H.O.S Tjokroaminoto’s Islamic Education Concept And its Relevance to Character Education 特若克罗明托的伊斯兰教育理念及其与品格教育的关联

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan serta mendalami konsep pendidikan Islam Raden Hadji Oemar Said Tjokroaminoto dan relevansinya terhadap pendidikan karakter. Generasi muda saat ini sangat rentan terhadap perkembangan era globalisasi, olehkarenanya sangat dibutuhkan sistem dan konsep pendidikan yang tepat untuk menghadapinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Kualitatif Narrative Research yakni studi terhadap satu tokoh untuk mendapatkan suatu data tentang sejarah perjalanan hidupya dan kemudian disusun sebagai laporan naratif. Pendidikan Islam Tjokroaminoto merupakan pendidikan yang mengembalikan pengajaran pada ajaran Islam yang sebenar benarnya untuk membentuk manusia yang religius, berintelektual. Konsep pendidikan Islam Tjokroaminoto diantaranya Lagger Onderwijs, Middlebaar Onderwijs, Hooger Onderwijs. Pendidikan Islam Tjokroaminoto memiliki relevansi dengan pendidikan karakter, dengan kembali pada Al- Qur’an dan Hadits, Agama Islam telah memberikan gambaran memimbing dan mendidik peserta didik. Jika konsep pendidikan dikembalikan pada pendidikan Islam yang sebenarnya maka karakter bangsa akan sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa yang terukir dalam falsafah pancasila dan pembukaan UUD 1945.
这次研究的目的是探讨伊斯兰教育的概念Raden哈吉Oemar Said Tjokroaminoto及其对品格教育的相关性。今天的年轻人很容易受到全球化时代的发展,因此迫切需要一个合适的教育系统和概念来应对这一挑战。该研究采用一种定性叙事研究的方法,即对一个人进行研究,从中提取一份关于生命历程历史的数据,然后将其编成一份叙事性报告。伊斯兰教育Tjokroaminoto是一种恢复伊斯兰教义教学的教育,其真正的教义,以塑造一个宗教、智力的人。伊斯兰教育的概念包括Lagger Onderwijs, midlebaar Onderwijs, Hooger onderwito。伊斯兰教育与品格教育有关联,通过回顾古兰经和圣训,伊斯兰教提供了指导和教育学习者的形象。如果教育的概念回归到真正的伊斯兰教育,那么这个国家的品格将符合刻在1945年《宪法》哲学和《宪法》序言中的国家理想。

The Relation Between Religion and Culture Within The 7th Shawwal Celebration in Morella, Central Molucca 摩鹿加中部莫雷拉第七届夏瓦尔庆典中宗教与文化的关系

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui nilai-nilai yang melatarbelakangi sosio-kultural masyarakat di negeri Morella, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dalam merayakan lebaran 7 syawal beserta tradisi pukul sapu lidi di baliknya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mode kajian living hadis yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan antropologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perayaan lebaran 7 syawal di Negeri Morella Kabupaten Maluku Tengah merupakan hasil interpretasi ulama terdahulu secara kontekstual dari hadis tentang keutamaan puasa 6 hari di bulan syawal.  Dalam perayaan lebaran 7 syawal terdapat tradisi pukul sapu lidi yang murni sebagai warisan budaya untuk mengenang perjuangan mujahid di Benteng Kapahaha melawan VOC Belanda. Nilai yang melatarbelakangi  perayaan lebaran 7 syawal dengan tradisi pukul sapu lidi adalah nilai religius sebagai ekspresi rasa syukur atas selesainya rangkaian ibadah puasa, nilai sosial dengan menjaga hubungan silaturahmi dan memuliakan tamu, serta nilai Pendidikan dengan melestarikan sejarah agar tetap dikenal dan tidak hilang.

