsidized home purchases in Sentra Hills Tenjo. Analysis using Structural Equation Modelling. The results showed that product, promotion and motivation variables influenced the decision to buy subsidized houses in Sentra Hills Tenjo Housing.
