This study aims to find out the Al-Qur'an's view on the theme of intercession, understand intercession in relation to other than Allah, such as Angels, Rasulallah, Al-Qur'an and know who has the right to obtain intercession and its criteria. The study was designed through descriptive research conducted with a thematic qualitative approach with the maudhu'i method. The subjects in this study are library research, that is, all data sources come from written materials related to the topics discussed. Data analysis in this study uses text analysis. The results of this study indicate that syafa'at is still being discussed by the scholars, but most of the scholars say that the syafa'at exists later on the Day of Judgment. As for the group that believes that there is Shafi'i is the Shiite and Ahlussunah groups, while the Mu'tazilah group believes that there is no Syafa'at in the afterlife, of course with their respective arguments. As for those who can give syafa'at are angels, prophets, pious people and good deeds, of course after getting permission and blessings from God.

This article would like to discuss the neglected role of Islamic Boarding School (IBS) in one of the biggest Muslim country in the world. As a case study of Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan (HSS), South Kalimantan - Indonesia, both of primary and secondary data were obtained from the local HSS government, IBS stakeholders and the HSS’s community. This study used Focus Group Discussion, in depth interview, and collect secondary data. Using the descriptive qualitative approach, this study is attempted to examine the role of IBS in national education system. This study tries to answer some question e.g. why the education index has been stagnant around 6 years, what are the differences between two types of IBS, how the Policy Affirmation of IBS graduate can improve the system, and what is the implication of the school formalization. Hence, as the research result, this paper proposes the Flowchart Design of IBS Education.

This study aims to see the problems faced by teachers in Islamic Education learning (PAI) and the factors that cause these problems to occur. Data collection was focused on islamic junior hight school in five districts in the South West of Aceh, namely Aceh Jaya, Aceh Barat, Nagan Raya, Aceh Barat Daya and Aceh Selatan. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and observing Islamic education teachers and the principle. the result showed that the problem of islamic eucation learning occurs because of the lack of facilities and infrastructure of learning, such as reading books and other supporting learning facilities in which it affects the lack of interest in reading and student learning at school. While the factors that led to these problems were limited variations in methods and models of teaching in learning esed by the teachers. furthermore, Student learning motivation is not so increased and learning is more dominant in cognitive nature, so that students understand about religion only but have not been able to maximize it in daily life. In addition, the solution given by Islamic education teachers motivate and advice the students to get better learning. then, teachers develops learning media for education by utilizing all available facilities so that the enthusiasm of students' learning in the teaching and learning process are able to increase.

The postmodern world is a reality that is beginning to have a powerful influence in our lives today. Postmodern thoughts create a pessimistic attitude and uncare about life. Ethics thoughts developed include classic ethical streams derived from Greek philosophers' thought, contemporary ethics from medieval European thinkers until the 20th century, as well as the ethical flow of Islamic religious thought which always refers to the Holy Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Bauman (1993) offers morality without code of conduct by restoring morals to the rights and dignity of human beings. The view of Bauman (1993), universality in postmodern perspective is concerned only with the problem of globalization relating to information, technology and economics rather than ecumenical politics, culture and moral authority. Malay ethics forms a personal character and a positive characteristic of Malay people. It becomes very important to create attitudes, behaviors, ethos, and habits that focus on positive work values. The ethics of the profession which is guided by the accountant must be mirrored and follow in the footsteps of the prophet Muhammad SAW who can always be trusted by his people and business partners.

Islam as a religion has actually become the target of study not only by Muslims but also by non-Muslims for diverse purposes and interests with various approaches. Indonesian Islamic Studies conducted by Dutch scholars and Orientalists are mostly intended for political and policy purposes related to the fate of Muslim-majority male citizens. Islamic dynamics revealed more progressive dynamics in the 1960s and 70s when institutionally the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia released the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) with the form of an Institute that developed religious scientific disciplines in the form of various faculties. From this, a variant of State Islamic University (UIN) developed with the development of study areas outside the religious. The fundamental problem that is the focus of this research relates to PTKIN's Islamic facial dynamics in the context of changes to the State Islamic University (UIN), especially Islamic studies and the new direction of Indonesian Islam which is becoming a new force at the State Islamic University (UIN). Specifically, this study aims to understand the trends and challenges of Islam in PTKIN in the future, and the Islamic thinking map of PTKIN in the new face of UIN which includes UIN SGD Bandung, UIN SUKA Yogyakarta and UIN Ar-Raniry Aceh.

