Peer Review Pengembangan Model Manajemen Sekolah Berbasis Multikultural pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Eks. Karesidenan Pati 基于多元文化的学校管理模式在Ex.Karesidenan Pati高中的同行评审发展

School-based management (SBM) creates the quality gap and narrowsthe view of regionalism. Therefore the writer develops a multicultural-based management (MBM) which can accomodate the diversity of the school community. Seven schools have implemented SBM but its functions have not been concern with the diversity of the school community.The formulation of the problems are : 1. how is SBM implemented in senior high schools in the former Pati residency? 2. how is SBM developed into a MBM model in senior high school? This research employed research and development method. Preliminary research applied a qualitative approach that yielded factual picture. The development began with the design of the model validated by experts and produced the model I, then it was brought to Focus Group Discussion and produced Model II which described MBM of senior high school. It is concluded that the development of the school management is a must in order to achieve school goals and it is suggested that 1. Multicultural-based management should be appointed as a national policy in order to achieve a diverse society in schools, 2. MBM policy needs to be followed up with the implementation of multicultural education in a multicultural school.

PENERAPAN MEDIA KOMIK PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SEKOLAH DASAR 漫画媒体在小学应用数学学习

This study aims to determine: (1) how to implement comic media of mathematics learning in primary school, (2) whether the comic media can help in improving the quality of mathematics learning in primary schools. This research is a qualitative research. This research contains of three sub researches. The comic media that is implemented is an educational comic media. The comic media is implemented in CTL with talking stick variation, Pjbl model with bamboo dancing variation, and CTL model with snowball throwing variation . Comic media developed adapted to the learning model used. Because the learning model used is different, the mathematics learning syntax of the three sub researches is also different. The three sub researches obtaining the same result. Comic media can help in improving the quality of mathematics learning in elementary school even though implemented with different learning model. The conclusions of this research are (1), Comics are given at the beginning of the lesson and students try to understand the material and construct the concept through comics.,(2) Comic media can assist in improving the quality of mathematics learning.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dan efektifitas model pendampingandalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan penilaian bagi guru SD sasaran Kurikulum 2013.Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik : ceramah, diskusi, penyusunan instrumen,praktik penilaian. Model pendampingan ini, terbukti berhasil dan effektif dalam meningkatkankemampuan pengelolaan penilian bagi guru SD Sasaran Kurikulum 2013, hal ini bisa dibuktikandengan analisis data yang menunjukkan ada peningkatkan, yaitu rata-rata naik 28,7 poin atau23,9%.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajarsiswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPS menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Mind Mappingberbasis multimedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK)yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas V SDN I WonorejoDemak yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Data hasil penelitian ini diperoleh melalui aktivitas guru,aktivitas siswa dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptifkualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar60%, sedangkan pada siklus II skor aktivitas guru meningkat menjadi 80%. Aktivitas siswa padasiklus I sebesar 60%, sedangkan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 97%. Sementaraitu hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 59%dan pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan klasikan mencapai 86,25%.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan mediapembelajaran matematika berupa CD interaktif. CD interaktif ini sebagai penunjang pembelajaranuntuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa SMP. Pengembangan CD interaktifmenggunakan model 4D yang dimodifikasi. Hasil penilaian validator menunjukkan CD interaktifpada kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,23 dari rentang maksimal 5. Uji kepraktisan CDinteraktif ditunjukkan dengan adanya respon positif dari guru dan siswa. Hasil uji efektivitasdiperoleh bahwa CD interaktif efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Halini ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang menggunakan CDinteraktif mencapai ketuntasan individu dan klasikal. Selain itu, rata-rata kemampuan pemecahanmasalah siswa yang menggunakan CD interaktif lebih baik dibandingkan dengan yang tidakmenggunakan CD interaktif.

Novel Langit Mekah Berkabut Merah karya Geidurrahman Al-Mishry merupakan novel yangmemiliki banyak hikmah tentang nilai-nilai religius. Nilai religius tokoh-tokoh tersebut terlihatdalam keseluruhan cerita yang teraktualisasikan melalui unsur-unsur pembangun karya sastra.Pengarang novel ini menceritakan kisahnya menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dipahami danmenggunakan alur cerita yang mudah dimengerti. Latar belakang cerita dalam novel ini sejajardengan latar belakang kehidupan peserta didik, sehingga nilai-nilai religius tersebut dapatdimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran sastra di kelas XII SMA/MA.