HARMONIZATION OF ISLAMIC ECONOMIC LAW WITH LOCAL CULTURE: STUDY OF THE PETATAH-PETITIH MINANGKABAU 伊斯兰经济法与地方文化的协调&以米南卡保《佩塔赫·佩蒂奇》为例

This paper's main problem is how to harmonize Islamic economic law with local culture, namely in petatah-petitih Minangkabau. This research departs from the Minangkabau religious customary philosophy, “Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah”. Customary law and Islamic law as laws that live amid the Minangkabau society. Petatah-petitih, as a classic Minangkabau literature originating from the ancestors of the Minangkabau people, contains values to guide people in their behavior. Using literature study or documentation with qualitative descriptive research method, the research results reveal various harmonies between the values and principles of Islamic economic law with the values contained in petatah-petitih Minangkabau. Thus, the existence of petatah-petitih Minangkabau can play a role in internalizing the values of Islamic economic law in Minangkabau society. Enabling petatah-petitih Minangkabau indirectly also brings to life the values of Islamic economic law in the Minangkabau society.

IMPLEMENTASI SE DIRJEN PEMBINAAN KELEMBAGAAN AGAMA ISLAM TENTANG POLIGAMI DALAM MASA IDDAH

Abstract: This article aims to explain the implementation of Circular Number D.IV / Ed / 17/1979 about polygamy in the period of religious court in Malang City and Office of Religious Affairs Lowokwaru and explain the marriage law carried out by a husband who is still in the midst of his wife who was divorced under the Law in Indonesia. Research method in this article used empirical juridical or field research with qualitative approach. The source of the data used interview and documentation. While, processing data method through several stages: editing, classification, verification and analysis of data. The result of this research are the circular letter about polygamy in the Iddah Period couldn’t be apply in the case because it never got into Religious Courts Of Malang, then it turned has been completed in Religious Affairs Office. The circular letter in Religious Affairs Office Lowokwaru not applied in real, but was changed by another form like making statement part of Rp.6000 he wouldn’t come back to his first wife. The law of male in marriage according to Islam is valid if he fulfil the pillars and the terms of marriage, but according to the positive law in Indonesia will be cancelled by the law because its contrary to article 4 of the Marriage Law and strengthen to article 42 Compilation of Islamic Law.

STRATEGI PONDOK PESANTREN SEBAGAI NOUBEL INDUSTRY DALAM MENJAGA KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT 作为NOUBEL行业维护社区信任的新蒙古包战略

The purpose of this research is to describe how the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school's strategy maintains public trust as a noble industry. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The data collection technique used was interviews with the Bureau of Education, Bureau of Islamic Boarding Schools, regional heads of West and East Islamic boarding schools, as well as documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three steps, namely: (1) data reduction; (2) data exposure; and (3) drawing conclusions and verification. Data validity with source and technique triangulation process. The results show that the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School has two main strategies, namely understudy with the trilogy of students and coaching-counseling with the five awareness of students in maintaining its existence as a noble industry. The two strategies above illustrate that Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school is not only central and focuses on religious education for students. However, the existence of a pesantren strategy as an Islamic educational institution that has a dual mission (studying profit and social) can make it a noble institution (nouble industry). By placing human capital and social capital as a means of meeting the needs of society and the demands of the times, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School is able to improve itself, so that it is not only capable of becoming a medium for transmitting da'wah, knowledge and expertise, but also as a potential and socio-cultural interaction.

