This article was made based on the changing needs of the community for information in the era of information and communication technology. To be able to communicate policies in the field of public information disclosure, the government must be able to realize transparently, effectively, efficiently and accountably. The communication process must be supported by a good and reliable organizational identity. This research was conducted to see the implications of how organizational culture changes in the digital era in the Ministry of Finance's public information service process since 2018. The organizational communication process is used as a liaison for the creation of good relations between organizations and the public. This study uses descriptive analytic research methods with results that explain that organizational culture is important in supporting changes in PPID Ministry of Finance's (PPID MoF) public information service activities in the digital age. The implication can be seen that changes in the PPID MoF organizational identity through the use of social media will depend on the organization's strategy and organizational cultural activities. Furthermore, it is expected that the use of social media can be used as a way to educate and increase public participation in the field of public information services

In Bangladesh, the number of cyber-citizens has been skyrocketing since the 2010s. Violence against women is also proliferating along with the presence of Islam in public spheres and discourses. Using thematic analysis, this study analyzes the discourse data collected from Facebook, the dominant social media of Bangladesh. The key aim of the research is to find out the bedrock of Islamic vigilantism and verbal aggressiveness against women in social media. Subsequently, three interlinked themes have been explored: women’s religiosity, women’s attire, and women’s virtue. The findings have shown that men mainly capitalize on these three conventional and stereotyped ideas of popular Islam to conduct vigilantism against women in social media, which is most often accompanied by different types of verbal aggressiveness. Further, this study considering deep-rooted misogyny and patriarchy in Bangladesh society argues that these factors might have contributed to directing online vigilantism against women. As little research has been done in this area, this research study would lead to further researches in this area.

Indonesian public health communication literacy is the education center for the government and related institutions. The formulation of this research problem is how to model health communication literacy in communities in tourism areas in Indonesia. The research objective was to determine the health communication literacy model in the community in tourism areas in Indonesia. The concept used in this research is new media literacy and health communication and audience attitudes. Several previous studies support this research. The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The result of the research is that health communication literacy on social media in a cognitive structure greatly affects the respondents. However, at the conative level, there are still some respondents who do not care about this pandemic because of the long duration. In the simple regression results, this study shows a great influence on the respondent's attitude. The suggestion of this research is the need for knowledge collaboration in subsequent research. So that it is not only in social science research but with natural science.

Working from home (WFH) is a new thing for Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) which has the most extensive office distribution among vertical agencies of Indonesian government, surely has its own challenges in implementing WFH during Covid-19 pandemic. Such as the Singkawang Tax Office which has 86% non-homebase employees that appear to have different meaning about WFH which can affect their public service. This phenomenology study wants to examine the meaning of WFH based on the experience of DGT non- homebase employees along with their various conditions and backgrounds. Six employees were deeply interviewed by purposive sampling technique. The research findings showed that WFH was defined as new step in carrying out the government bureaucracy and public service. The different meanings of WFH were not only influenced by the location of office but also by the differences of cultural background, age, educational background, and position; that affected their performance in carrying out government bureaucracy and undergoing tasks related to public service. The reward and punishment rules for employees discipline during WFH was defined as organization’s response to maintain all organization performances. These findings raise implications for public service organizations running WFH during covid-19.

The purpose of this paper is to describe Jajasan “Pembaruan” as a publisher that produced printed materials in the form of magazines and books in Indonesia (1950-1966). This study might be categorized in the history of communication as a political frame. This article examines particularly on how Jajasan “Pembaruan” as a political agent carried out propaganda with printed material productions in the form of book and magazine publications. As an agent of trans-nationalism, through the content in the publication, Jajasan “Pembaruan” as well as being a medium in shaping the concept of identity politically and culturally through discourse politics. This research shows that the publications by Jajasan “Pembaruan” were agents of political propaganda pioneered by several young people (political activists and leftist thinkers), the Indonesian Communist Party. Thus, the productions by Jajasan “Pembaruan” were at the same time a strong foundation in providing theory, politics, and practices regarding the idea of a “new way”, especially among the cadres of the Indonesian Communist Party about Indonesian political identity. Propaganda spread through books or magazines published by Jajasan “Pembaruan” was one of the discourse efforts of “decolonialization” in spreading various communist political views. Production or printed materials by Jajasan “Pembaruan” received support in a fluid communication network between countries in the context of the cold war.

Dakwah discussing Islamic values are not only obtainable through religious lectures, television broadcasts, or certain book category. Dakwah could also be performed by using social media; a medium that is dominated by milennials. Dakwah performed by @indonesiatanpapacaran, is an example for dakwah movement in social media. This account is favored by individuals who pursue “hijrah” (hegira/hijra). Not only introducing the nurture of Islamic values, this account also has its profitable business going. Some religious narrations could function as commodity materials, both online and offline. In the end of the day, the capitalist could gain great benefit by this account’s movement. The objective of this study is to obtain an overview of commodification process performed by @indonesiatanpapacaran. Research method used is content analysis. Data collection was conducted by analyzing all contents posted in @indonesiatanpapacaran Instagram account. Some data including contents, values, and even narrations, are the highlight of the analysis. All contents in marriage principals could be seen as potential contents made use by Indonesia Tanpa Pacaran movement.

This study seeks to examine the antecedents of Internet of Things (IoT) intention and adoption of Indonesian village-owned enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Desa, BUMDes) by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The respondents comprised 237 managers and staff of BUMDes in Aceh, Indonesia. A questionnaire was designed to examine perceived usefulness of IoT on the product and service empowerment, perceived ease of use of IoT, and perceived credibility on IoT, intention to use the technology, and adoption of IoT to the community empowerment in the village setting. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The generated model of IoT showed three significant direct paths between perceived usefulness, perceived credibility on the IoT, and intention as well as between intention and adoption. The re-specified model of IoT adoption indicated two significant direct paths (perceived usefulness to intention and intention to adoption) and introduced three new paths (direct paths from perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived credibility to adoption). The final model also established partial mediating effects of intention between Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and IoT adoption. This study suggests the relevance of TAM to explain IoT adoption in Indonesian village-owned companies.

Economic empowerment in Indonesia is quite dynamically developing, this is also not free from the study of Islamic religious education on Islamic economics. Apart from this, researchers also used YouTube social media for review in this study. The formulation of the research problem is how to commodify an economic perspective in the study of Islamic religious education on social media. This study aims to analyze the commodification of economic perspectives in the study of Islamic religious education on social media. Researchers use a quantitative approach with a survey method where data will be taken from a predetermined population and sample and then a questionnaire to the respondent. The results of this study indicate that the commodification of YouTube content about the economy packaged in Islamic Religious Education affects the attitudes of YouTube users who watch the content. This is evidenced by conducting a regression test with the results that all ha received and accepted are declared good. In addition, economic empowerment in the perspective of Islamic religious education can also increase community economic empowerment and support the economic activities of the Indonesian people.
