The survival-skills are important to be possesed by adolescents. Nowadays, the threats in their environment are increasing and having survival-skill would help them to cope with problem that they face. Unfortunately, empirical study on survival-skills are rarely conducted. The purpose of this study is to examine and obtain an empirical picture of adolescent survival-safety skills in Yogyakarta. The research method that has been applied is a survey of 312 adolescents in 5 schools in Yogyakarta. The conclusion of this study is an affirmation of the findings of the findings as well as answers to the research questions that adolescents in Yogyakarta are generally in the potential of Survival-Safety Skills in the Medium category, meaning that conditions are sufficient to survive safely and obtain a sense of security for adolescents in living a life more prosperous. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginterpretasikan kondisi body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) pada mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan instrumen wawancara, responden 10 orang, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis tema (citasi dan triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dinyatakan keseluruhan responden merasa memiliki kekurangan atau kecacatan pada bagian tubuh yang dapat merusak penampilannya. Responden merasa tidak menarik yang mengakibatkan munculnya rasa takut ketika diberikan penilaian negatif oleh orang sekitar, responden menjelaskan kekurangan yang dirasakan pada tinggi badan, berat badan, warna kulit dan wajah yang berjerawat dan akan mencari cara untuk menutupi bagian tubuh yang dianggap kurang.

Dari uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil bilangan probabilitas Asmyp. Sig.(2-tailed) adalah 0,068, atau probabilitas di atas alpha 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05). Dari hasil tersebut, Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Since December 2019, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, it is necessary to apply appropriate communication strategies in delivering learning materials. This study aims to reveal the Communication Strategy in Online Teaching Learning Process During Pandemic Covid-19. The subject was student and teacher in 6 th grade Xaverius 4 Palembang Elementary school. This research used descriptive qualitative research, data collection techniques used observation by reviewing online teaching and learning activities, interviews with 6 teachers as key informant and data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The study's objectives were to: 1) determine the effect of Micro Teaching and practical field experience on motivation to become a student teacher for prospective PAI PTKIN teachers in North Sumatra, and 2) determine the direct effect of Micro Teaching and practical field experience on self-efficacy as a student teacher for prospective PAI teachers in PTKIN Se North Sumatra. This is a quantitative study with an ex post facto research design. The analytical strategy is a quantitative descriptive analysis with four variables to be investigated: (1) Micro Teaching Implementation, (2) Practical Field Experience, (3) Motivation to Become a Teacher and (4) Self-Efficacy. Based on the study's findings, the following conclusions were reached: 1) there is a strong relationship between Micro Teaching and Motivation to Become a Teacher (Y), students who are serious about implementing micro teaching will increase their motivation to become a teacher; 2) the implementation of PPL sufficiently influences student motivation to become teachers; 3) the variable that most influences Self-Efficacy is the Implementation of PPL; 4) the variable Motive is the variable that most influences Self-Efficacy.

This research aimed to find a "sense of power" in the texts as a discourse. The discourse chosen in this study was the Islamic Religious Education book which is used as a textbook. The Islamic Religious Education textbooks were selected from elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school levels. The theory used as the basis for analysis of this text was the theory of critical discourse analysis (CDA) from Fairclough. The theory suggests that the text is discursive and social practices. The research method used was literature research method, because it used ready-to-use texts, as secondary data. This study was a qualitative study because it used non-numerical data collection procedures with descriptive results, analyzed by non-statistical methods, and the problem in the study required a thorough, extensive, and in-depth exploration. The results of the analysis showed that textually, the textbooks used were textbooks that were prepared based on standards of government regulations regarding textbooks.

Motivation in teaching and learning activities encourages students' enthusiasm and willingness to learn something and maintain perseverance in the process of learning activities, and can improve learning outcomes. Cooperative learning with think-pair-and-share type is an effective strategy to increase motivation and learning outcomes. This research aims to test the influence of cooperative learning approaches with learning videos on student motivation and learning outcomes in Christian religious education, deviating from previous learning. The method used is an pre-experimental approach with one group pre-post-testin which 50 students in grades 10, 11, and 12 of the Bandung Adventist Christian High School (Naripan) and Cimindi Bandung Adventist College were involved in this study. Non-probability sampling using the saturated sample method was used in this study. Researchers used a Likert scale 1-5 to determine the value in this experiment. The scale is (1) srrongly disagree, (2) disagree, (3) slightly agree, (4) agree, and (5) very agree. This research is analyzed quantitatively using SPSS 26 version. The results show that students' enthusiasm for learning and their performance on standardized tests increased when the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning paradigm was used. Students are better able to understand the material being taught when using the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model.

Produktifitas merupakan aktifitas yang dilakuakn seseorang untuk mendapatkan output dari proses yang sudah dilakukan Produktifitas amat sangat penting untuk dilakukan dengan baik dan maksimal agar hasil kerja yang didapat tercapai harapan perusahaan. Untuk meningkatkan produktifitas harus melibatkan berbagai macam elemen faktor mulai dari elemen faktor yang paling kecil sampai pada elemen faktor yang paling besar. Salah satu elemen faktor yang dapat meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan adalah elemen faktor motivasi dan Disiplin, dengan elemen faktor ini diharapkan produktifitas karyawan dapat meningkat. Atas dasar penjelasan ini, maka penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada produktivitas, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sempel jenuh, yang 74 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sempel jenuh, yang 74 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sehingga ketika karyawan memiliki motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang baik maka produktivitas karyawan juga akan semakin maksimal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of principals’ leadership to the performance of vocational high school teachers. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The research sample comprised 80 teachers from various vocational schools in the city of Padang, obtained through purposive random sampling. We collected data through two instruments, the principal’s leadership instrument and the teacher’s work perfomance scale. Each instrument uses a 5-point Likert scale with 40 items (principal leadership instrument) and 36 items (teacher performance instrument). We analyzed data with descriptive statistics and linear regression using Jeffrey’s Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). The results showed that the principal’s leadership contributed positively to the performance of SMK teachers in the city of Padang. The results indicate that there is a need to increase the intensity of the principal’s leadership in order to improve the performance of vocational school teachers in the city of Padang.
摘要本研究旨在探讨校长领导对职高教师绩效之贡献。本研究采用描述性定量研究方法。研究样本为巴东市各职业学校的80名教师,采用有目的随机抽样的方法获得。我们通过校长领导量表和教师工作绩效量表两种工具来收集数据。每项仪器采用李克特5分量表,包含40项(校长领导量表)和36项(教师绩效量表)。我们使用Jeffrey 's Amazing statistics Program (JASP)对数据进行描述性统计和线性回归分析。结果表明,校长的领导对巴东市SMK教师的绩效有积极的促进作用。研究结果表明,巴东市职校教师的绩效需要加大校长的领导力度。
