UPAYA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MEMBUAT RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN (RPP) MELALUI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DI SD NEGERI KUBANG LESUNG KULON 通过库邦莱斯隆国立小学(KUBANG LESUNG KULON)的学术监督,提高教师制定学习计划的能力(RPP)

Teachers play an important role in the learning activities, hence it requires good planning by the teachers so that learning activities can take place effectively and optimally. But in fact there are still many teachers who have not been able to make LESSON plans with good quality. therefore efforts to improve the competence of teachers in making the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through academic supervision is done. The purpose of this study is to prove whether the academic supervision conducted are able to improve the ability of teachers to create lesson Plans. This study uses the method of Action Research School (PTS) with the subject of the study 11 teachers. Supervision of academic proven to increase the yield or value of the quality of manufacture of the RPP in SDN Kubang Dimples Kulon this. The average value of the quality of the RPP in cycle 2 achieve 84,66 which belong to the category of work.

KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS SISWA SMP MENGGUNAKAN E-MODUL BERBANTU KODULAR PADA SMARTPHONE 中学生对数学概念的理解能力使用电子模块帮助智能手机

This study aims to determine the increase in the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students using learning media in the form of E-modules assisted by Codular on Smartphones. This research is included in descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The stages of this research are the Preparation Stage, Research Implementation, and Final Stage. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Serang City. Data collection techniques using interview instruments, and tests. Interviews were used to determine the initial state and students' abilities. The test is used to determine the increase in students' understanding ability using codular-assisted e-modules on smartphones. Based on the research, it was found that there was an increase in students' abilities, namely 0.57 which was included in the medium category. As for the indicators of the ability to understand mathematical concepts, the highest increase among the seven indicators is based on the n-gain results from the initial and final tests, namely indicator 5, which presents concepts in various forms of mathematical representation. Meanwhile, the indicator that has an increase in the moderate category which is lower than the other indicators is indicator 2, which is to classify objects according to certain characteristics. Based on the results of these studies, the developed learning media is stated to be able to improve students' mathematical concept understanding abilities.

KKM is the criteria of mastery learning are determined by the education unit that refers to the competency standards, taking into account the characteristics of students, characteristics of the subjects, as well as the condition of the education unit. The function of the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), among others, to be a reference for educators when assessing the competence of the learners according to the competence of the basic subjects that followed. Therefore, it is important for teachers to be able to make KKM according to subjects taught. Based on the findings of researchers who have observed in the school year previously, there are factors that make a teacher can not yet establish the KKM well, among other things : a) teachers have not received training about how to determine the standard KKM, b) in determining the value of KKM teachers only estimate the course, c) teachers only do copy and paste from sources found on the internet. Workshop and supervision of academic conducted proved to be able to give a good impact for the improvement of teacher competence in making KKM. Proven teacher of SDN Delingseng in cycle 1 they get the average value of 56,67 then in cycle 2 the yield was increased by an average of 81,67 and got the value by category of work.

Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektronik (E-LKPD) Berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Penalaran Peserta Didik pada Materi Lingkaran 基于问题的电子学习者(e - lto)工作表的开发,以促进参与者在圆形材料上的推理能力

This research was instigated by teaching material in accordance with student need that was not yet available, it was the need of teaching material used for online learning and contain indicators of matematical reasoning abilities. This research aimed to know the feasibility and students responses to the developed E-LKPD. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with an ADDIE development model. The subjects in this reseach were 26 students of class XI SMPN 1 Cikupa. The data collection instruments were questionnaire of validation given to two material experts and two media experts, a teacher as well as learning expert, and student response questionnaires. The validity results by experts obtained information of E-LKPD feasibility were the assessment from the material experts got a percentage of 91,67% % with very good category, the assessment from the media experts got a percentage of 72,68% with good category, and the assessment from the learning experts got a percentage of 85,76% with very good category. The result of students responses for E-LKPD got a percentage of 72,68% with good category. Based on overall data analysis, it can be concluded that the developed E-LKPD based on Problem Based Learning was suitable and can be used on mathematical learning.

training ABSTRACT On March 9, 2020, the Ministry of Education and Culture issued circulars number 2 and 3 of 2020 regarding the prevention of Covid-19 circulars to eliminate face-to-face learning in class and replace it with online learning. Of course, this is a challenge for the principal of SD Negeri Cilegon VII. Therefore, to prepare teachers for online learning, principals hold in-house training (IHT) to improve teachers' ICT skills and also academic supervision. IHT and supervision can also assist teachers in preparing for online learning which is a new thing for teachers at SD Negeri Cilegon VII.

kelas Penelitian ini akan menganalisis secara dekskriptif kualitatif untuk mengetahui pembelajaran saat ini, menggunakan evaluasi pembelajaran menuju student wellbeing . Setelah evaluasi matematika tidak responden indikator Kata student matematika, evaluasi pembelajaran, daring ABSTRACT Online mathematics learning that pays attention to the condition of students and inculcates attitudes and mindsets is learning that is much coveted by most humans. Making students comfortable in the classroom environment and having a good impression of the learning that is being carried out is the first step to produce adequate human resources, by evaluating learning to continue to improve the quality of learning, learning towards student wellbeing is the hope for every student in carrying out activities study in online classes. This study will analyze qualitatively descriptively to find out whether during online learning currently, has used learning evaluation towards student wellbeing. After the analysis, it was found that in the evaluation of online mathematics learning there were no respondents who met all the indicators in learning towards student wellbeing.
