The aim of this paper is to review transactions on the Swiss Stock Exchange and changes in key performance measurement indicators in the period of 2018-2019. Special attention is paid to the characteristics and functioning of the Swiss Stock Exchange and proving whether and to what extent the Swiss Stock Exchange functions in a different way from other world stock exchanges. The results indicate that it is necessary to have stable market movements in order to be able to have an adequately developed stock exchange (which is already known in the case of the Swiss financial system). Furthermore, most of the financial assets on the Swiss Stock Exchange are traded electronically and finally, current speculations about the existence of innovative approaches for the development of a cryptocurrency that will potentially be pegged to the franc (a certain "stable coin") were investigated.

The development of technics, technology, communication and traffic has contributed to all organizations having the same or similar material resources that they use in the process of work. The difference between organizations is reflected in human resources, ie., employees. Employees are not enough to outperform the competition. Establishing a leadership position over competitors requires employees who possess knowledge, abilities and skills that are critical to the success of the organization. For this reason, more and more organizations are focusing on identifying, training and retaining employees with "critical knowledge". For the success of the organization in this regard, it is necessary to have a developed knowledge management system in the work environment. The aim of the research in this paper is to identify the interdependence of elements that determine the processes of knowledge management and job satisfaction. The empirical research was conducted in 2021 in the organizational units of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia on a sample of 58 respondents, using the survey method. The results of the research show that there is an interdependence between the observed parameters, and their interpretation is presented in the paper itself.

The crisis with the COVID-19 pandemic shows investors, policy makers and the general public that natural disasters can cause economic damage on an unprecedented scale. The pandemic has made customer experience even more differentiated, so banks, financial service providers and insurance companies need to optimize their operations and transform existing business models to meet new requirements and withstand competitive pressure. Because the processes are the "veins" of a highly regulated business, they must adapt to unprecedented change. Changing business models, disruptive technologies, and compliance pressures are forcing traditional institutions to reorganize the way they do business. Digital transformation, the macro trend that has defined the past decade, has accelerated at an incredible rate during 2020. Creative new solutions are made out of the need for people to connect despite physical distance. In addition, customer expectations have changed, so many of them want to be provided with ongoing personalized services. But moving from the old service delivery system to modern solutions has never been an easy task.

Innovations are one of the most important factors in the competitiveness of the enterprises in modern business conditions. Innovation is defined as the process of creating new (and differentiated) value for customers in the market, which can create a sustainable competition advantage. The goal of innovation is to create more successful future of the company, but this success does not happen by itself, but a purposeful implementation of the innovation process is required - which requires, in the first place, the planning of all phases and sub-processes.

Credit risk management is one of the most important banking operations, both in developed and developing countries. In addition to numerous methods and techniques, banks decide to conclude special credit agreements when granting loans to economic entities. The special provisions of such an agreement provide additional assurance to the lender that it will not incur losses when borrowing funds. In these loan agreements, insurance plays a significant role, whether it is corporate or bank borrowing. In this paper, the subject of consideration is the role of insurance as a loan agreement in corporate lending primarily by banks. The aim of this paper is to describe the importance and role of insurance in the process of corporate lending, point out the benefits of the existence of provisions related to insurance in the loan agreement for both lender and borrower, and provide a brief overview of the use of insurance as a method of credit risk management, referring to the use of this type of agreement in Serbia as well.

With the digitalization of companies and work, the business environment and working conditions have changed. Namely, the progress in ICT changed the ways of work organization and influenced the new work model. Teleworking and mobile work provided workers with the opportunity to adapt their time and place of work to their needs. Accordingly, digitization enables more complex organizational forms and affects an increasing number of tasks. The main goal of our study was to investigate the implications of work flexibility on the worker's health. In other words, are there any risks that this new working arrangement will lead to a shortening of working life? Our research has shown that these types of work arrangements can lead to increased workload and overwork, even where workers have a high level of autonomy. Consequently, workers are exposed to great health risks: stress, anxiety and other health problems related to the new work environment.

The municipality of Vrnjacka Banja, which has an excellent tourist base, a good offer of accommodation facilities and a huge tradition, is certainly one of the "tourist" leaders, which is why the success of its business can be viewed through the prism of overall spa tourism business in Serbia. A review of the existing business of highly categorized facilities in the municipality of Vrnjačka Banja can serve to obtain a clearer picture of the position of similar economic entities in the Republic of Serbia, especially in spa tourism. After reviewing the motive base of this municipality, this research discusses the supply, occupancy and price of highly categorized accommodation in the municipality, before the outbreak of the pandemic and compared to the demand in the first six months after the outbreak of the pandemic. Based on the analysis of the business of highly categorized accommodation capacities in the first six months of the crisis, it was determined that despite big problems, they managed to survive on the market. State aid and the discovery of alternative forms of accommodation helped them overcome the crisis period until the return to normal business conditions.

Irregularities that may occur during the preparation and conduct of the inventory of assets and liabilities may have serious and multiple implications for the entity's financial statements and its results of operations. This is conditioned by the fact that the inventory as a part of the pre-closing postings represents the basis for reducing the bookkeeping to the actual situation. The census can determine the existence of undocumented economic changes, for which at the time of their occurrence there was no adequate document to confirm their existence and their value impact on the operations of the entities. Improper conduct of the census can be sampled by intentional actions aimed at presenting incorrect facts in an attempt to present a better business result in the financial statements than it really is, which would benefit one stakeholder to the detriment of other stakeholders. For these reasons, it is important to understand the irregularities that occur during the census in order to prevent and disable their occurrence in practice.

It is a well-known fact that the culture of a region is one of the basic resources which acts as an attractive factor in tourism. In some destinations many different ethnic communities live together which creates a specific culture of a region in the sense of its multiculturality, and this element could be very important in tourist destination promotion. Many multiethnic cities and regions in the world use this element in tourism in many ways, from organizing events to promotion of specific ethnical gastronomy. Vojvodina is a region in which multiculturality is very expressed, as there are over 25 nationalities living together in peace and harmony for many years. In this paper, Vojvodina is taken as an example used to investigate the use of multicultural elements in tourism promotion. The paper is based on the research of attitudes of tourism workers from Vojvodina region about the use of multiculturality in tourism promotion, based on which conclusions are given about the possible use of this interesting and important Vojvodina's element in future promotional activities.

Today, when we observe and analyze many organizations in our immediate environment, and beyond, we can see their inability to keep up with the high pace of changes in their own environment imposed by market globalization, development of information technology and communication systems, lifestyle changes and the like. The situation with institutions and services that primarily deal with civil protection, as an indispensable element in the state administration system, is completely identical. Civil protection institutions and services are not a separate system within the social community that is immune to changes in the business environment and whose purpose is to exist for themselves. On the contrary, they are part of an integrated system of state administration that has a primary role in protecting and rescuing the population in emergencies. In order to be able to talk about advanced concepts of leading and managing a business organization as a whole in the modern age in which we live, it is necessary to keep up with the times, which means that the concept of quality should be advocated in the organization. An integral element of the quality concept is the continuous improvement of business processes, and in order for business processes to be improved, it is necessary, in the first step, to identify and select business processes that need to be improved
