Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Terhadap Pengelolaan Dana Desa 社区授权的乡村资金管理

Realizing people's welfare is one of the goals of national development. The Birth Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages provides new opportunities for village communities to develop their capacities and abilities as subjects of development, and one of the elements that helps improve the standard of living of village communities is the provision of village funds. The purpose of this study is to describe community empowerment in managing village funds and to analyze the factors that influence village fund management on the level of community empowerment in Erambu Village, Sota District. Purposive sampling was used to identify informants in this study, which used a qualitative descriptive methodology. The results of the study show that community empowerment in managing village funds in Erambu Village has been going well. In the planning stage, the community has participated in conveying programs, activities, and development needs that will become development priorities in village-level musrenbang activities. Furthermore, in the implementation stage, the village community also played a role; although there were still frequent miscommunications with village officials, this did not become a serious obstacle that hindered the implementation of activities. In the supervision stage, the community has also been involved, although it has not been maximized due to educational factors and public awareness of supervision over the management of village funds, which is still low. The factors that influence community empowerment in managing village funds in Erambu Village are leadership, communication, and community education.

Peran Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro Dalam Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro 合作社服务和微企业在微企业赋权中的作用

Micro Business Actors (UM) are one of the pillars of the national economy. The Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises has an important role in promoting micro enterprises. The role of the cooperative and micro business services is expected to create welfare and prosperity for micro business actors. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in empowering micro enterprises in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach through interviews, observation and documentation and uses secondary data sourced from journals and books. The research location is at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises (UM) Sidoarjo Regency. Based on the results of research on the role of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in empowering business actors as follows: 1) Facility Role; including the provision of Support, utilization of resources, and communication. 2) Educational Role; provide information related to punctured potency, and training. 3) Representative Role; includes cooperation in fostering and developing potential, opening networks with other parties, and obtaining venture capital. 4) Technical Roles; includes skills, management, and the ability to control finances.

Dinamika Kedudukan, Peran Dan Status Perempuan Suku Asmat Pendekatan Arena Kultural Pierre Bourdieu

Asmat Tribe women are faced with a subordinate position because of the social transformation that has occurred in Asmat Tribe due to the intervention of 'outsiders'. The existence of the Asmat tribe is an attraction for missionaries, countries and also other practitioners who attend with their own goals. This study describes the phase of social transformation that occurred in Asmat Tribe which has changed the social construction of the status, role and position of women in it. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method that focuses on Pierre Bourdieu's theory of the cultural arena as a rationale. The results of the study show that the status, role and position of women experience a dynamic change from a dichotomous pattern to a subordinate one due to the interference of "outsiders". In the phase before the missionaries arrived, social roles within the Asmat tribe were not only determined by gender and kinship but also skills and knowledge, whereas during the missionary phase, women began to accept subordinate behavior because the teachings in the Bible seemed to legitimize the existence of male roles. -males are taller than females. Likewise, when the state came to the Asmat, women were increasingly entangled in domestic terms as the main space for women. Formulasi Kebijakan Kolaborasi Pengelolaan Pariwisata 旅游业管理合作政策公式

Policy Formulation is a process of formulating policies or strategies to achieve the desired goals. The formulation of collaborative tourism management policies in Merauke Regency involves five parties, namely local government, academics, communities, tourism business actors, and the mass media. The Penta helix collaboration is very important to create synergy and cooperation in tourism management in Merauke Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD),  and documentation studies. The results of this study, namely the absence of a Regency Tourism Development Management Agency (BPPPK) which should be regulated in a Regent's Regulation, so that the government is expected to immediately form a BPPK so that the forum together with the Tourism Office always synergizes in the process of planning, organizing, supervising and controlling activities that relate to tourism, including promotion, tourism product development, and environmental and cultural conservation.

Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 11 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah 2018年第11条区域法规执行区域财产管理

The purpose of the study was to find out how the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2018 concerning the Management of Regional Property, the problem of assets, especially motor vehicles controlled by users who have moved from the previous Regional Equipment Work Unit to a new office and have not reported these assets. The method used is qualitative descriptive and uses data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research conducted, that the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2018 concerning the Management of Regional Property has not gone well. Regarding communication related to the implementation of regional regulations on the management of regional property, there are still annual records that cannot all be detected, making it difficult to find data. In terms of resources, there are still many asset users who are not aware of reporting to the asset field, similarly, the resources actually needed for asset management are still insufficient, there is a lack of archivists as managers of Regional Property records, there are only archivists and staff who do not have archival training. The bureaucratic structure has so far gone well enough that there are no significant problems.

