Pengaruh Program Desa Wisata Terhadap Perkembangan Ekonomi Desa Dan Pelestarian Budaya Lokal 旅游村计划对当地经济发展和文化保护的影响

Village development so that it can become a tourist village is the right program to stimulate the village's original income and introduce the potential of each town. This study aims to explain the influence of the tourism village program on the village's economic development and culture preservation. The method that the researcher uses is the library research method. The results of this study are that several tourist villages can improve the village economy. Still, some tourist villages have been unable to improve the village economy. This is due to the lack of stakeholder roles in socializing or providing understanding to the community in tourist villages to develop the potential in their villages; as a result, some village communities are unable to innovate. Cooperation between stakeholders in tourism development is key to developing tourist villages. The utilization of local culture by a town can be an attraction to foreign and local tourists. So it is essential to coordinate and train rural communities to develop their villages and introduce the cultural diversity that Indonesia has.

Pengelolaan Lahan Parkir Untuk Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah 区域人口税增加的停车场管理

Wamanggu Market as it should provide adequate parking, but the fact is that Wamanngu Market has not been able to provide adequate parakir land for vehicles of people visiting the market. The purpose of the research study was to formulate a parking lot management model at the Wamanggu Market to increase local income. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation, and FGD, while data analysis uses Data reduction, Data Display, Data verification. The results showed that the parking lot at Wamanggu Market has not been able to accommodate vehicles to park in the parking lot provided so that many people park their vehicles outside the market area, including on the road body around the market area. This has an impact on pad being less than optimal because vehicles that park outside the market area are not subject to payment of parking levies. The volume provided has not been balanced with the number of vehicles that want to park, parking facilities in the form of guard posts, and portals are no longer functioning and do not have parking signs. The density of vehicles using the parking lot makes parking attendants have the ability to arrange vehicles to use the parking lot, of course, it will have an impact on the parking levy. The need for parking space has been converted to a place for selling merchants so that it needs integrated parking management between the needs of parking spaces and the parking facilities provided.v

Pemberdayaan Lanjut Usia Melalui Inovasi Gerakan Lansia Produktif 通过创新的生产老年运动使老年赋权

Elderly is an age that will naturally experience changes and declines physically, mentally, socially and economically. In old age a person will experience changes in physical aspects. Jorong Beringin Sakti is a jorong in the high Taratak village in Dharmasraya Regency with a population of 5,079 people with ± 550 elderly people or 10.83% of the total population. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the GL-Pro Sasabesa Innovation. This research method is a qualitative type using an inductive approach, the authors receive data through interviews, observation, and recording. Research on empowering the elderly through GL-Pro Sasabesa Innovation is well implemented. The results of the study show that with the existence of new elderly MSMEs, including packaged herbal powders and packaged food products that are marketed in traditional markets, exhibitions, dekranasda and other events as well as receiving orders for handicrafts, the elderly who previously had no income become elderly who productive with an average income of IDR 200,000 per month. The process of establishing an Elderly School in Dharmasraya Regency is an innovation activity from the Elderly Friendly Village that has existed since the beginning of 2020 in Dharmasraya Regency.

Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan 社区参与发展规划的审议

This This study aims to determine the participation of the community in Kampung Getentiri, Jair District, Boven Digoel Regency in Development Planning Meetings. Observational techniques, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. The collected data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The study found that although Musrembang had been conducted and generated enthusiasm among most of the community who are mostly farmers, community participation in Musrembang was still lacking. Inter-community relations were not communicative enough, and there was a lack of active involvement in providing suggestions. In terms of tokenism, the community participated in Musrembang to give their input and opinions on development plans, but the feedback provided was only formal and not followed up, giving the government greater control over development programs. This highlights the need to strengthen community participation in the planning and implementation of development, ensuring that their feedback is not merely a formality but also taken into consideration in decision-making. Furthermore, in terms of the community's power in development planning in Kampung Getentiri, the community has power in development planning. They are involved directly in the initial meetings with the village head and Musrembang and are enthusiastic about providing input. The results of Musrembang give the community authority to participate in implementing development programs, although they are still monitored by the village authorities.