Science and religion are a unity. The difference between the two lies only in the way of view. Knowledge comes from the One God. All kinds of approaches to reality are ultimately capable of being integrated and integrated with the contemplation of the concept of God's oneness. Scientific activity is closely related to the implementation of education. The implementation of education is always based on curriculum development. The existence of curriculum development is based on the emergence of future challenges and competencies. This research aims to describe the design of integrative science and religion in the device and the implementation of learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, sample in this research is teacher at MTsN Kota Salatiga. The integration of science and religion is seen only in the implementation of learning, where teachers have introduced the relationship of science and religion through connecting with the verses of the Qur'an. The integration that has been implemented in the madrasah is already on the operational level.

Sekarang ini, banyak pergeseran nilai terjadi dan pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh terhadap syariah termasuk hukum kewarisan Islam. Hal ini yang mendorong para pemikir Islam untuk melakukan rekonstruksi agar hukum Islam shalih likulli zaman wa makan dapat dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kedudukan maqashid yang digunakan dalam merekonstruksi hukum Islam di bidang kewarisan dan bagaimana posisi maqashid pada beberapa masalah dalam kewarisan Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan content analysis dalam menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa maqashid yang terdapat dalam rekonstruksi hukum kewarisan Islam terutama dalam pembagian laki-laki dan perempuan adalah untuk mencapai keadilan yang merata, sementara pada pemberian wasiat wajibah kepada ahli waris non muslim dalam rangka memelihara keturunan. Sedangkan maqashid yang dikehendaki oleh Islam sendiri terhadap kedua persoalan tersebut adalah keadilan berimbang dan memelihara agama. Oleh karena itu, perlunya pengkajian ulang terhadap rekonstruksi suatu hukum agar tidak mencederai ketentuan syariah itu sendiri.

The main purpose of this research is to know how mudharabah contract implementation in Sharia Cooperative Barokah Curup and how the implementation of profit sharing system at mudharabah financing in Sharia Cooperative Barokah Curup. This research used a desciptive qualitative approach. The main data source of this research derived from field data by collecting data from informants in this case is the Cooperative Services Sharia Barokah Curup. In addition, the data also obtained from literature study and documentation. The results show that the most important thing in mudharabah financing is the honesty of both parties, especially the fund manager. Because the profit is divided is the result of effort (reveneu sharing) and profit sharing (profit sharing). As for the model of return on the financing of mixed mudharabah use mudharabah refinancing only model by installment.

Because the profit is divided is the result of effort (reveneu sharing) and profit sharing (profit sharing). This article presents the actualization of the preaching of millennial dai(preacher) group in cyberspace. The millennial da'i group is a young preacher who grows and develops together with advances in information technology, thus this group highly "dependent" on information technology. To understand the actualization of the millennial dai in cyberspace, several questions about the identity of the millennial da'i and the actualization of preaching in cyberspace were asked. This study found that the identity of the millennial was formed based on high "dependence" on social media, had a higher education level, and was actively involved in religious organizations. Whereas the actualization in cyberspace, especially social media like Facebook is done by self-actualization and actualization of preaching. Self-actualization follows the general developments on Facebook, such as selfies and narcissism and these become a common practice of millennial da'i. The actualization of preaching shows the shifting of preaching from something "sacred" to something profane, as well as there is an effort to use Facebook as a support factor of certain groups. Various expressions presented by millennial dai in cyberspace explain that the ethics of preaching or da'wah does not become a reference in the activities of preaching which has led it to experience disorientation from religious interests into economic interests.