Sumber Gempong Rice Field Tourism is a tourist destination that has great natural potential and is located in Ketapanrame Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency. In the development, management and development of tourism is carried out jointly as managers and investors. Even though it was only inaugurated in December 2021, this tour is capable of becoming the largest producer of the Mutiara Welirang Village-Owned Enterprise. This is inseparable from the development carried out by the management. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the Sumber Gempong Rice Field Tourism object carried out by a business entity owned by Mutiara Welirang Village. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the development of tourist objects carried out by the Mutiara Welirang Village-Owned Enterprise has been carried out quite well and according to existing theory, but further improvement and development is needed on the indicators of facilities, accessibility and brand image. There needs to be more development related to the addition of facilities and means of ease of access and increased security so that tourism can adapt to current trends in order to achieve the goal of tourism development, namely to attract visitors.

BUMDes Surya Sejahtera is a BUMDes that is in the village of Kedungturi, Taman, Sidoarjo. BUMDes Surya Sejahtera has 4 enterprise units namely UED – SP, Unit of Trade, TPST (Place for Integrated Waste Disposal), and Unit of Partnership Enterprise. BUMDes Surya Sejahtera is a role model for other BUMDes in the Sidoarjo district as well as the first MoU unit of minimarket and sewing partnership in the district. The aim of this researcher is to know the development strategy used by BUMDes Solar Welfare. The research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques such as observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that the development strategy carried out by BUMDes Solar Safety has been done quite well and in accordance with the existing theory, but it is also necessary to make further improvements and development strategies in terms of the development of the marketing network. Need for further development related to marketing development need for new innovations related to how sales such as starting to sell goods or products from trade stores online through social media specialized products BUMDes or E-Commerce in order to the goal of BUMdes development strategy that is increasingly advanced and continues to innovate.

Model Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Konsep Usaha Tani Perkotaan 通过城市农业理念建立社区赋权模型

This study was structured to examine the model of community empowerment through the concept of urban farming in the Orchid Women Farmer Group (KWT) in Bara-Barayya Village, Makassar District, Makassar City. This study aims to determine how effective community empowerment is in urban farming. This study was compiled using qualitative analysis and then described by descriptive writing method. Purposive sampling is a sampling method in this study. Informants in the study included the Orchid Women Farmer Group (KWT), agricultural extension workers and the Makassar City Food Security Service. The researcher describes the empowerment model in the community using the CIPOO model approach (content, input, process, output, and outcome). The results of the study show the community empowerment model if in that approach, there is an approach that has not been fulfilled. However, the results of empowerment in urban farming at the Orchid KWT, run effectively and are carried out as they should, so that people who participate in these activities will be more concerned in utilizing the surrounding resources and increasing community harmony in one area.

Peran Pemerintahan Desa Dalam Upaya Pencegahan dan Penurunan Stunting Terintegrasi 农村政府在保护和减少发育整合方面的作用

It is important to prevent and reduce stunting as early as possible to avoid adverse short-term and long-term impacts such as stunted child growth and development. Therefore, integrated stunting prevention and reduction efforts are needed, in this case the government can carry out two interventions, namely specific nutrition interventions. This study aims to describe the role of the Wedoro Village Government, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency in integrated stunting prevention and reduction efforts. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which produces data in the form of written words from interviews, observations, documentation, and online data searches. The results of this study indicate that the Wedoro Village Government in carrying out specific nutrition interventions by providing nutrition post programs, socializing Pregnant Women Classes and for the treatment of infections or diseases by providing referral authority to the puskesmas. While the role in sensitive nutrition interventions, namely distributing basic food assistance, monthly monitoring through posyandu, stunting assistance through the PENTING Cadre (Stunting Prevention Cadre), online nutrition consultation through Ayo

Strategi Komunikasi dalam Mensosialisasikan Program Website Layanan Aspirasi dan Pengaduan Online Rakyat 拟议服务网站计划和人民网上投诉的沟通战略

The lack of effective communication by the government in socializing the LAPOR program has resulted in this program not being used optimally by the community. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the communication strategy used in socializing the LAPOR program in Pematang Siantar City, North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature studies, and observations. The results of the study indicate that there are five communication strategies that can be used in socializing the LAPOR program, namely: (i) utilizing social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as media for socializing the LAPOR program; (ii) organizing an exhibition about the LAPOR program so that it can be shown how to use the LAPOR program; and (iii) providing training on how to use the LAPOR program. This training can be carried out in collaboration with village and sub-district officials so that they can assist in socializing the LAPOR program to the community; (iv) placing banners and banners regarding the LAPOR program in strategic places such as on main roads, city centers, and other public places; and (v) conducting roadshows to various areas in Pematang Siantar City. In this roadshow, the government can provide information about the LAPOR program and its benefits. Active government involvement and community participation are critical to the success of the LAPOR program. Through the use of the right strategy, it is hoped that the LAPOR program can continue to grow and provide benefits to the community.
