An Ethnobotany-Based on Wrapping Plant of Malays Tribe in Meliau Subdistrict 以Meliau街道马来部落包装厂为例的民族植物学研究

Utilization of plants as food wrappers is a local wisdom that needs to be preserved. The preservation of traditional knowledge can be done through learning media. This research aims to produce valid learning media and obtain a positive response from students. The research uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model consisting of 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection was obtained from interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a Likert scale questionnaire. Based on the validation results, the development of an ethnobatany-based encyclopedia on wrapping plants of the Malay Tribe in Meliau Sub-district obtained a highly valid assessment from subject matter experts (91.67%), media experts (95.83%), and valid from language experts (79.86%). In the small-scale trial, 14 students responded positively by 76.67%, and in the large-scale trial, 42 students responded positively by 89.80%, based on aspects of content, language, implementation, and appearance. It can be concluded that the Ethnobotany-based Encyclopedia on wrapping plants of the Malay Tribe in Meliau sub-district, developed as a learning media, is highly suitable for use in the learning process and has received a positive response. The successfully developed encyclopedia media contains the morphological characteristics of plants, food products wrapped with them, and QR codes displaying the process of food wrapping using wrapping plants. This encyclopedia media can also serve as a means of preserving the local wisdom of the Malay community in Meliau Sub-district in utilizing plants as eco-friendly food wrappers.

Rational Emotive Counseling Based On Krishna-Arjuna Conversation In Treating Stress In The Covid-19 Pandemic 基于奎师那-阿尔诸那对话的理性情感咨询在治疗Covid-19大流行中的压力

The COVID-19 pandemic has claimed many lives and resulted in stress in some communities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Krisna-Arjuna conversation-based emotional-rational counselling in coping with anxiety due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is based on Miles and Huberman's qualitative research model with a case study design. 125 people were targeted, and 30 experienced stress due to the COVID pandemic (16 were in the mild category, 9 were moderate, and 5 were in the heavy class). Data were collected utilizing observation, interviews, and documents. The data obtained is in the form of qualitative data that has been credibly tested for validity. Then a qualitative analysis is carried out, starting with data presentation, reduction, and verification/conclusion. The findings of this study are the design of Krishna-Arjuna conversation-based emotional-rational counselling to deal with the stress of COVID-19. Providing information, group counselling, and individual counselling to prevent and treat symptoms of COVID-19 stress with a limited level of understanding and age heterogeneity has positive implications for the prevention and management of COVID-19 stress. It is hoped that individuals, families, communities, and related parties will study and apply rational-emotive counselling to overcome irrational thought patterns and deal with stress.

Augmented Reality Based Competency Based Learning on Computer Network Learning in Vocational Education Vocational School 基于增强现实的胜任力学习:高职院校计算机网络学习

This research is motivated by the complexity of the subject matter of Computer Networks, the large number of teachers who teach these subjects with different backgrounds, and not all of them can be practised directly due to limited laboratory facilities, accompanied by a learning model that is not yet competency-based which also makes learning outcomes not optimal. This study aims to develop three-dimensional computer network learning media using Augmented Reality Assembly Edu software in vocational education. This type of research is created using the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Collection methods using observation and interviews. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that Competency-based learning-based Augmented Reality media, validated by a team of media experts and material experts, was very valid. In contrast, students stated well because this media made it easier to understand the material and motivated them to try and learn. It was concluded that Competency-based learning-based Augmented Reality media could be used in learning.

Media Video Animasi Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budi Pekerti

Proses pembelajaran daring memiliki banyak kendala dari berbagai sudut pandang, misalnya mengenai materi. Guru kurang mampu membuat materi inovatif yang menggunakan lingkungan belajar online. Hal ini berdampak pada pembelajaran yang tidak berjalan optimal. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menciptakan media video animasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budi Pekerti. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah 1 pakar isi mata pelajaran, 1 pakar desain pembelajaran, 1 pakar media pembelajaran, 3 pelajar percobaan individual dan 10 pelajar percobaan kelompok kecil. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu media video animasi dikatakan valid dengan hasil penilaian pakar isi mata pelajaran diperoleh kualifikasi sangat baik sebesar 93,3%, validitas uji pakar desain pembelajaran sebesar 88,3% diperoleh kualifikasi baik,  pakar media pembelajaran mendapat skor 94,6%, diperoleh kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba individual mendapat nilai 95,99% diperoleh kualifikasi sangat baik, dan uji coba kelompok kecil mendapat nilai 96,32% diperoleh kualifikasi sangat baik. Disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budi Pekerti dapat digunakan karena dinilai baik dan sangat baik.

SPIES Training Model to Improve Teacher’s Competence in 21st Century Learning 提高21世纪教师学习能力的间谍培训模式

The SPIES training model in Collaborative Learning materials serves as a tool to improve teacher competency in 21st-century learning. This training syntax helps teachers understand Collaborative Learning concepts and practices. This study aims to produce a more collaborative training syntax called the SPIES training model and improve teacher teaching competence. This type of research is development research. This R&D applies the Borg and Gall model, which is integrated with the Dick and Carrey training model. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, in-depth interviews, pre-test, and post-tests. The subjects of this study were 15 teachers from three private schools. Experts who validate the design and materials ensure the training model and material feasibility. The data analysis included testing the validity and reliability of the instruments used. The normality distribution test and paired t-test were carried out to examine the effect of training. The results of this study are that the SPIES training model has been validated by experts with a feasibility level of 88.24% (very feasible). The material feasibility check percentage is 91.67% (very possible). The t-test results show that the post-test is different from the pre-test. The SPIES training model is effective for increasing teacher competency in 21st-century learning. It was concluded that the SPIES training model is feasible for improving teacher competency.

