Internal rate of return of investment projects with fuzzy interactive payments 具有模糊交互支付的投资项目内部收益率

The internal rate of return of a fuzzy cash flow can be naturally presented as a solution of an algebraic equation with fuzzy coefficients. In this paper we construct fuzzy rate of return using the extension principle. We give an analog of the Norstrom condition providing the existence of a unique internal rate of return. To take into account the interaction of payments, we consider addition of fuzzy quantities with respect to triangular norms.

Adaptive control of elastic aerial vehicle 弹性飞行器的自适应控制

This paper describes an adaptive control system of an air vehicle's (AV) longitudinal motion with account for wing aeroelasticity. A nonlinear mathematical model of resilient aircraft's longitudinal motion is designed. Adaptive control system of a resilient AV is built by means of majorizing function and its efficiency undergoes computerized testing under function parameter uncertainty of AV model and wind perturbations.

The models of functioning of distributed computer systems with group and full restorations of failed machines are considered. The models are formalized in the form of a system of differential equations, in which are unknown probabilities of the states. To assess the effectiveness of CS functioning in we used the expectation and variance of the number of working and fault machines in the models. Analytical solutions are obtained.

The problem of modeling of the integrated system of monitoring of the sea water area ensuring safety of navigation is considered. The model of monitoring system is developed as the design automation system and efficiency estimation system of hydroacoustic means of underwater observation and also as the decision-making support system of controlling the observation means.

Discusses automated trading systems modeling and trading algorithm structure from the perspective of system analysis and automatic control theory principles. We consider various modifications of trading algorithm implementation based on order book imbalance. Using computer simulation of the trading process we demonstrate various ideas and approaches to on- and off-line trading algorithm optimization, adaptation and parameter tuning.

The problem of decision making accuracy increasing of control systems elements technical state is solved in this paper. The approach to quantitative assessment of diagnostic test realization result is offered. The areas of accurate decision making and uncertainty are defined. For removal of uncertainty the logical conditions analysis method is developed. This method is based on offered quantitative assessment and Boolean algebra.

The non sinusoidal currents, which is caused by the increase in the percentage of electric energy consumers with nonlinear volt-ampere characteristic, has an increasing influence on the amount of losses. The different currents amplitude and the degree of distortion in phases are also the significant factors. Existing methods for calculating power losses either take into account only the Effective current values(the generally accepted practice in Russia) or take into account the sinusoidal distortion of the shape of the current curve (IEEE Std1459-2010, IEEE Std 519–2014). In this paper, the cases of incorrect description of the load current are described and the effect of distortion of the curve's shape of the flowing current on the amount of power losses in a three-phase four-wire transmission line with a voltage of 0.4 kV is investigated. It is shown that the amount of electric power losses at an incorrectly specified load can exceed the amount of electric power losses of a sinusoidal case by several times.
