Inheritance law is a part of civil law and is part of family law in particular. Inheritance law is closely related to human life, because every human being will experience a legal event, namely death. These legal events will cause legal consequences regarding the continuation of the rights and obligations of a person who has died and also in relation to his family or other people who have rights to their property. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the rights and position of grandchildren in the system of replacing the heirs in Islamic Inheritance Law and Compilation of Islamic Law and to know and understand the legal protection of grandchildren as heirs in the Islamic Inheritance Law and Compilation of Islamic Law. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the position of grandchild as a substitute heir in Islamic inheritance law is not listed in the Al-Quran and Hadith, only recognized through the Ijtihad conducted by the scholars. But in the Islamic Law Compilation the existence of grandchildren is recognized as a substitute for the parents who have died beforehand from the heirs and legal protection against grandchildren as successor heirs through the Compilation of Islamic Law which gives recognition of the position of substitute heirs through confirmation of the existence of heirs substitutes get full legalization where the provisions are not contained in the classic Islamic inheritance law. In addition, most Religious Judges in considering their decisions in terms of inheritance also see the arrangements contained in the Compilation of Islamic Law as a guide.

Research on reconstruction on the role of Tuan Guru (teacher) in the prevention and eradication of drugs in Lombok is field research using a qualitative research approach. This study aims to explore three critical issues. First, it analyzes the role of Tuan Guru in Lombok society. Second, it explains the reconstruction format of Tuan Guru as the efforts of preventing and eradicating drugs. Third, it describes the impact of the reconstruction role of Tuan Guru on drug prevention and eradication efforts. The findings elucidate that first: the roles of Tuan Guru in the Lombok Community were: 1) as an Ulama, 2) as a social problem controller or supervisor, 3) as an innovator of change towards betterness, 4) as a supporter of community independence. Second, the formats of reconstruction roles which were carried out in the efforts of preventing and eradicating drugs were as follows: 1) carry out a personal approach mechanism, 2) enforce a real action, 3) serve a counseling activity, 4) empower the community economy. Third, the roles played by Tuan Guru in preaching to deal with the drug problem were found to be very effective. Tuan Guru had succeeded in eliminating drug effects on the young generation. This could be proven as the number of drug cases decreases as reported by the drug investigation directorate of Lombok Barat.

Intellegence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are not considered as dominant factors in determining a person's success. Another factor that determines a person's success or failure is strong ability to the difficulty of life, this ability is called Adversity Quotient (AQ). Pesantren becomes an institution that strives to build the mental endurance of students with Adversity Quotient (AQ).. The research method used is qualitative research by using a case study approach. This research was conducted at Islamic boarding school of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The results of the study shows that there are efforts to build the mental endurance of santri such as of 1) zone transformation 2) time management 3) systemic organization 4) resolving multicultural conflict 5) unlimited creativity.

The widespread and prolonged violent conflict in Aceh has passed down negative legacy within a vulnerable communities. One of the most-exposed the social capital elements is the mutual trust or the excessive manifestation of hate. Although suspicion often provides a sense of security in violent conflict, yet when peace is present, the inherent feeling of distrust can disrupt the construction of community coexistence towards reconciliation. However, with the development of a fairly massive coffee culture, promising opportunities to construct coexistence in post-conflict societies in Aceh emerged. Therefore, this study uses a narrative approach in describing the potentials of coffee culture in constructing the coexistence of post-conflict communities in Aceh.

There are various reasons for our choice of this period of the scientific Arab history: the first is the richness in thought, culture, philosophy and experimentation, following the internationalization of the peoples of the Abbasid Caliphate. The second is the maturity of the individual creative tools of scientists in most fields of knowledge, especially in the linguistic ones which formed the basis from which all Arab sciences sprang. Based on the above, we follow the analytical methods of miracle scholars. The first of these scholars was Ramani, who was interested in individual performances and in rhetorical art in its individuality. The second was Abu Suleiman al-Khattabi, who preoccupied himself with researching in the depths of the problem. The third was Baqalani Abu Bakr Muhammad, the author of the theory of equanimity and inequality. The fourth was judge Abduljabbar who tried to link between the mind and language. The fifth was Abdulqahir Al-Jerjani, the founder of the theory of systems. Indeed each of these scholars has studied the issue of Quranic miracle in a way which suited their methods, and then discussed the ways his views were received in private and in public. We claim that we have paid special attention to the specificity of grammar as a basis, for all of them, for the study of miracles, and none of them has been freed from the study of poetry. However, Al-Jarjani attributed poetry as the necessary basis for the knowledge of miracles, and we did come out with some conclusions which we have noted at the end of our research.

This research is talking about the study of Teungku Chiek Dirundeng which discussed about his life history and his influence in the education world. Teungku Chiek Dirundeng is one of the theologians or ulama who has been developed human civilization and human education by using dayah. This study used qualitative methods This research used qualitative method, it told about his history, his birth and his influence toward educaton. The data collected through interviews, observation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The findings of this study were Teungku Chiek Dirundeng was a theologian who had appellation name “Teungku” and he was an aristocrat who had appellation name “Teuku”. On the other hand, Teungku Chiek Dirundeng was also known he was very generous figure. The generosity meant that he had donated and granted his treasures for communities or umat needs. Furthermore, his influence in education world, he had built many boarding schools or dayah in Aceh. Particularly in Meukek, Labuhan Haji and Rundeng.

Integration of science is a central issue in the arena of the State Islamic University (UIN) in Indonesia, including UIN Ar-Raniry and UIN North Sumatra. One of the main problems that is increasingly discourse is the model of the integration of knowledge that is put in place and the development efforts implemented. Although UIN Ar-Raniry has an integration model of "Frikatifisasi Ilmu" and UIN North Sumatra with the "Integrative Transdisciplinary" model, the Syari'ah Faculty academics and the second Law of the UIN generally do not understand it definitively, so that the integration model does not play an effective role in the process integration of sciences. Therefore, constructive evaluation, comprehensive socialization, and a more intensive development strategy involve all related components. The expected goal of this study is to present a description of the integration model of science that is valid and understood in the second FSH of the UIN, along with its implementation and development in the present. As a qualitative study, this study uses descriptive, interpretative, and comparative analysis methods / techniques. The data analyzed mainly comes from the results of interviews with lecturers and FGDs with students of the School of Comparative Study Program and the FSH State Law Study Program, in addition to other related data.