Mobile Training Unit for Increasing the Quality of Vocational High Schools 提高职业高中质量流动培训小组

The demand to produce graduates with both soft and hard skills is a challenge for vocational high schools to continue innovating. The Mobile Training Unit (MTU) is a program the Aceh government uses to achieve these demands and overcome classic problems in vocational high school teaching, such as a lack of facilities or human resources. This study aims to analyze the Mobile Training Unit for Improving the Quality of Vocational High Schools. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were three SMKs that had been previously selected together with the MTU program committee. The methods used in collecting data are observation, semi-structured interview guidelines, and documentation. Data collection instrument using a questionnaire. The technique used to analyze the data is a descriptive qualitative analysis using a triangulation process. The research results are that the Mobile Training Unit must be prepared based on the needs of students and mayors in SMK. Determining priorities to become participants, careful preparation and implementation impact improving the quality of SMKs and the motivation of students who need sufficient training. It was concluded that MTU is carried out with careful planning and processes and requires high collaboration and consistency between the government, schools and students.

Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Psikologis Dasar sebagai Mediator antara Dukungan Dosen dan Academic Buoyancy 满足讲师支持和学术奖学金之间的基本心理需求

While adapting to the hybrid learning system, students often encounter various obstacles. It takes the ability to overcome it, or what is known as academic buoyancy. This study aims to analyze the role of essential psychological fulfillment as a mediator in the relationship between lecturer support and student academic buoyancy when carrying out hybrid learning. This type of research is quantitative research using an explanatory research approach. Data was collected through survey techniques carried out online using a Google form for two weeks. This study uses statistical analysis of mediation using the Heyes Process Macro. The results of the mediation analysis of 115 participants show that fulfillment of basic psychological needs partially mediates the relationship between lecturer support and academic buoyancy. Lecturer support is proven to have a direct influence on academic buoyancy. Partial mediation also shows that the fulfillment of basic psychological needs is also confirmed to play a psychological factor in explaining how lecturer support can affect academic buoyancy. Completion of these psychological needs will then affect the increase in academic buoyancy. It was concluded that the role of fulfilling basic psychological needs in bridging the relationship between lecturer support and academic buoyancy. Therefore, the implication of this research is the development of interventions with the target of manipulating support from lecturers to meet students' basic psychological needs.

Problem Based Learning Model with Experiential Learning to Increase Creative Thinking and Critical Thinking Ability 基于问题的学习模式与体验式学习,以提高创造性思维和批判性思维能力

The problem of students' creative thinking and critical thinking skills in science learning still needs to improve, and more teachers must apply innovative learning models. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the problem-based learning model assisted by experiential learning in developing students' 21st-century thinking skills, namely creative thinking and critical thinking in science learning. This type of research is qualitative. The research method used in this research is quantitative, namely quasi-experimental. There are two research samples experimental class and the control class. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observations, tests and documentation. The analysis technique used is a normality test, homogeneity, T-test, and multivariate test with MANOVA. The results showed a significant increase in the posttest results of student's creative thinking and critical thinking skills after applying the problem-based learning model assisted by experiential learning. The MANOVA test results show that learning in the experimental and control classes increases in value even though the average differs. It was concluded that the problem-based learning model assisted by experiential learning could improve students' 21st-century thinking skills, namely creative thinking and critical thinking in science learning.

Literature-based instruction is one of the methods that the teacher can used in teaching English to improve student’s four basic skills in English. As a result, this paper aimed to investigate a) to identify the procedures used by teacher in implementing literature-based instruction during distance learning to improve four basic English skills in the classroom at Gandhi Memorial International School, b) to analyze the challenges faced by teacher in implementing literature- based instruction during distance learning at Gandhi Memorial International School. The implementation of Literature-Based Instruction was carried out for Primary International School grade 5 at Gandhi Memorial International School. This study used qualitative research as a research method. The subject of this research was an English teacher in class 5B at Gandhi Memorial International School. Data were collected using an observation checklist and interview guidelines. The result of the data that had been collected from the first question was that the procedure carried out by the teacher is to carry out three stages, namely; pre-activity, whilst activity, and post-activity. Then, the findings for the second research question were that there are three challenges that teachers encountered, namely; time constraints, differentiated instructions, and various assessment rubrics.

Model Flipped Classroom Berbantuan SOFLEN (Song for Learning) Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial

Penggunaan model dan media pembelajaran yang kurang tepat menyebabkan peserta didik cenderung pasif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga membuat rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom dengan bantuan media SOFLEN (Song for Learning) terhadap hasil belajar dalam muatan pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen dengan metode Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan melibatkan 54 peserta didik, terdiri dari 27 peserta didik di kelas VB (kelompok eksperimen) dan 27 peserta didik di kelas VA (kelompok kontrol). Pengumpulan data dilakukan memalui teknik tes dan observasi. Analisis data meliputi uji prasyarat yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan homogenitas serta uji hipotesis yang dilakukan melalui uji independent sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data memiliki distribusi normal dan homogen. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Oleh karena itu, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen adalah 88,89, sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol adalah 57,78. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbantuan media SOFLEN (Song for Learning) lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS peserta didik.
