Determinant Factors of Energy Consumption Savings in Urban Households 城镇居民能耗节约的决定因素

: Based on urban homes' typical features and socioeconomic characteristics, this experimental research examined consumer behavior patterns regarding energy efficiency and the factors influencing energy saving. This research investigated the idea of "nudge" with power conservation. This research used the word "Nudge" in the chosen architectural scheme to reduce residential power use to prevent the rebound effect. We found that 'nudged' households could lower their power usage costs by utilizing societal norms. The "Nudge" criteria we included discussed general knowledge of energy saving and the usage of societal norms that encourage replacing conventional lighting with energy-efficient ones. In this research, sixty-two homes were chosen and given a "nudge" over three months. The homes' sizes must range from 40 to 200 square meters and have had current electrical accounts for at least a year. This research in Bantul was intended to investigate the impact of "home energy reporting" and how social norms, curtailment, and energy conservation practices differ depending on shared traits like the home's features and the owner's socioeconomic status. According to this research, "social norms and curtailments" can lower home power usage, resulting in electricity cost savings of up to 16.305 percent for three months compared to typical consumption. On the savings that were realized, there was no rebound impact.

Leadership Types in Support of Creativity and Innovation Within Video Game Studios in Indonesia 印度尼西亚电子游戏工作室中支持创意和创新的领导类型

: This study explores the leadership type most impacting organizational climate, creativity, and innovation in game studios. This study also addresses a gap in previous studies: organizational creativity's role in producing innovative products. This quantitative study of 68 respondents consisting of managers/owners and employees of game studios in Indonesia analyzes the type of leadership that affects organizational climate, creativity, and, ultimately, corporate innovation using an electronic survey during the COVID-19 pandemic. The respondents were acquired by invitations dispersed with the help of managing members of Asosiasi Game Indonesia and game developer social networks. The survey results were analyzed using the structural equation modeling partial least squares technique (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3 software. This study shows that transformational leadership is the dominant leadership type and positively impacts a supportive organizational climate; such a climate also impacts organizational creativity. Transformational leadership also affects the kind of innovation in game studios. Understanding the factors of producing creative and innovative products in creative teams should improve the growth of video game producers.

Pengaruh Social Media Marketing Instagram Terhadap Repurchase Intention Melalui Experiential Marketing dan Brand Trust 美拉瑞体验式营销与品牌信任

: This study aims to analyze the influence of Instagram's social media marketing on repurchase intention through experiential marketing and brand trust in the Naboks Bogor brand. The method of the reseach used quantitative with 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used a descriptive analysis, and Structural equation modeling (SEM) test (Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS)). The results of the study prove that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on experiential marketing. Social media marketing has a positive and significant impact on brand trust. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. In contrast, experiential marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention and social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.

Pengaruh Career Planning, Self Efficacy dan Adversity Quotient Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa S1 di Semarang

: This study aims to determine the effect of career planning, self-efficacy and adversity quotient on the job readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang. The object of this research is undergraduate students in Semarang who have entered the final semester with a sample of 100. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with purposive sampling as the specific criteria to be taken as samples. Data analysis technique with classical assumption test. The results of the study showed (1) there was a positive and significant influence on career planning on the job readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with a tcount value of 2,457 > ttable 1,984 and a significance value of 0.016 <0.05, (2) not there is an effect of self efficacy on the work readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with a tcount of 1.868 < ttable 1.984 and a significance value of 0.065 > 0.05, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of adversity quotient on work readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with tcount 4.983 > ttable 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) there is a positive and significant effect of career planning, self-efficacy and adversity quotient together on the work readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with an Fcount of 57.959 > Ftebel 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) with an adjusted R square value of 0.633 means that the career planning, self-efficacy, and adversity quotient variables can explain the work readiness variable by 63.3% and 36.7% is influenced by other variables outside the study.
