The government as state administrator is responsible for the smoothness, safety and comfort of the export and import activities carried out by these importers and exporters. The government forms agencies to manage export-import activities, one of which is the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) to be able to provide services in export and import activities properly. The purpose of this study is to analyze The Influence of the Implementation of Public Services on the Satisfaction of Export-Import Entrepreneurs Through Customs Declaration Online At the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise East Java I Surabaya. Abstract. Product quality is the result of the production of a product that can be a factor in sales volume. Meanwhile, service quality is the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bears on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs. In addition to product quality and service quality, there is perceived quality, namely the customer's perception of the overall quality or superiority of a product or service related to what is expected by the customer. The hypothesis of this study states that the three variables, namely, product quality, service quality and perceived quality affect repurchase intentions directly and indirectly through the intervening variable, namely satisfaction. This research was conducted on exhaust fan products owned by the XXYZ brand. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires. This study uses the PLS method using SmartPLS3. Respondents in this study were XXYZ Surabaya customers who had purchased exhaust fan products in the period March 2019-March 2021 with age over 30 years. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The results of this study explain that the independent variables namely product quality, service quality and perceived quality have a significant influence on the intervening variable, namely satisfaction. For the independent variable perceived quality has no direct effect on repurchase intention. And the product quality variable has no indirect effect on repurchase intention.Keywords: Product quality; service quality; perceived quality; satisfaction; repurchase intention

Abstract. Resources owned by Government Agencies will not provide optimal results if they are not supported by human resources who have optimal performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work motivation, competency, and competency on employee performance results through employee satisfaction atUPT Livestock Breeding and Animal Health in Madura. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. This type of research is causality research. The sample in this study were 56 employees at UPT Livestock Breeding and Animal Health in Madura using a saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis in this study proved that work motivation, competency, and competence have a significant effect on employee satisfaction. The results of the analysis also prove that work motivation, competency, competence, and employee satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Work Motivation; Competence; Employee Satisfaction; Employee Performance

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Nala Husada Dental and Oral Hospital Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative method approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to 36 employees of the Nala Husada Dental and Oral Hospital in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling analysis using Partial Least Square. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Nala Husada Dental and Oral Hospital Surabaya.Keywords: Organizational Culture; Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction; and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Pengaruh Kebijakan Modal Kerja Terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Hotel dan Restoran yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 营运资本政策对印尼证券交易所(BEI)注册的酒店公司和餐厅的盈利能力的影响

ABSTRACTObjective: The objectives in this study are: 1) Knowing and analyzing the effect of working capital turnover on profitability; 2) Knowing and analyzing the effect of cash turnover on profitability; 3) Knowing and analyzing the influence of accounts receivable turnover on profitability; 4) Knowing and analyzing the effect of inventory turnover on profitability; and 5) Knowing and analyzing the effect of working capital funding on profitability. The object and research are hotel and restaurant companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. There are 21 hotel and restaurant companies. Based on the results of the sample selection in accordance with certain criteria, 12 companies are eligible for the sample.Methodology: Data analysis techniques were performed using statistical tests using multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21.Finding: H2, H3, H4, and H5 are H1 are rejected, while H1 accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: 1) Capital turnover has a significant positive effect on profitability; 2) Cash turnover does not have a significant effect on profitability; 3) Receivables turnover has a significant effect on profitability; 4) Inventory Turnover does not have a significant effect on profitability. The inventory turnover rate shows the speed of return of funds embedded in inventory; and 5) Working capital funding does not have a significant effect on profitability.

ABSTRACTObjective: The purpose of this study are: (1) Knowing and analyzing the influence leadership style on employee performance; (2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of organizational climate on employee performance; and (3) Knowing and analyzing the effect of leadership style and organizational climate on the performance of employees at the of PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. The number of research samples was 67 employees at the PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate.Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression) using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 H1 accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance at PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. The results of this study mean that, a good leadership style, can improve employee performance; (2) Organizational Climate has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. The results of this study mean that a good organizational climate can improve employee performance; and (3) leadership style and organizational climate simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate. 
摘要目的:本研究的目的是:(1)了解并分析领导风格对员工绩效的影响;(2)了解并分析组织氛围对员工绩效的影响;(3)了解并分析领导风格和组织氛围对PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate员工绩效的影响。研究样本的数量为PT. Grand Dafam Bela Ternate的67名员工。方法:使用的测试设备是多元线性回归分析(多元回归),使用社会科学家统计软件包(SPSS)作为统计测试工具。发现:H1, H2和H3 H1在5%的置信水平上被接受。结论:研究结果表明:(1)领导风格对员工绩效有部分正向显著影响。本研究结果表明,良好的领导风格可以提高员工绩效;(2)组织氛围对员工绩效有正向和部分显著的影响。研究结果表明:良好的组织氛围可以提高员工绩效;(3)领导风格和组织氛围同时对员工绩效有显著的正向影响Ternate.Â

This study aims to determine the effect of 1) To find outwhether organizational justice has an effect on employee turnoverintention at PT Muara Mall Ternate; (2) Knowing whetherorganizational justice has an effect on job satisfaction at PT Muara MallTernate; (3) Knowing whether job satisfaction has an effect onemployee turnover intention at PT Muara Mall Ternate; and (4)Knowing whether organizational justice has an effect on turnoverintention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Muara MallTernate. The number of research samples is 71 respondents. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is SEM analysis using SmartPartial Least Square (PLS) version 3 as a statistical test tool.Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural EquationModeling with SMART PLS as tools for the statistical test. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze:(1) the positive and significant effect of perceived organizational supporton affective commitment; (2) the effect of perceived organizationalsupport positively and significantly on job satisfaction; (3) The effect ofjob satisfaction positively and significantly on Affective Commitment;and (4) Perception of Organizational Support positively and significantlytowards Affective Commitment through job satisfaction at PT TelkomIndonesia, Ternate City.The data analysis technique used in this studyis SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3 as astatistical test tool.Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural EquationModeling with SMART PLS as tools for the statistical test. Datacollection tools used are questionnaires and interviews, and the numberof respondents was 151 employee.Finding: The results of the SEM-SMART-PLS calculation show that thet-statistic value of 5.854 is greater than the t-table of 1.96 and the valueof = 5% is smaller than the p-value of 0.000. This means that hypothesis1 is accepted.Furthermore, the second hypothesis testing shows the tstatisticvalue of 8,047 which is greater than the t table value of = 5%,which is smaller than the p-value of 0.000. Testing the third (H3)hypothesis shows that the t-statistic value of 6.708 is also greater thanthe t-table value of = 5% smaller than the p-value of 0.000. This meansthat hypothesis 3 is accepted. Testing the fourth hypothesis (H4),namely the t-statistic value of 4,870, the value of = 5%, which is smallerthan the p-value of 0.000. This means that hypothesis 4 is accepted.Conclusion: The conclusions in this study are: (1) Perception oforganizational support has a significant positive effect on affectivecommitment; (2) Perception of organizational support has a significantpositive effect on job satisfaction; (3) Job satisfaction has a significantand positive effect on affective commitment; and (4) job satisfaction isa variable mediating the effect of perceived organizational support onaffective commitment.
