The quality of teachers tends to decline in this modern era; most teachers need more professionalism to carry out their duties. This is reflected in the low competence of the teacher. The Teacher Competency Test (UKG) conducted on Indonesian teachers showed unsatisfactory results. In addition, the decline in teacher quality can also be caused by several factors, including a lack of knowledge about technology, lack of time discipline, and the negative impact of globalization. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding that the existence of the Teacher Mobilization Education Program is based on efforts to improve teacher quality. This research uses a qualitative approach with the literature study or literature review method. Data were collected by reviewing the official websites of Google Scholar, Research Gate, sign online and the Ministry of Education Culture Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, with the keyword quality of teacher, teacher competence, teacher and obtained the data about teacher mobilization. The study results a show that teacher mobilization education can help improve the quality of teachers by increasing their competence. Mobilizing teacher education can create active, inclusive, capable, innovative, and sustainable teacher learning habits to support students' learning process. Education is inseparable from the role of the teacher as a role model and leader in learning. This government-initiated program can upgrade the quality of teachers, not only serving as teachers but as trainers and activators for other teachers in the context of developing creative, innovative, and student-centered learning. The driving teacher education program makes teachers more adaptive to the various changes they face with the times. It can cultivate the best learning methods based on existing technology. This study recommends that teachers continue to develop their quality through education and training to face future challenges.

Education is a word that is familiar to hear in life. Everyone generally does it. Education does not only take place in school buildings or institutions, but education also exists in the community and family. Previous learning theories have emphasized the role of environmental and cognitive factors in the educational and learning process. The learning process still focuses on the teacher as the main source of knowledge, and schools are the main choice for learning strategies. Humanism theory clearly shows that learning is influenced and guided by the way students think and behave, and by the personal meanings and emotions derived from their learning experiences. This theory seeks to understand learning behavior from the actor's perspective rather than from an observational perspective. This study uses qualitative research with a library research approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze students’ response of the Gallery Walk Method with the innovation of ArtSteps of Plant and Animal Classification and evaluate the obstacles in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in grade X which consists of 15 students in Senior High School of Global Mandiri Jakarta. The instrument is the questionnaire and interviews. Based on the results of the questionnaire, we found that most students gave positive responses. More than three-quarters of students can understand the plant and animal classification material well, can express their creativity, and are more active during online learning. Students are also satisfied with their peers' presentations. According to the result of the Interview, the biggest challenge for the implementation is the internet network and the lack of real interaction with classmates. The recommendation is that students need to discuss each station for at least 15 minutes and twice in each station of Artsteps for more effectiveness.

This study aims to describe the paradigm of Islamic education in several gender studies in Riffat Hasan's perspective. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. This study resulted in the finding that the paradigm of Islamic education thought by Riffat Hasan about the position and role of men and women has clear roots, proving that before Allah humans are functionally the same, namely to worship and benefit others, that's all. Riffat Hasan demanded several things which he thought were unfair and equal in the teachings of Islam which were branded by patriarchal people, he emphasized that Islam is very fair in this gender issue, it's just that the patriarchs always act victorious on their own behalf and in the name of religion in their attitude.
