Game theory model of forming enterprise development strategy in market environment uncertainty 市场环境不确定性下企业发展战略形成的博弈论模型

Suggests a game theory model of forming enterprise development strategy in market environment uncertainty for increasing enterprise market share. The model uses the following assumptions - game is pair, finite, non-coalition and antagonistic. The game base is payoff matrix, formed with market researches. For considered example there are optimal mixed strategies for both analyzed enterprise and his rival, corresponding to several market situations. There are basic improvement destinations of forming enterprise development strategy with game theory.

Assessment of the state of plant species in urban environment based on fuzzy information of the expert group 基于专家组模糊信息的城市环境植物物种状况评价

Proposes an approach to assessing the state of plant species (based on an example of assessing the state of large-leaved linden) in urban environment on the basis of fuzzy information from a group of experts. Formalization of the expert information is carried out on the basis of complete orthogonal semantic spaces. The proposed approach allows to avoid mistakes in the assessment of a single expert. Assessment of plant species needed for prediction of their state and landscaping plan.

Modeling of measuring systems based on programmable debugging circuits Arduino 基于Arduino可编程调试电路的测量系统建模

The purpose of the projects is the development of measuring devices. These devices measure capacitance, distance and temperature. The main platform for instrumentation modeling was the Arduino programmable debugging boards. Models of devices should become the result of the work. The proposed developments are forwarded to creating models of budget analogs of measuring devices based on the use of a programmable microcontroller AVR.

The report describes the device power, created on the basis of the thermoelectric effect. The Peltier module of the generator type is used as the main element of the conversion of thermal energy into electrical energy. The structure of the generator system being developed, the results of testing the individual Peltier element and the test tests of the assembled power supply are described.

Speech/pause detection algorithm based on the adaptive method of complementary decomposition and energy assessment of intrinsic mode functions 基于互补分解自适应方法和内禀模态函数能量评估的语音/暂停检测算法

Speech/pause detection is one of the important tasks in processing. Its effectiveness depends on the accuracy of measuring amplitude, time, frequency and energy characteristics of speech signals. The main reason for large errors in measurements is due to the use of non-adaptive processing methods. The goal is to develop an algorithm for effective speech/pause detection on the basis of the adaptive method of complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition (CEEMD). The algorithm is implemented using the adaptive processing method of CEEMD. The adaptability of methods lies in the fact that the basic functions used in the decomposition are extracted from the original speech signal, and allow us to take into account only its inherent features (hidden modulation, energy concentration regions, etc.). To carry out the research of the developed algorithm, a software package for mathematical modeling MATLAB was used. A speech/pause detection algorithm is developed on the basis of the adaptive method of complementary decomposition and energy estimation of empirical modes. A block diagram for the algorithm with a detailed mathematical description is presented. The advantages of the developed algorithm over the known analogs that have gained a wide practical popularity are indicated (STE + ZCR, IE and MFCC). The developed algorithm provides an increase in the correct detection rate of speech/pause by an average of 6%. Comparison of research results with analogs suggests that the developed algorithm is recommended for practical use in voice control systems (VCS).

This report contributes to the modeling of GDP's per capita trajectories of the world's largest countries using nonlinear trend-stationary models. Three main clusters of countries are identified and the lack of convergence of their trajectories is shown. A significant shift of the trajectory for the G7 countries is shown under the impact of the 2008 crisis. As the factors of this shift, trends in the sectoral changes and the growth of income inequality are highlighted.

On transitivity of fuzzy preferences generated by utility functions with a random threshold 随机阈值效用函数模糊偏好的传递性研究

Interval orderings were introduced in neoclassical economics for exploring effects related to nontransitive preference relations. Interval orderings can be generated by utility functions with a threshold. We consider utility functions with a random threshold. In contrast to the crisp case fuzzy preference relations generated by such functions may be transitive. Conditions under which it occurs are presented in this paper. We specify membership functions and t-norms which provide transitive preferences. Addition of fuzzy numbers with respect to the specified t-norms does not increase the uncertainty.

Evaluation of human auditory system immunity under central auditory processing disorders 中枢性听觉加工障碍对人听觉系统免疫的评价

The evaluation of central auditory pathways functioning was performed with the use of psychoacoustic tests, which characterize binaural interaction in the human auditory system, as well as the ability to detect sound stimulus in background tone. 20 patients with chronic bilateral symmetric sensorineural hearing loss from 31 to 80 years old and 10 patients from 20 to 25 years old with normal hearing were examined. Studies on the detection of a sound signal in background tone allowed us to offer a new test to assess central auditory pathways - a measurement of the useful signal threshold shift in conditions of simultaneous presentation of tonal interference. Significantly greater signal threshold shifts in simultaneous masking were revealed in patients with sensorineural hearing loss accompanying by impaired binaural interaction in comparison with patients with peripheral hearing loss and normal hearing.

Voznesenskiy","doi":"10.1109/SCM.2017.7970550","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/SCM.2017.7970550","url":null,"abstract":"The evaluation of central auditory pathways functioning was performed with the use of psychoacoustic tests, which characterize binaural interaction in the human auditory system, as well as the ability to detect sound stimulus in background tone. 20 patients with chronic bilateral symmetric sensorineural hearing loss from 31 to 80 years old and 10 patients from 20 to 25 years old with normal hearing were examined. Studies on the detection of a sound signal in background tone allowed us to offer a new test to assess central auditory pathways - a measurement of the useful signal threshold shift in conditions of simultaneous presentation of tonal interference.
