In news writing, there are problems with writing skills that are often found in the world of national education. Collaborative, project-based learning models have proven useful for learning English and writing news. Therefore this development research aims to create a project-based learning product model. The Borg & Gall development procedure is followed in this research process. Students and instructors of English study program served as the research subjects. This development method results in reliable, usable, and efficient project-based learning model products for learning to write news stories. In order to collect data for this study, a questionnaire was presented to two material specialists and two media experts. The following are the findings from a study that looked at the viability of developing a project-based learning product learning model for learning how to write news using a Likert scale with a score range of 1 to 5. The results of material experts' validation received a score of 81.54%, placing them in the "very feasible" category. The results of media experts' validation received a score of 78.4%, placing them in the "suitable" category. It is possible to draw the conclusion that the project-based learning model's output is suitable for use in teaching news writing based on the findings of the feasibility study.

Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penerapan teaching factory dalam mempersiapkan kompetensi kewirausahan siswa pada pendidikan vokasi yang dilihat dari aspek peralatan yang digunakan (sarana dan prasarana), Kurikulum yang digunakan dan Kompetensi Guru terhadap pelaksanaan teaching factory disekolah sehingga mampu menumbuhkan kompetensi berwirausaha siswa pada pendidikan vokasi. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kuntitatif jenis ex post facto berbentuk asoasiatif kausal dengan analisis multivariat. Ketersediaan peralatan untuk mendukung keterlaksanaan dan efektifitas produksi di teaching factory dan disertai dengan kemampuan kewirausaahan siswa pada pendidikan vokasi menghasilkan nilai pada path coefficient 0,032 dimana ≤ 0,050. Pengaruh dari kurikulum yang digunakan di sekolah disertai dengan ketersediaan peralatan untuk mendukung keterlaksanaan dan efektifitas produksi di teching factory dan disertai dengan kemampuan kewirausaahan siswa pada pendidikan vokasi menghasilkan nilai pada path coefficient 0,049 dimana ≤ 0,050. Pengaruh dari kurikulum yang digunakan di sekolah disertai dengan ketersediaan peralatan untuk mendukung keterlaksanaan dan efektifitas produksi di teaching factory dan disertai dengan kemampuan kewirausaahan siswa pada pendidikan vokasi menghasilkan nilai pada path coefficient 0,046 dimana ≤ 0,050. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semua aspek saling berketerkaitan dalam memberikan pengaruh tehadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa.

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran khususnya di masa pandemi saat ini. Namun pada kenyataannya masih sedikit guru yang menggunakan media dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga menyebabkan hasil belajar peserta didik semakin menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rancang bangun dan mengetahui kelayakan dari pengembangan media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPS. Model penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu model DDD-E (Decide, Design, Develop, dan Evaluate. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner atau angket. Pada uji rancang produk dilakukan oleh beberapa ahli serta peserta didik yang meliputi: (1) ahli isi mata pelajaran, (2) ahli desain pembelajaran, (3) ahli media pembelajaran, dan (4) uji coba perorangan yang dilakukan terhadap tiga orang peserta didik dengan kategori memiliki pengetahuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari data hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat persentase kelayakan dari media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif menurut ahli isi mata pelajaran yaitu sebesar 98%, tingkat kelayakan persentase dari ahli desain pembelajaran yaitu sebesar 95,00%, tingkat kelayakan persentase dari ahli media pembelajaran yaitu sebesar 90% dan menurut hasil uji coba perorangan tingkat persentase yang diperoleh yaitu 92% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif layak untuk dipergunakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran dengan muatan pelajaran IPS bagi peserta didik kelas V SD.

Kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi, mengaitkan kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran serta kurangnya penggunaan media oleh guru berpengrauh terhadap proses dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan desain pengembangan, profil dan mengetahui efektivitas video pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Subjek validasi adalah lima ahli media, lima ahli desain, dan empat ahli materi serta 26 siswa. Subjek uji efektivitas berjumlah 30 siswa dan subjek validasi soal 30 siswa. Data yang diperoleh adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi, angket dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, deskritif kualitatif dan statistik inferensial uji t serta uji effect size. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) deskprisi desain video pembelajaran. (2) profil video pembelajaran (3) evektifitas video pembelajaran melalui uji effect size, hasilnya 2,614 dengan kategori “strong effect”. Dengan demikikan, video pembelajaran geografi SMA berbasis kearfian lokal dapat diterapkan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan High Order Thinking Skills.

The vital roles of school principals and the need for a professional selection and preparation process for school principals have encouraged the necessity of studying the process of preparing school principals in Indonesia. In developed countries, the main candidates are judged not only on their traditional management skills but also on their professional leadership skills. Principals are responsible for improving the quality of the schools they lead, so in developed countries, that becomes the main focus of assessment. In Indonesia, the policy for the preparation and selection process of school principals must be reviewed in a goal-oriented manner for the sake of improving education quality. This research aimed to providing recommendations for improving the selection process of principals in Indonesia through a comparative analysis. Method in this research using literature review. This literature review collected data or sources related to a particular topic derived from various sources, such as journals, books, the internet, and other libraries. The results of the discussion indicated that there were similarities and differences in the selection processes for principals in Indonesia and the comparative countries in this study. Since the rules for selecting school principals in Indonesia often change, school principal candidates must always adapt to new regulations.