Pendekatan SOAR Dalam Strategi Pengembangan Wisata SOAR的方法在旅游发展策略中

The Tourism Village or Village is one of the flagship programs of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) which is carried out as an effort to restore tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kampung Lawas Maspati is one of the tourist villages that has cultural and historical values ​​for the Indonesian nation as well as various awards. Various tourism development activities have been carried out, however, the situation is not gradually improving. This study aims to determine the appropriate tourism development strategy in Kampung Lawas Maspati, Surabaya City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with SOAR analysis. The results show that the strength of Kampung Lawas Maspati is the existence of historical buildings. The opportunity that exists is that many people have businesses. The aspiration of the community is to mobilize UKM. The desired result is an increase in the economy. The appropriate strategy to be applied in Kampung Lawas Maspati is the SA and OR strategies. By implementing SA and OR strategies such as the existence of tour packages, the introduction of UKM and the collaboration that is carried out can increase the income of the village and the community as UKM actors. Meanwhile, through branding, tourists will be interested in visiting Kampung Lawas Maspati. This income will later help the community's economic recovery as well as better tourism development activities.

Tulisan ini membahas tentang dampak implementasi MIFEE (Merauke Integrated Food and Energi Estate). MIFEE diatur dalam Instruksi Presiden No. 1 Tahun 2010 tentang Percepatan Pelaksanaan Prioritas Pembangunan Nasional Tahun 2010, yang berisi tentang penyusunan Grand Design Food and Energy Estate di Merauke. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode desk study (studi kepustakaan). Hasil analisisnya adalah implementasi MIFEE belum mampu secara penuh membantu masyarakat Papua, program yang bertujuan untuk pembangunan malah mengakibatkan kesenjangan di daerah sekitar. Sehingga MIFEE lebih banyak memberikan dampak negatif bagi masyarakat di sekitar program tersebut. Program MIFEE yang dilakukan pemerintah mengakibatkan marginalisasi masyarakat adat, hilangnya mata pencaharian masyarakat dan potensi hilangnya kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, pembangunan yang memperhatikan dan menilai sosial budaya dan potensi masyarakat Papua khususnya Merauke adalah desain kebijakan yang paling cocok untuk mendukung masyarakat asli Papua. Dengan memperhatikan potensi suatu daerah pemerintah dapat mendesain kebijakan yang juga mendukung masyarakat asli Papua.

Program MIFEE yang dilakukan pemerintah mengakibatkan marginalisasi masyarakat adat, hilangnya mata pencaharian masyarakat dan potensi hilangnya kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, pembangunan yang memperhatikan dan menilai sosial budaya dan potensi masyarakat Papua khususnya Merauke adalah desain kebijakan yang paling cocok untuk mendukung masyarakat asli Papua. Inovasi Program Aplikasi Surabaya Single Window Alfa Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Perizinan Online 创新泗水单窗口应用程序,以加强在线许可服务

Pemerintah Kota Surabaya berupaya untuk terus memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik lagi bagi masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan perizinan yaitu meluncurkan aplikasi pengembangan dari SSW yang disebut dengan Surabaya Single Window (SSW) Alfa pada 1 Agustus 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui inovasi program aplikasi SSW Alfa dalam meningkatan perizinan online di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Relative Advantage, SSW Alfa telah memberikan keuntungan bagi masyarakat dari kemudahan yang didapatkan pada saat mengakses perizinan. 2) Compatibility, SSW Alfa dinyatakan tidak sesuai dikarenakan alur penanganan perizinan dan kewenangan penandatanganan terdapat perbedaan dengan inovasi sebelumnya sehingga inovasi yang sebelumnya tidak digunakan lagi. 3) Compexity, tingkat kerumitan SSW Alfa menurut pengguna cukup rumit karena sempat terjadi error dan terkendala dengan berkas yang kurang lengkap. 4) Triability, sebelum diluncurkan ke masyarakat SSW Alfa telah melalui tahap uji coba. 5) Observability, SSW Alfa mudah untuk diamati oleh masyarakat untuk memantau jalannya berkas perizinan dan mempermudah petugas untuk mendapatkan data dengan rinci mengenai banyaknya perizinan yang masuk yaitu sejak diluncurkan 31 Agustus 2021 hingga April 2022 tercatat 127.200 berkas, dengan begitu tujuan dan hasil yang ingin dicapai telah sesuai.

