Every entrepreneur in the culinary field is required to compete competitively in terms of improving product quality and managing price factors to be able to create consumer satisfaction which can affect loyalty. The research location was conducted at one of the Hisana Fried Chicken outlets in the Surabaya area. The criteria for the consumer sample are those who are over 17 years of age and also have at least become Hisana customers, with a minimum of 2 (two) previous purchases in the last 1 (one) month. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The statistical analysis calculation method uses the SPSS program in processing and evaluating the results of the questionnaire to test the quality of the data, while to process and evaluate the results of the path analysis test, hypothesis to evaluate the 'goodness of fit indices' model using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the AMOS program. The results of data processing show (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (3) price has a significant negative effect (opposite) on customer satisfaction (4) price has a significant effect negatively (contrary) to consumer loyalty (5) customer satisfaction is positive but does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of work discipline, job satisfactionand work motivation on the performance of East Java Province Construction Services employees (East JavaLPJK). This research is to identify and analyze the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and employeemotivation on employee performance. Meanwhile, the theory used in this study is the theory of work discipline,job satisfaction theory, motivation theory and performance theory. Meanwhile, this research was conducted at theEast Java LPJK. This type of descriptive-quantitative research uses the census method, where the entire populationof 50 people is used as a sample in the study. The nature of the research is explanatory research. Testing thehypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis using a confidence level of 95 percent.The results showed that the independent variables (work discipline, job satisfaction and employee motivation)simultaneously had a significant and positive effect on employee performance at LPJK East Java. Meanwhile,partially each variable has a significant effect on employee performance. As for work discipline, it is the mostdominant factor influencing employee performance at the East Java LPJK, meaning that employee work disciplineplays the most dominant role in determining employee performance at East Java LPJK. Kebijakan keuangan perusahaan dan keputusan investasinya dianggap saling berhubungan, terkait dengan tingkat utang dan struktur maturitasnya, menimbulkan insentif perusahaan untuk berinvestasi secara berlebihan ataupun kurang dalam berinvestasi. Dan untuk mengatasi masalah kurang investasi, perusahaan biasanya menggunakan kebijakan rasio utang yang rendah dan atau kebijakan utang jangka pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan unyuk menyelidiki apakah ada pengaruh antara struktur jatuh tempo utang dan rasio utang terhadap investasi perusahaan. Investasi perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen, struktur jatuh tempo utang dan rasio utang sebagai variabel independent, arus kas, pertumbuhan, investasi tertinggal dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel kontrol. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dari 34 perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun (2018 – 2020) sehingga didapatkan total 102 sampel dan menggunakan model regresi berganda untuk pengujiannya. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukan rasio utang dan investasi tertinggal berpengaruh signifikan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, manajer keuangan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan investasinya dari tahun ke tahun dan untuk investor dapat memilih perusahaan dengan rasio utang yang baik dan perusahaan dengan investasi yang terus meningkat.

Penelitian terhadap karyawan di industri penerbangan ini memiliki tujuann untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari pembagian waktu kerja terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini berangkat dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan perbedaan latar belakang industri dan lokasi. Perbedaannya dengan penelitian ini adalah dengan menambahkan variabel retensi karyawan. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 167 orang yang bekerja dengan sistem pembagian waktu kerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam rentang waktu Juli hingga Agustus dengan cara survey secara daring menggunakan Google Form serta responden dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling di Airnav Indonesia. Hasil analisis menggunakan analisis faktor dan pemodelan persamaan structural (Structural Equalion Modelling) dengan menggunakan LISREL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pembagian waktu kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keseimbangan kerja dan retensi karyawan. Selain itu, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja juga memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan retensi karyawan. Temuan pada penelitian ini adalah pembagian waktu kerja tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasan kerja, namun dapat menambahkan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja sebagai mediasi antara pembagian waktu kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Abstrak−Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh Mie Ayam Cabe Hejo menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis strategi menggunakan matriks IFE dan EFE, matriks IE, matriks SWOT, dan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mie Ayam Cabe Hejo memiliki posisi yang kuat dalam memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada dan mampu mengatasi kelemahan dan ancaman dengan nilai tertimbang IFE sebesar 2,81 dan nilai tertimbang EFE sebesar 2,775. Dalam analisis menggunakan matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa Mie Ayam Cabe Hejo dapat menggunakan strategi hold and maintain dengan strategi alternative penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Kedua strategi tersebut menjadi salah satu pertimbangan dalam menetapkan strategi yang tepat. Analisis matriks SWOT menghasilkan sembilan strategi alternatif yang dapat diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model penelitian yang diharapkan memperoleh hasil dari pengaruh E-Service Quality dan Price terhadap Customer Trust serta dampaknya pada E-Loyalty. Data responden yang diperoleh dari hasil sebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna layanan GrabFood secara online melalui platform Qualtrics XM kepada 150 responden selama bulan September 2022. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan 5 pengujian terhadap hipotesis berdasarkan indikator variabel yang disusun dengan menggunakan analisis SEM PLS (partial least square) dengan metode SmartPLS. Pengujian ini terdiri dari outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukan adanya hubungan berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan antara lain H1: E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Loyalty, H2: E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Trust, H3: Price berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Loyalty, H4:Price berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Trust, dan H5: Customer Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Loyalty. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi yang baik secara teoritis maupun pada penelitian selanjutnya. Selain itu, implikasi penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan untuk merancang program E-Loyalty yang mengintegrasikan E-Service Quality, Price dan Customer Trust. Hal ini penting karena hubungan antara E-Loyalty dengan E-Service Quality dan Price dimediasi oleh Customer Trust.

Abstract.The existence of a new leader with a young age in recent years has given color to the leadership style at PTPN X. In the same period, the board of directors reconstructed and reintroduced the vision, mission and culture of the organization. The unachieved production potential per hectare and milling capacity have become evaluation material for management to achieve added value. Therefore this study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of PG Gempolkrep-PTPN X employees, and analyze it through job satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey assessment method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research sample used was purposive sampling, namely 34 employees from the leadership of PG Gempolkrep-PTPN X. Data analysis is based on data obtained from internal company sources and the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to respondents. The procedure carried out is to assess the results of the questionnaire and process them using the SEM-PLS method to then be analyzed using the partial least squares analysis technique using smartPLS. The results of the study show that leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, which means job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style and organizational culture. on employee performance. APM Logistics firm of the Surabaya branch is a company in the field of services that provides package delivery, documents, moving, and warehousing services that were founded in 1990. This study to describe the level of satisfaction obtained by PT. APM Logistik Surabaya branch in terms of financial compensation, work discipline, and work loyalty. Respondents for this study used a sample of 60 employees. The instrument collected in data collection is a questionnaire consisting of 51 statement items that must be answered by the respondent. The data analysis used is assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and F test. This study has some variables such as financial compensation, discipline and loyalty as independent variables; and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. This study concluded that financial compensation has got a positive and meaningful effect on employee job satisfaction, work discipline have got a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, loyalty has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, financial compensation, work discipline, and work loyalty simultaneously have a effect on job satisfaction. The authors suggestion companies need to take notice to the provision of proper and fair financial compensation to their employees on their workload. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors. Leadership style, organizational culture and employee motivation are important in shaping employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance mediated by organizational culture and employee motivation in the Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy Regional Secretariat of East Java Province. This research is a causal research. The approach used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy Regional Secretariat of East Java Province, totaling 75. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, so the number of samples in this study were 75 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires.
