This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of brand image on E-Word of Mouth of Wardah in Padang city (2) the impact of brand image on customer trust (3) the influence of value co-creation on E-Word of Mouth (4) the influence of value co-creation on brand image (5) The influence of value co-creation on trust, and (6) the influence of trust on E-Word of Mouth. This research is a causative research. The population on this research is all students who use Wardah cosmetics in Padang. The total number of samples in this study are 80 students who have been selected by using purposive sampling due to unknown the number of populations. This study found that (1) brand image has no significant direct effect on EWord of Mouth (2) brand image has a significant effect on trust (3) value co-creation has a significant effect on E-Word of Mouth (4) value co-creation has a significant effect on brand image (5) value co-creation has a significant effect on trust (6) trust has a significant effect on E-Word of Mouth. Some limitations and further studies are discussed.

This study aims to analyze the influence of experiential quality, experiential satisfaction and trust on interest to revisit to the tourism object in the city of Padang. The population of this study were all consumers who had visited a tourist attraction in the city of Padang with a total sample of 220 respondents. The analysis technique used is using Structural Equation Model (SEM) -Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are Experiential quality has a positive and significant effect on experiential satisfaction, Experiential quality has a positive and significant effect on trust. This means that the higher the experiential quality which impacts on trust, Experiential quality positive and significant effect on the interest to revisit, Experiential satisfaction positive and significant impact on the trust, Experiential satisfaction positive and significant effect on the interest to revisit, the Trust has a positive effect and significant interest to revisit.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the dimensions of service quality and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. The population of this study is customers who came to Rocky Plaza Hotel based on the number of rooms sold which amounted to 98 people whit the sampling technique using probabilitysampling. Data collection is done by filling out questionnaires and data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results of the study show that the responsiveness and assurance variables have a significant influence on the interest in repurchasing Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang customer. Whereas for tangible, reliability, empathy and customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect on the interest in repurchasing customers of Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. The total direct and indirect influence in this study is 20.56% and the remaining 79.4% is influence by other variables not explained in this study.

This study has several objectives, first analysing and proving the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance. Second, analyse and prove the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Third, analyse and prove whether there is an influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Fourth, analyse and prove the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction. Fifth, analyse and prove the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Sixth, analyse and prove whether there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. In this study the population is all permanent employees at Ibnu Sina Hospital in West Sumatera. while the sample was 262 respondents who were searched using Sugiono's formula. The types and sources of data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires. For analysis testing using validity and reliability tests and using path analysis, as well as processing data using the latest SPSS model. In accordance with the hypothesis testing it was found that transformational leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction. In organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, transformational leadership has a significant effect on performance. found organizational communication has a significant effect on performance. Fourth, the organizational culture has a significant effect on performance. While job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. This study aims to prioritize the main criteria in the selection of suppliers at RSUD Padang and to find out which supplier is the best in RSUD Padang.This study analyzes the selection of suppliers at RSUD Padang. The data used are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from company documents. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Preference Ranking of the Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). The results of this study indicate the priority of the main criteria that can be used by the hospital is the quality criteria that have a weight value of 0.36. Then the next result is the best supplier at RSUD Padang, namely supplier B, which has the highest net flow value with a net flow value of 0.15. While suppliers that have the lowest net flow value are supplier C with a net flow value of -0.36

The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the effect of asset growth rate to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2) the effect of profitability to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 3) the effect of firm size to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample are 76 mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange around 2011-2014. This research used purposive sampling method. The statistical methods used in this research are multiple regressions. The results of this research indicate that: (1) asset growth rate have negative and no significant effect to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) profitability have negative and significant effect to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and (3) firm size have positive and significant effect to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This type of research is explanatory research, looking at the relationship among free variables human capital, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze the published articles regarding Effect of Transformational Leadership, PEP and POS on OCB. The research design is a literature review. The articles have been published in the last five years representing of six different academically. The results of the review literature find out that Transformational Leadership, PEP and POS on OCB. The results of this review are only a conceptual starting point for starting an integrated discipline.

Poverty is a multidimensional problem that is of concern to all countries in the world. The purpose of this study is to look at the influence of education levels, economic growth, and unemployment rates on poverty rates in the West Sumatra Province of Indonesia. This study uses the Fixed Effect Square Dummy Variable / FEM LSDV approach with panel data which is a combination of 12 districts and 7 cities in West Sumatra Province with a span of time from 2010 to 2016. The results of the research conducted indicate that there are negative influences but not significant between education level variables and poverty rates, while economic growth variables have a negative and significant effect on poverty rates in West Sumatra Province. As with the unemployment rate variable which shows a positive and significant influence on the level of poverty in the Province of West Sumatra. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest the need to optimize policies related to efforts to increase the level of education, economic growth in addition to emphasizing the unemployment rate in the West Sumatra Province of Indonesia in order to welcome the current digital era.

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of education and culture department employees of Padang Pariaman Regency. The sampling technique used is by using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The questionnaire was distributed to 112 employees of the Padang Pariaman District Education and Culture Department. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis and processed with SPSS 16.00. The results show that leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, leadership does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership does not have a significant influence on performance, work motivation has a significant effect on job performance and satisfaction significantly influence performance employee of the Padang Pariaman District Education and Culture Department.
