Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media magic crossword puzzle pada materiperistiwa alam untuk siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitianpengembangan (Research and Development). Implementasi media menggunakan one grouppretest-postest control design dengan subjek kelas V SDN 2 Gedong Mulyo kecamatan Lasemkabupaten Rembang tahun pelajaran 2016/ 2017. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media magiccrossword puzzle dalam bentuk persegi panjang ukuran 20 cm x 30 cm yang terdiri dari duabagian yaitu bagian depan dan bagian belakang. Bagian depan berupa teka-teki silang dan bagianbelakang berupa potongan-potongan gambar. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian media yang dilakukanoleh 2 validator, media magic crossword puzzle termasuk dalam kategori valid. Penerapan metodedemonstrasi dengan media magic crossword puzzle efektif digunakan untuk pembelajaran materiperistiwa alam, dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan klasikal pada nilai pretes yaitu sebesar 55,56%kemudian pada setelah menerapkan magic crossword puzzle naik menjadi 94,4%. Aktivitas siswasebesar 38 % dan aktivitas guru sebesar 32%, menunjukkan media magic crossword puzzle efektifdigunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA. Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran IPA materi peristiwaalam melalui metode demonstrasi dengan media magic crossword puzzle menunjukkan responyang baik dari siswa kelas V SD N 2 Gedongmulyo.

Hasil belajar siswa kelas V Semester I SD Negeri Babadan Kecamatan Bonang Kabupaten DemakTahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam materi pokok tumbuhanhijau masih rendah. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakanmodel pembelajaran eksperimen. Penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II.Setelah melaksanakan perbaikan pembelajaran, hasil belajar siswa selalu meningkat baik siklus Imaupun siklus II. Sebagai perbandingan, prestasi belajar siswa pada prasiklus, siswa yang tuntasbelajarnya hanya 4 siswa atau 19%, 17 siswa lainnya tidak tuntas. Pada perbaikan pembelajaransiklus I, siswa yang tuntas belajarnya, sudah meningkat menjadi 13 dari 21 siswa atau sekitar62%. Kemudian setelah perbaikan pembelajaran siklus II diperoleh siswa yang tuntas belajarsebanyak 20 dari 21 siswa atau sekitar 95%.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurang tersedianya media pembelajaran tolak peluru. Sehinggaperlu diganti dengan media yang lain berupa peluru buatan. Desain penelitian yang dipakai adalahpenelitian tindakan kelas. Setelah melaksanakan perbaikan pembelajaran, prestasi belajar siswaselalu meningkat baik siklus I maupun siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) aktivitassiswa prasiklus sebesar 50%, siklus pertama sebesar 70%, kemudian pada siklus kedua sebesar80% ini berarti ada peningkatan 20% dan 10%; (b) aktivitas guru prasiklus sebesar 75%, sikluspertama sebesar 95%, kemudian pada siklus kedua sebesar 100% ini berarti ada peningkatan 20%dan 5%; (c) Hasil belajar siswa putra prasiklus mencapai sebesar 59%, siklus pertama sebesar95%, kemudian pada siklus kedua sebesar 100%; sedangkan hasil belajar siswa putri prasiklusmencapai sebesar 41%, siklus pertama sebesar 79%, kemudian pada siklus kedua sebesar 79%;dan sedangakn (d) Respon (Tingkat Kepuasan Belajar) Siswa, mencapai tingkat respon siswasebesar 85%, mempunyai kriteria Sangat Puas. Kriteria ini menggambarkan bahwa siswa betulbetulmerasa senang dan sangat menikmati pembelajaranya.

Through learning thelocal excellence, specific goals to be achieved are expected sosial intelligence of students will bebetter and make positive contribution to students of Sosial Studies education in terms of gaining asunderstanding, monitor learning, interaction, participation and to develop new relationships.This is a qualitative research, with a case study design, the subject is a students andlecturer of Sosial Studies Education Departement, Sosial Sciences Faculty, Semarang University.This analysis using qualitative analysis, with interactive analysis, presented data with tabular fromand the interpretation, in order to obtain the appropriate conclusions. Learning implementationwent smootly, got a very good response, can explore social skill of the students, learning inside andoutside of learning.

Mathematical creative thinking ability is one of the capabilities that need to be owned anddeveloped in students who study mathematics from primary to university level. This is due to thoseabilities in accordance with the vision of mathematics, national education goals and learningobjectives of the school mathematics. This paper is a contribution of new ideas for implementingthe curriculum in education so as to develop mathematical creative thinking ability in school.Information about mathematical creative thinking ability derived based on a literature review. Thestudy results are expected that mathematical creative thinking ability can progress throughdiscovery learning based scientific approach.

