Within the framework of this research, the task of dynamic management of innovations in the sphere of high-tech industries is formulated and the need to identify patterns of decision-making about the need to recycle current innovative products and to bring the next generation of innovations to market is determined. Dynamic properties of innovative processes are singled out, on their basis a mathematical model is developed that allows to adequately characterize the dynamics of innovative products distribution and to determine the criteria for making managerial decisions on the market launch of a new generation of innovative products. In the process of comparing the simulation data with real life data of high-tech products, the results of this research were correlated with the actual indicators of innovation dynamics and a conclusion was made about ways to apply the methods developed to increase the effectiveness of strategic decisions to bring new high-tech products to the market. The study has been developed within the framework of research projects implementation funded by the St. Petersburg State Economic University.

The aim of the paper is providing resistance of the deniable encryption protocols to coercive attacks at which coercer has possibility to cause repeated encryption of the same input messages and/or to estimate the duration of the decryption procedure performed for disclosing the secret message. It is used the method of randomizing the encryption process and the same decryption algorithm is specified to disclose both the secret and the fake messages. There are introduced randomized pseudo-probabilistic block algorithms for deniable encryption which are implemented as probabilistic simultaneous encryption of the fake and secret message. The proposed algorithms include encryption of the secret message block and the fake message block followed by a randomized mapping the pair of intermediate ciphertext blocks into a single block of the output ciphertext. The mapping procedure represents solving the system of three linear congruencies.

Formalization of the expert information is carried out on the basis of complete orthogonal semantic spaces. The proposed approach allows to avoid mistakes in the assessment of a single expert. Assessment of plant species needed for prediction of their state and landscaping plan.

Purpose is to justify the need of automation of production of oil and gas. Practice of automation of production management shows unresolved problems for the majority of enterprises. The research conducted by the authors confirms the presence of a variety of information products, but we cannot guarantee their full compliance with the real needs of manufacturers. This leads to the necessity of development and implementation of manufacturing automation based on integrated systems with industry specifics. In the paper the preconditions of implementation of automation is provided, the choice of the integrated manufacturing execution system of oil and gas company is proved, the technique of introduction of automation of production management taking into account branch specifics is supposed. Automation will allow enterprises OGC to remove or minimize some of the problems that arise due to the large information overload, complexity of technological processes, risks of technogenic and social character.

The analysis of in-memory technology implementation features for big data sets on hi-tech enterprises based on SAP HANA technologies as a data storage is provided in article. With use of a column-store method of SAP HANA data storage technologies, the high speed of information read and the efficiency of use of data compression mechanisms can be achieved. The compressed data usage allows to cheapen the resources for processes of a decompression. Along with a parallel engineering of resources at the knowledge-intensive enterprise, the costs economy of storage and processing of Big Data sets with use of in-memory technologies based on SAP HANA allows to reduce volumes of information stored in an information system.
