Structurization of intellectual capital risks in the conditions of labor market integration and globalization 劳动力市场一体化和全球化条件下智力资本风险的结构化

Object: A study of methodological approaches to risk management of intellectual capital under the in-fluence of contemporary processes of globalization and integration in the labor markets, and intellectual capital. Methods: The paper analyzes the influence of the intensified regionalization processes on the labor market of individual states on the company's intellectual capital. The authors concluded that the process of structuring risks of intellectual capital allows us to identify risks that lead to critical damage, which, in the current globalization, integration and partial regionalization processes, is relevant for all enterprises. Findings: The paper proposes a multi-level procedure for structuring risks of intellectual capital based on analysis of the external and internal environment, chosen strategies and strategic orientations of the company. Conclusions: Having developed the procedure for managing intellectual capital in general and the impact on its risks, in particular, the company can control the level of production and service intellectualization.

The purpose of the projects is the development of measuring devices. These devices measure capacitance, distance and temperature. The main platform for instrumentation modeling was the Arduino programmable debugging boards. Models of devices should become the result of the work. The proposed developments are forwarded to creating models of budget analogs of measuring devices based on the use of a programmable microcontroller AVR.

On certain trends of world economy's development 论世界经济发展的若干趋势

This report contributes to the modeling of GDP's per capita trajectories of the world's largest countries using nonlinear trend-stationary models. Three main clusters of countries are identified and the lack of convergence of their trajectories is shown. A significant shift of the trajectory for the G7 countries is shown under the impact of the 2008 crisis. As the factors of this shift, trends in the sectoral changes and the growth of income inequality are highlighted.

The report describes the device power, created on the basis of the thermoelectric effect. The Peltier module of the generator type is used as the main element of the conversion of thermal energy into electrical energy. Speech/pause detection algorithm based on the adaptive method of complementary decomposition and energy assessment of intrinsic mode functions 基于互补分解自适应方法和内禀模态函数能量评估的语音/暂停检测算法

Speech/pause detection is one of the important tasks in processing. Its effectiveness depends on the accuracy of measuring amplitude, time, frequency and energy characteristics of speech signals. The main reason for large errors in measurements is due to the use of non-adaptive processing methods. The goal is to develop an algorithm for effective speech/pause detection on the basis of the adaptive method of complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition (CEEMD). The algorithm is implemented using the adaptive processing method of CEEMD. The adaptability of methods lies in the fact that the basic functions used in the decomposition are extracted from the original speech signal, and allow us to take into account only its inherent features (hidden modulation, energy concentration regions, etc.). To carry out the research of the developed algorithm, a software package for mathematical modeling MATLAB was used. A speech/pause detection algorithm is developed on the basis of the adaptive method of complementary decomposition and energy estimation of empirical modes. A block diagram for the algorithm with a detailed mathematical description is presented. The advantages of the developed algorithm over the known analogs that have gained a wide practical popularity are indicated (STE + ZCR, IE and MFCC). The developed algorithm provides an increase in the correct detection rate of speech/pause by an average of 6%. Comparison of research results with analogs suggests that the developed algorithm is recommended for practical use in voice control systems (VCS).

Soft estimates of the ability level of a testee 对被测试者能力水平的软估计

A mathematical model for pedagogical measurements is considered. In the model the decision functions of a testee are the functions of his test score. The calculation of the ability level of a testee and the difficulty level of test items are performed in the framework of the item response theory using the Rasch model. For the mathematical model of decision making we consider a statistical game of a testee against the examiner. In depending on the type of the pay-off function of the game we find confidence intervals for the ability level of a testee or the type of the University where the testee could be learn. The approach proposed enables one to calculate the accuracy and reliability of the decisions. In the game the testee optimal strategies are the randomized decision functions that depend on the test score.

The models of functioning of distributed computer systems with group and full restorations of failed machines are considered. The models are formalized in the form of a system of differential equations, in which are unknown probabilities of the states. To assess the effectiveness of CS functioning in we used the expectation and variance of the number of working and fault machines in the models. Analytical solutions are obtained.

Analysis of computer security incidents using fuzzy logic 用模糊逻辑分析计算机安全事件

The work proposes and justifies a processing algorithm of computer security incidents based on the author's signatures of cyberattacks. Attention is also paid to the design pattern SOPKA based on the Russian ViPNet technology. Recommendations are made regarding the establishment of the corporate segment SOPKA, which meets the requirements of Presidential Decree of January 15, 2013 number 31c “On the establishment of the state system of detection, prevention and elimination of the consequences of cyber-attacks on information resources of the Russian Federation” and “Concept of the state system of detection, prevention and elimination of the consequences of cyber-attacks on information resources of the Russian Federation” approved by the President of the Russian Federation on December 12, 2014, No K 1274.
