Turnover intention occurs when employees fail to get what they expect from their place of work, such as work satisfaction, comfort at the workplace, job future guarantee, etc. Employees who desire to resign from their company will start looking for information about job vacancies in other places that offer better opportunities than their current workplace. When they find a job vacancy that matches them, they will decide to resign from their company. This research aimed to determine the impact of job insecurity, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee turnover intention. The research sample used was 80 outsourcing employees from PT Shelter Nusa Indah. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression model using the IBM SPSS 23 program. The results of this study are that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and work environment have a negative and significant impact on turnover intention The managerial implications of this research are expected to be suggestions in making company policies related to turnover intention. The company is expected to reduce feelings of restlessness, anxiety, and worry over the threats experienced by employees regarding their future in the company. The company is expected to give appreciation or reward to employees who have good performance and dedication to the progress of the company. The company is expected to be able to maintain and create a comfortable work environment for employees.

This study aimed to find out the differences in soundness level of state-owned banks and private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was included in the type of descriptive quantitative research with research subjects of state-owned banks and private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. In this study, there were 8 research samples with the purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used documentation and data analysis techniques in financial analysis and statistical analysis used Anova-one way test. The results of this study indicated that the RGEC value did not have differences between state-owned banks and private banks, then in the RGEC indicator test it stated that there were no differences between state-owned banks and private banks, this was because the soundness level of the bank was a major factor in the supervision of the financial services authority (OJK) based on Indonesia bank regulations.

This research aims to examine the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions and the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Aqua branded Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) products. The variables used in this study are Green Marketing and Brand Awareness as an independent variable, and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. By taking the sample using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique.The data collection method used a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using analysis tools SPSS version 20.0 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) the Green Marketing variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 2.029, greater than t table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.045, less than 0.05. (2) Brand Awareness variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t count value of 8.431, greater than t table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.000, smaller 0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions (PER), funding decisions (DER), dividend policy (DPR), and profitability (ROE) simultaneously and partially on the firm value on the IDX. The period used in this research is 5 years, starting from 2011-2015. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all property, real estate, and building construction companies that have been and are still listed on the IDX for the 2011-2015 period. From a population of 60 property, real estate, and building construction companies, 33 companies were selected as samples. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that there is a significant influence on investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies, and profitability simultaneously on company value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There is a significant effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies, and profitability partially on company value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Future studies should use more proxies that can be used for each variable.

This study aims to determine the mediating role of affective commitment and psychological contract on the relationship between organizational support and knowledge sharing to employees of CV. BHAKTI ASTAWIRA SEJAHTERA. The object of this research is the employee of CV. BHAKTI ASTAWIRA SEJAHTERA. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a research sample of 50 employees. The method in this study uses quantitative analysis methods. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with saturated samples, that is, all members of the population were taken as samples. The analytical tools used are the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, T-test, F test, and Sobel test. Using SPSS 16 found the following results, firstly organizational support has a positive and significant effect on psychological contracts, secondly, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, thirdly organizational support has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, the four psychological contracts have a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, the five affective commitments have no positive and insignificant effect on knowledge sharing.

Indonesia is a maritime country, and it has more than thousands of beautiful islands. Those are the main reasons many domestic or even international tourists choose Indonesia for a holiday. White Sand Beach in Situbondo is one of the most visited tourist attractions. The local government that manages this place uses tourism events as a promotional medium and improves the physical evidence to attract more tourists to White Sand Beach for holidays. Therefore, this study aims to determine how effective tourism events and physical evidence influence the decision to visit this place. The survey was conducted using an online questionnaire and collected data from 50 early adult respondents who had visited the Beach. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively through multiple linear regression analysis techniques in SPSS. This study shows that tourism events and physical evidence have a significant effect on visiting decisions. For further research, this study recommends comparing several different tourist attractions by adding variables and expanding the scope of respondents. The local government that manages the White Sand Beach tourism can use the findings as evaluation materials.

In this globalization era, every corporation works hard to increase and develop to boost their employee performance. There are lot of factors corporation has to take care to increase their employee performance. This research probes employee well-being and job satisfaction as independent variables to employee performance as dependent variables. The selection method of the sample is using purposive sampling and obtained 95 samples from the population of the whole employee of the corporation using a questionnaire to collect the samples.SPSS 26 from IBM is being used for the multiple linear regression analysis techniques. A significant and positive effect is discovered from job satisfaction to employee performance, while employee well-being has a non-significant effect. The company should consider their employee job satisfaction in order to increase company's performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Pabrik Gula Lestari Nganjuk. This research is a type with a quantitative approach with a population of 185 permanent employees, and the sampling technique uses slovin sampling with a sample of 128 permanent employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis by IBM SPSS 25 software. The measurement scale used is the Likert Scale. The results of the study explained that emotional intelligence significantly and positively affects employee performance. Besides that, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant and positive impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The company should maintain its performance by building a communication and work culture that has been carried out based on the values of emotional intelligence, OCB level, and employee satisfaction. In addition, it can also provide work motivation to employees in the company by providing rewards through various programs that can improve work performance and increase employee performance.

Objective: Comparison of Abnormal Stock Returns Before and After Stock Split on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study used a purposive method. Based on the sample selection in accordance with the specified criteria, the number of samples in this study were 40 companies or as many as 200 units of observation within a period of 5 years.Methodology: The analytical method used in this study is the Test Difference method.Finding: Hypothesis accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that abnormal returns had a positive and significant effect before and after the stock split. Objective: This study aims to determine the significance of the firm value through the variable Intellectual capital and financial performance as an intervening variable in LQ45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a sample of 20 companies.Methodology: The analytical method used is path analysis. The observation time was 5 years and the research data is secondary data by using purposive sampling method. In this research, intellectual capital is measured with a VAIC, financial performance measured by ROA, and the company's value is measured by Tobin's Q.Finding: Ha1, Ha2, and Ha3 are rejected, at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a positive effect on the financial performance, financial performance has a positive effect on corporate value, intellectual capital directly positive effect on the firm value, and financial performance is able to mediate the relations of intellectual capital on firm value even if the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect.
