The purpose of this study is to reveal the types of batik patterns that can be used as a medium for learning mathematics, especially in the transformation geometry material. In addition, making applications for learning mathematics using ethnomathematical elements in traditional batik patterns in West Java, Central Java and East Java. This research method is RnD (Research and Development) with ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The stages that will be discussed in this research are identification, classification, and analysis of batik patterns in Java. The results of this study are the identification of batik patterns on the island of Java, classifying types and existing batik motifs and analyzing batik motifs using elements of an ethnomathematical approach. The result suggests batik patterns can be used as a medium for learning mathematics by using an ethnomathematical element approach as learning both mathematics education and student character education.

E-learning is a learning that USES technology and can be done anywhere at any time. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the application of online learning during the covid pandemic at sman 2 salatiga. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This type of research is a descriptive analysis model that describes the problem. The data-collection technique that researchers use is observation, the kind of observation used in this study is passive participation. Passive participative observations are made by observation but do not participate in these activities. Interviews, the kind of interviews used were structured interviews. Documentation is used to study data that has been collected. The results of this study indicate that the online learning program at SMAN 2 Salatiga has been effective from a cognitive perspective, but from an affective and psychomotor perspective it has not been effective. Because learning is not just providing material and assignments, but how educators teach factually, inquiry of all material. So, with the CIPP evaluation on online learning, the school can evaluate each policy that is determined (feasibility).

A quality learning process is a learning process developed based on the results of the evaluation. One of the evaluations of the learning process is the systems thinking approach. This study aims to determine the constraints of the learning process with systems thinking approach and determine problem-solving strategies to improve the quality of the learning process. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method and group model building. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the objective variable in the learning process is student understanding, the supporting variable to better understand the lecture material is the creativity of the lecturer.

The purposes of this research are to investigate the needs and expectations from primary teachers of having a digital student agenda and develop a suggested model to be used during home-based learning. Open-ended questionnaire was distributed to primary teachers in a private Christian school located in Tangerang and an interview was done with the head of academic coordinator as well as with the primary curriculum coordinator to collect data. At the same time, a digital student agenda model was constructed, considering its possibilities to cover affective and spiritual aspects that allow more holistic development in the primary students lives assisted by their parents. A research and development research method was used to produce a suggested model of a digital student agenda. The results show that both primary teachers and the academic coordinator agree to have a digital student agenda that promotes more communication between teachers and parents. It is recommended this preliminary research is followed by a micro and macro-scale testing to ensure its reliability and further expanded use.

The study aims to analyze the level of students’ attendance and interaction as well the availability of internet access during online learning in the era of Covid-19 pandemic. The case study is conducted at the English Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training State Islamic University of Mataram. This research is a part of quantitative research design with surveys. The researcher developed a set of questionnaire in Google Form and shared it to the students via WhatsApp group. 215 students participated in this study. It was found that most of the students attended the class throughout the meetings, but it could not be concluded that they participated during the class from the beginning till the end of the meeting. The causes were by the lack of internet access, instability of signal as well as the availability of the devices. The phenomenon showed that students exist in the class but do not exist. A successful learning occurs when interaction and communication run smoothly among students and teachers.

This article is the result of field research in several schools in Surakarta City. The focus of the research that has been carried out in this study is to answer the formulation of the problem (1) Analyzing the distance learning practice of sociology teachers in senior high schools in the city of Surakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic era and (2) Identifying the role of teachers, schools and students in implementing learning distance in the perspective of Anthony Giddens Process. By using a qualitative method that requires in-depth data acquisition, then using a case study approach, the data obtained shows that despite the constraints and limitations in the learning process at home, distance learning is an alternative in meeting the educational needs of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. . Teachers, students and schools interact in a space to reach a negotiation in the form of a distance learning agreement that is carried out online, both in terms of delivery, media, and evaluation of the online distance learning process.

Previous studies indicated that the majority of second language teachers were in serious hurdles in reconstructing their identities formation. The major hurdles that matter most in this debilitating inhibition are the lack of extensive emotional supports, minimum exposure of teaching ownership, and contradicting educational paradigms. This qualitative study aimed to further investigate Indonesian novice EFL teachers’ perceptions of their identity construction. To gather reliable data, the critical incident technique manifested in the form of seven critical self-reflection inquiries were being asked to 3 invited novice EFL teachers possessing a vast range of teaching experiences resided in various Indonesian educational institutions. Three major themes were drawn from the interviewees’ excerpts namely the importance of inducing more proactive teaching-learning engagement, establishing mutual rapports with learners as well as working colleagues, and rejuvenating the ongoing professional identity construction aligned with external institutional demands.

This study aims to develop a Power point-based Bandicam learning media in the fine arts subject for Elementary School Teacher Education at Darul Ulum University Islamic Center Sudirman. This study adapts the development model according to (Borg, W, R. & Gall, 1983) as well as (Sukmadinata, 2007) which includes three stages, namely (1) the preliminary study stage, (2) the product draft preparation stage and (3) the development stage. and evaluation In assessing validity involves two validators, namely material expert validator, media expert validator, and one language validator. The subjects of this study involved 10 elementary school teacher education students at the Darul Ulum Islamic Center Sudirman University as a practical test. For data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the media that the author has developed is stated to be very valid and very practical to use in fine arts courses. With an average validation of 90% with a very valid category, and an average practical of 86.75 with a very practical category.

The purpose of this research is to develop and test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Smart Land media to enhance creative thinking skills in 3CM Learning for elementary school students. The method of this research is R&D using ADDIE model, in five steps: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3)development, 4)iImplementation, 5) evaluation. The validity of product test is observed from the expert’s assessement using the material and media expert validation sheet instruments. The effectiveness of the product is observed by the one group pre-test, post-test, and the result are processed using Paired-Samples T-Test assistance with SPSS 22.0 program. The result of this research suggests Smart Land media learning to enhance creative thinking skills in 3CM Learning for Elementary School students, which is evidently valid from materials and media aspect. Smart Land media is evidently practical from teacher and student evaluation, and also evidently effective based on result of pretest and posttest and Paired Samples T-test.