Fungsi Pengawas Bidang SMP Dalam Melakukan Monitoring Terhadap Kualitas Pendidikan 初中区域监督监督教育质量的功能

Pengawasan yang berkualitas adalah pengawasan yang dilakukan pada semua sekolah dan membantuguru dan sekolah dalam hal peningkatan sistem belajar mengajar maupun pengelolaan sekolah. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas pengawasan pendidikan terhadap Sekolah MenengahPertama di Kabupaten Merauke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatandeskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datayaitu, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menemukan Pelaksanaanpengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Merauke belummaksimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yakni pengawas sekolah yangtersedia di dinas tidak seimbang dengan jumlah sekolah yang ada sehingga berpengaruh terhadapjangkauan pengawas ke sekolah binaan menjadi berkurang dan tidak merata. Kunjungan pengawas lebihintens dilakukan pada sekolah yang ada di kota sedangkan sekolah yang berada di pinggiran dan pelosokkunjungan hanya dilakukan tiga bulan sekali bahkan terdapat sekolah yang sangat jarang dilakukanpengawasan. Padahal dengan kunjungan pengawas yang teratur dapat membantu sekolah dalam melihatkekurangan sekolah untuk segera diperbaiki. Hal lain yang membuat pelaksanaan pengawasan belummaksimal adalah karena kekurangan dana. Untuk melakukan pengawasan pada sekolah yang jauh,pengawas kadang menggunakan uang pribadi karena dana supervisi yang diberikan pemerintah tidakmencukupi. Selain itu, kondisi geografis yang menantang juga membuat pengawas sulit mengunjungisekolah.

Evaluasi Ketercapaian Fungsi Pasar Rakyat Waiwerang Pasca Revitalisasi 怀荣市值复苏后的疲惫评估

Pasca revitalisasi fisik pada tahun 2018, pasar rakyat Waiwerang belum difungsikan secara optimal sesuaiamanat Undang-Undang nomor 7 Tahun 2014 tentang Perdagangan. Dengan menggunakan modelevaluasi CIPP (contex, input, process, product), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesesuaianprogram dengan kebutuhan pelaku usaha, kelayakan sumber daya pelaksana program, pemanfaatanpelaksanaan program berdasarkan rencana dan untuk menilai capaian tujuan program dan perubahan dimasyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa output program revitalisasi tidak relevan dengan kebutuhan dari pelaku usaha daniklim lingkungan setempat. Minimnya partisipasi dari pedagang menjadi faktor penyebab perencanaanprogram dilakukan tidak berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang akurat. Pelaksanaan program belumdidukung dengan kualitas dan kapabilitas yang handal dari organisasi pengelola. Ini dikarenakaninterprestasi parsial terhadap tujuan program sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam UU nomor 7 tahun 2014dan Permendag nomor 2 tahun 2019. Sarana dan prasarana dagang belum dimafaatkan sesuai rencanadalam mendukung ketercapaian fungsi pasar. Jumlah unit, luas ukuran dan sirkulasi udara menjadi faktorpenyebab. Perubahan pada tampilan fisik pasar telah tercapai. Namun ketersediaan modal usaha danpeningkatan stabilitas produksi melalui koperasi belum digalangkan. Peran aspek modalsosial/institusional bagi kelestarian ekosistem dan lingkungan pasar masih diabaikan oleh pihakpengelola.

Manajemen Strategi Pemerintah Dalam Peningkatan Ketahanan Pangan 政府加强粮食安全的战略管理

Ketahanan pangan adalah kondisi terpenuhinya pangan bagi semua orang pada setiap saat yang terjaminmutunya, bergizi, aman dari zat-zat berbahaya dan merata serta terjangkau oleh semua orang. Untuk itu,program penganekaragaman pangan diterapkan di salah satu Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Karawangyaitu KWT Asih Munggaran, karena KWT ini merupakan kelompok tani yang paling aktif di Karawang.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen strategi pemerintah dalam peningkatanketahanan pangan melalui penganekaragaman pangan berbasis sumber daya lokal dengan menerapkanpekarangan pangan lestari (P2L) pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Asih Munggaran. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu jenis penelitian yang berupayamenggambarkan suatu fenomena sesuai dengan apa yang terjadi di lapangan yang menghasilkan datadeskriptif berupa kata-kata, dokumen tertulis, maupun gambar. Teknik pengumpulan data yangdigunakan yaitu melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan (wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi).Peneliti menemukan, dengan adanya strategi penganekaragaman konsumsi pangan di KabupatenKarawang telah membentuk suatu pencapaian pola pangan yang beragam di masyarakat sertamenumbuhkan semangat kreatifitas para anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Asih Munggaran darihasil pemanfaatan pekarangan pangan lestari sehingga dapat membantu memenuhi pendapatan rumahtangga/rumah tangga tani. Namun pemanfaatan pekarangan masih didominasi oleh lahanperkebunan/pertanian dan belum dimaksimalkan untuk peternakan.