Issues to be discussed include how to improve science learning achievement of material structureand function of plant parts in the fourth grade students of SDN Babadan Bonang District of Demakusing STAD method with the application of video media. The subjects were fourth grade students ofSDN Babadan Bonang District of Demak district by the number of students 23 students. This studyuses classroom action research design with two cycles. Each cycle consists of action planning,action, observation, and reflection. Results of preliminary tests before (prasiklus) the averagevalue reached 59.57. Sebelum dilaksanakannya penelitian tindakan kelas ini, kualitas pembelajaran PAI padasiswa kelas III rendah. Kondisi ini disebabkan karena metode pembelajaran yang digunakan olehguru masih konvensional, siswa hanya duduk dan mengamati penjelasan guru terhadap materi,tanpa ada pengalaman langsung. Metode card sort merupakan metode dalam pembelajaran untukmengajarkan konsep, penggolongan sifat serta fakta tentang suatu objek atau informasi. Metode inisangat menarik untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PAI, sehingga siswa menjadi aktif dantermotivasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kondisi awal pretest menunjukkan hanya 42,85% siswayang mencapai KKM dengan rata-rata kelas 63. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkanadanya peningkatan keterampilan guru, aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran PAI. Pada siklus I, rerata prosentase keterampilan guru 70% dengan kategori baik, danmeningkat pada siklus II sebanyak 95% dengan kategori sangat baik. Prosentase aktivitas siswapada siklus I sebanyak 47% dengan kategori cukup dan meningkat pada siklus II sebanyak 76 %dengan kategori baik. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 71,42% (15 dari 21 siswamencapai KKM) dalam kategori baik meningkat pada siklus II naik 28,58 % menjadi 100%,sedangkan indikator keberhasilannya adalah 90% siswa mencapai KKM.

The Increase in the Narrative Writing Skills Using Audiovisual Media and Method ofQuantum Learning (Classroom Action Research on the students of Class XA Islamic HighSchool TBS Kudus Academic Year 2013/2014). The aims of this research are to: (1) improve thequality of the learning process to write narrative using audiovisual media and quantum learningmethod XA grade student of MA (Islamic High School) Tasywiquth Thullab Salafiyyah (TBS)Kudus and (2) improving the writing narrative skills using audiovisual media and methods ofquantum learning XA grade student of MA (Islamic High School) TBS. The Method used thisresearch use qualitative research methods, in the form of Classroom Action Research. Subjectof this research in Indonesian Teachers and student of Class X A a Islamic High Scholl (MA)TBS. Datta was collected by way of: observation, interviews, review of documents, andnarrative writing skills test. Test the validity of using triangulation of data sources andtriangulation methods. The research proces was conducted in two cycles, each consisting offour stages: (1) preparation, (2) action, (3) observation and evaluation, (4) analysis andreflection.The results are: (1) the aplication of audiovisual media and quantum learning methodscan improve the quality of learning to write narrative on the class X A Islamic High Scholl(MA) TBS Kudus, (2) the use of audiovisual media and quantum learning methods to improvethe skills narrative writing in the class X A Islamic High Scholl (MA) TBS Kudus. Research Approach Learning Through Work Poster In Introduce Content GlobalizationOn Civics Lesson For Students Grade IV SD 1 Ngembalrejo Interest problem in this researchthere are three that are the focus does skills of teachers in managing learning civics with posterwork approach in the introduction of globalization for students SD 1 Ngembalrejo Kudus,Knowing students' activity in learning civics with the approach of the work of the posters in theintroduction of globalization for elementary students SD 1 Ngembalrejo Kudus, Exposing thelearning outcomes of students in learning civics approach works poster in the introduction ofglobalization for elementary students 1 Ngembalrejo.Results of action research showed an increase learning outcomes Civics approaches tolearning through the work of the poster to introduce the material globalization. Improvedlearning outcomes is proved by research data cycle I and cycle II. This is evidenced by theincrease in the average value of pre cycle class until the second cycle. The value in the pre-cycleevaluation results using data from test scores were pure. Based on these data, the known valueof the average student with classical completeness 60.45 40.91%, there were 13 students whohave not completed and 9 students who pass. Teachers' teaching skills in managing the class oncivics learning approaches to learning through the work of the poster to introduce the materialin the first cycle of globalization gained 80.17% in the percentage of both criteria, on thesecond cycle increased to 84.91% with good criterion.
