This article analyzes how the control of inmates through the Electronic Monitoring system is used in Argentina, from its origins in 1997 to the present day. It shows that until 2019, it was not accompanied by a decrease or replacement of the prison population, but rather by the intensification of controls outside of prison, while inmates continued to increase. Finally, it suggests that the decrease in inmates from 2019 onwards was not due to a cultural change linked to a less severe punitive response, but rather to the fear of facing a health catastrophe.

This research addressed the issue of human rights and the application of justice in times of pandemic and social isolation and its social representation. It sought to analyze and study the main aspects related to the COVID-19 pandemic, from the beginning and origin of the first diagnosed patient, until his arrival in Brazil. The emphasis of this work was based on the context of human rights, justice and its social representation by the population directly and indirectly affected. The theme studied was the social representation of students, teachers and health professionals, in relation to the possible violation of fundamentals during the period, which lasts to the present day, of the pandemic aspect of the disease, as well as with regard to isolation Social. This research raised several questions, such as, “What is the social representation of academics, teachers and health professionals in relation to various fundamental rights and justice in times of pandemic. If there really was non-compliance with the rules or the need to curb them in the midst of this health crisis; what would be in the perception of the subjects presented the guarantees suppressed by the imposed quarantine. The main objective was to study, using the Theory of Social Representations, the representational perception of Justice and human rights, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. 165 people were interviewed, including teachers, academics, health professionals, giving priority to the city of Goiânia, Palmeiras de Goiás and its surroundings.

The objective of this study was to study the possibilities instituted by the notarial deed in proving cybermobbing in the judicial process. Bibliographical and documentary research was used, with a qualitative character. In writing, the deductive procedure was used. The present work is justified by the need to prevent and suppress abuses committed in the workplace. Bullying in the work environment can be defined as a sequence of harmful acts, perpetrated by a superior or under his / her leniency, in a constant and prolonged way in time, that cause psychological and physical consequences to the employees who are victims of it. With the enhancement of electronic communications, such as the Whatsapp mobile application, these conduits can be transmitted over the internet. These dialogues can, however, be easily changed or deleted. Thus, an instrument is needed to assert them in the process. Thus, it was concluded that the notarial deed is capable of making authentic facts and situations of fact, described or narrated, by means of its record, being able to prove, documentally, the occurrence of .