Urgensi pendidikan karakter dikembangkan karena, salah satu bidang pembangunan nasional yang sangat penting dan menjadi fondasi kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara dalam pembangunan karakter bangsa. Society 5.0 adalah konsep dan strategi yang tujuannya sama dengan SDGs. Salah satu upaya dalam mendukung Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 adalah pendidikan karakter. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan di Ponpes Al-Manar, Jambi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis urgensi nilai berkehidupan bermasyarakat pada era society 5.0 melalui pengembangan penulisan cerpen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penentuan validitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi dan teknik analisis data menggunakan interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil observasi ini, terlihat guru dan santri pondok pesantren sangat antusias dan bersemangat untuk menulis. Santri yang sudah mulai aktif dalam membuat karya tulisan berupa cerpen dan mengimplementasikan apa yang telah didapatkan dalam pembelajaran unttuk selanjutnya diterapkan di kehidupan sehari-hari. Pendidikan karakter diambil melalui penulisan cerpen, dikarenakan penulisan cerpen dipandang sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menyampaikan nilai tersebut. Kesimpulannya, dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat meningkatkan karakter santri dalam berkehidupan masyarakat.

To improve the quality of education in terms of data analysis, a learning innovation is needed. Moreover, in learning statistics, the requirements for complicated calculations require an innovative product that can overcome these problems. The purpose of this research is to develop video tutorials on regression analysis to improve students' data analysis skills. The type of research that has been carried out uses RnD (Research and Development) research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students in two university as the site for the limited trial, and two university as the site for the large group trial. The analysis uses 2 designs: a pretest-posttest group design and a posttest-only design with a nonequivalent group. The results of this study indicate that video tutorials are suitable for students in carrying out simple linear regression analysis, and this research implies that students who use video tutorials in carrying out simple linear regression analysis have better skills than those who do not. Thus it can be concluded that video tutorials on regression analysis are able to improve students' data analysis skills.

Moreover, in learning statistics, the requirements for complicated calculations require an innovative product that can overcome these problems. The purpose of this research is to develop video tutorials on regression analysis to improve students' data analysis skills. The type of research that has been carried out uses RnD (Research and Development) research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students in two university as the site for the limited trial, and two university as the site for the large group trial. The analysis uses 2 designs: a pretest-posttest group design and a posttest-only design with a nonequivalent group. The results of this study indicate that video tutorials are suitable for students in carrying out simple linear regression analysis, and this research implies that students who use video tutorials in carrying out simple linear regression analysis have better skills than those who do not. This study aimed at developing civics education teaching materials with Balinese cultural perspective. This study was development research using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The subjects of this research were a third-grade teacher and twenty-three third grade students. To measure the validity of the teaching materials an expert’s evaluation sheet was used and to evaluate the implementation of the civics materials teachers’ and students’ responses questionnaires were used. The results of of the study were: 1) one civics teaching material, seven lesson plans, and 7 student worksheets which have been developed with Balinese cultural perspective. The material that was developed was under the topic “Bangga Menjadi Anak Indonesia” (Proud to become Indonesian children). 2) This product has been validated by an expert in civics education, an instructional design expert, a Balinese culture expert, and an evaluation expert and an education expert, yielding CVR of 1.00 and CVI of 1.00, categorized as valid and feasible to be tried out. 3) This product has been tried out on a limited scale in the third grade and the result showed that the produce could enhance learning achievement of the students with the averages of 81.04, 86.83, and 90.22, in the first, second and third meetings respectively, and love of Balinese culture attitude of the students with the averages of 86.90, 88.46 and 91.42.

Metacognition is one of the skills needed in a competitive era because it involves cognitive processes in communication, attention, memory, and processing and using information. However, the facts show that students' metacognitive abilities still need to improve. The overcome the low ability of metacognition, local wisdom-based learning is an alternative solution. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility level of the LAPS-Heuristics learning model with local wisdom on students' metacognitive abilities. This type of research uses research & development modified by Borg and Gall with three stages: preliminary studies, model trials, and model experiments. As for the research subject, the student of class IX at SMP Negeri 1 Kahu. The instruments used in the research include observation, interviews, validation, and practicality questionnaires. The results showed that the LAPS-Heuristics learning model developed with local wisdom was valid and practically applied in the learning process with an average score of 3.5 or a percentage of 92% so that the LAPS-Heuristics learning model with local wisdom can be implemented in the learning process to overcome the low metacognitive ability of students.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Environmental Education Learning Strategy (SPPLH) teaching materials in increasing the cognitive flexibility of teachers. The method used in this research is the research and development method. This study uses a quantitative approach. The place of research was carried out at SLBN 7 Jakarta. The time of study was carried out from March 2020 to October 2020. The sampling technique was carried out by Random Sampling. Product study this packed in form SPPLH teaching materials as unique references in science _ with notice characteristics of SLBN 7 Jakarta teachers. The results showed that based on the results of the t-test, Cognitive Flexibility t-test 4.42 > t table 2,042. There is a very significant difference between cognitive flexibility scores who were given SPPLH teaching materials, where the score of post-pre-test t treatment was 19.68 higher than teachers who were not given SPPLH teaching materials, namely the post-pre test score control of 9.12. Based on the results of the analysis, the SPPLH. The teaching materials model effectively boosts the teacher's cognitive flexibility in an innovative learning integrated environment.