Abstract: There are various kinds of buying and selling problems in the community, such as buying and selling damaged money, of course this transaction violates Article 22 of Law Number 7 of 2011 concerning Currency, which states that a sufficient nominal amount, appropriate denominations, and conditions suitable for circulation are indispensable for meet the demand for Rupiah money in society. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary and secondary data are used as data sources, and interviews, observation, and documentation are used as data collection methods. Tend to reason that contracts in buying and selling and obtaining damaged money at Pasar Kotabumi Lampung cannot be classified as service providers, arguing that during the exchange there is no service contract (ujrah) from one or two sellers who initiate that the exchange is an exchange of cash trading administration aggrieved, where one of the circumstances is how much wages are known by the two actors. This study examines how the interpretation of ukhuwah verses in the Qur'an in fostering unity and brotherhood that has relevance to the culture of Pela Gandong in Maluku as a reactualization of the values of brotherhood in the Medina charter. This research is qualitative research using library research methods and then analyzed descriptively with an anthropological approach. The results of this study show that Pela and Gandong culture is a representative of ukhuwah Islamiyah in essence, namely brotherhood based on Islamic values. Pela reflects brotherhood of humanity (ukhuwah insaniyah) and Gandong reflects brotherhood established by family and national ties (ukhuwah wathaniyah wa an-nasab). The values of brotherhood in pela gandong culture are mutual help, providing a sense of security between others, understanding each other's characteristics

When a husband and wife are separated, either by way of divorce or one of the spouse died, one of the problems that arises is the dispute over the ownership of treasure. Because of these disputes, conflicts, quarrels, hostilities certainly occur, not even rarely to the point of having to be brought to justice. So, in this article will be presented the results of analysis related to the phenomenon and offer alternative solutions that can be used. This study uses a library research method, with a phenomenological qualitative approach. The result of the analysis is that the diversity of understanding of treasure after marriage, culture and customs in each family, makes a variety of understandings of the contract of ownership of treasure between husband and wife in society. The problems that arise are expected to be anticipated by using the contract stratification approach. For families that have no problem in harmony, the contract of ownership of treasure between husband and wife can use the usual contract, gestures, deeds and oral. For families that are considered prone to conflicts of treasure (have many assets, there are family members who are greedy with treasure, have few assets but are prone to conflict) can use a written contract. However, if you want to minimize the risk of problems or problems in the future, then the husband and wife can contract ownership of treasure through a notary or written by themselves with a stamp and signed by two male witnesses (under the hand), in accordance with QS. al-Baqarah verse 282. This is done as a precautionary step (ihktiyati). So that if unwanted things happen, the recording can be used as evidence of legally valid ownership

KOMPARASI KEHUJJAHAN HADITS DHA’IF PERSPEKTIF IMAM ABU HANIFAH DAN IMAM AHMAD BIN HANBAL

This study aims to explain the hadith dha'if by comparing the thoughts of Imam Abu Hanifah and Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal. The type of research used is a literature review through data collection techniques by tracing sources either from articles, books, or other sources relevant to the topic of discussion. After the data is collected, the researchers descriptively analyze and the next step is to conclude. The results showed that on the thought of Imam Abu Hanifah related to the hadith dha'if it is permissible to practice it for something related to the practice or law of sharia and with the provision that the level is not very weak and there are no other postulates that have conflicts with the hadith. Meanwhile, according to Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, it is the same as his thought that Imam Abu Hanifah to allow for the use of hadith dha'if with provisions on discussions related to Practice but not something that discusses the law.

FATWA MUI MELAWAN KORUPSI 法特瓦穆伊报告CORUPSI

It is indisputable that fatwa plays a significant role in the society. This is the case because fatwas played a considerable role in the growth and gradual change of Islamic substantive law. However, eventhough fatwa is an important part of religious authority, how one fatw? is effective in influencing people’s attitudes and behavior is being questioned. This article explains the extent to which Majelis Ulama Indonesia’s (MUI) fatwa could be effective in changing people’s attitude toward corruption. Especially in Indonesia which was known as one of the worst country Corruption Perception Index. This article is based on a qualitative research using content analysis by scrutinizing the the MUI fatwa on bribery, corruptions and present for government officials. The data for this research is taken from the montly magazine of MUI, Mimbar Ulama. This article argues that the MUI fatwa against corruption is not really effective in changing people’s behavior. This can be seen in Indonesian coruption index which was not really changing at least 5 years after the fatwa was enacted.
