Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi dampak langsung dari konten viral yang dibuat oleh buzzer @kuliner_salatiga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kuliner UMKM dan dampak tidak langsung melalui interaksi konsumen. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah model hubungan antara viral konten oleh buzzer terhadap keputusan pembelian dan hasil penelitian ini dapat diaplikasikan di organisasi maupun daerah lainnya. Untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris, 201 responden mengisi kuesioner online dan data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten viral buzzer @kuliner_salatiga berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, peran keterlibatan konsumen secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara konten viral buzzer dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini menawarkan wawasan yang berguna dalam mendorong penggunaan konten buzzer untuk pemasaran bisnis kuliner, dan pentingnya keterlibatan buzzer dengan pengguna sehingga dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.The primary objective of this research is to investigate the direct impact of viral content created by the @kuliner_salatiga Buzzer on the purchasing decisions of culinary MSME products and the indirect impact through consumer interactions. The novelty of this study lies in the model of the relationship between viral content by Buzzer and purchasing decisions, which can be applied in other organizations or regions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan, sistem informasi akuntansi, adopsi IT, dan Green Innovation Performance terhadap Kinerja Keuangan UMKM. Meningkatkan kinerja keuangan UMKM sangatlah penting dikarenakan UMKM memiliki kontribusi yang cukup besar untuk perekonomian Indonesia salah satunya didaerah Pemalang. Peningkatan informasi keuangan dan teknologi keuangan sangat dibutuhkan oleh UMKM. Literasi keuangan, sistem informasi akuntansi, adopsi IT serta Green Innovation Performance (GIP) diprediksi menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan Kinerja Keuangan UMKM. Dengan pemahaman literasi keuangan yang baik, pelaku UMKM diharapkan dapat membuat keputusan keuangan yang tepat sehingga meningkatkan kinerja keuangan UMKM. Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang baik menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang bermanfaat. Pengadopsian IT berguna meningkatkan transformasi bisnis dan efisiensi sehingga dapat memperluas jaringan pemasaran UMKM. Serta, Green Innovation Performance yang baik berdampak kepada meningkatnya CSR dengan tujuan mengurangi dampak lingkungan yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 400 UMKM yang terdapat didaerah Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer hasil dari kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.This research aims to examine the impact of financial literacy, accounting information systems, IT adoption, and Green Innovation Performance on the financial performance of MSMEs. Improving MSME financial performance is crucial because MSMEs contribute significantly to the Indonesian economy, especially in the Pemalang region. MSMEs require enhanced financial information and financial technology. Financial literacy, accounting information systems, IT adoption, and Green Innovation Performance (GIP) are predicted to influence the improvement of MSME financial performance. With a good understanding of financial literacy, MSME operators are expected to make sound financial decisions, thereby improving MSME financial performance. A robust accounting information system yields useful financial reports. The adoption of IT enhances business transformation and efficiency, potentially expanding the marketing network of MSMEs. Additionally, strong Green Innovation Performance positively impacts CSR initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact caused by MSMEs. The respondents in this study include 400 MSMEs in the Pemalang region. The research employs a purposive sampling method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh keterampilan menjual, perilaku penjualan adaptif dan orientasi pelanggan terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan. Kinerja tenaga penjualan yang baik dapat menguntungkan perusahaan. Hal itu dikarenakan apabila tenaga penjual dapat mencapai target penjualan yang tinggi maka keuntungan yang didapat akan tinggi juga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi yang terdiri dari staff tenaga penjualan pada perusahaan asuransi jiwa di Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner google form dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25, analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, kemampuan menjual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan, perilaku penjualan adaptif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan dan orientasi pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga penjualan.This study was conducted to empirically examine the influence of selling skills, adaptive selling behavior, and customer orientation on sales force performance. Good sales force performance can benefit the company because if sales personnel can achieve high sales targets, the profits obtained will also be high. The research method used was quantitative research, with the population consisting of sales staff at life insurance companies in the city of Semarang. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through saturation sampling techniques. Data collection in this study was conducted through a Google Forms questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25, with data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study indicate that selling skills have a positive and significant influence on sales force performance, adaptive selling behavior has a positive and significant influence on sales force performance, and customer orientation has a positive and significant influence on sales force performance.

Penelitian ini merupakan studi mengenai strategi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kemudahan layanan perizinan melalui sistem OSS RBA di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan arisp/dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat faktor penghambat dalam penerapan sistem OSS RBA yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal berupa kendala pada sistem, integrasi sistem dengan berbagai kementerian belum terlaksana dengan baik, adanya regulasi yang tumpang tindih, adanya jenis izin yang belum diakomodir, terbatasnya room upload persyaratan serta terbatasnya jumlah petugas layanan. Faktor eksternal berupa ketidakmampuan pelaku usaha mengakses OSS RBA. Strategi yang di gunakan dalam meningkatkan kemudahan layanan perizinan berusaha di Jawa Tengah melalui strategi teknologi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui kanal zoom, email serta kontak langsung dengan Kementerian Investasi. Strategi inovasi berupa inovasi digitalisasi layanan perizinan melalui SIAP Jateng dan Lakon-e Pandu. Strategi operasi melalui melalui Gerai Provinsi, klinik investasi dan kegiatan pendidikan serta pelatihan bagi petugas layanan perizinan.This research is a study on the strategies employed to improve the ease of licensing services through the OSS RBA system in Central Java Province, using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. External factors involve the inability of business actors to access the OSS RBA. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya sebuah permasalahan yang sedang dialami oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dimana permasalahan yang terjadi adalah karena kurang tersedianya bandwidth di lokasi-lokasi terpencil dan juga jaringan LAN peralatan pendukung Insfratruktur OPD Prov. Jateng masih belum semua sesuai dengan standar. Selain itu juga masih banyak OPD yang masih menyewa Bandwidth. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 158 responden. Dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan memberikan kuota pada masing-masing divisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis path analysis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas.This research is motivated by a problem experienced by the Department of Communication and Informatics of Central Java Province. The problem arises due to the limited availability of bandwidth in remote locations and also the LAN network of supporting infrastructure for Provincial OPDs (Regional Apparatus Organizations) in Central Java which still do not meet all the standards. Additionally, many OPDs still rent bandwidth. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on productivity through work motivation as an intervening variable. The research sample consisted of 158 respondents. The simple random sampling method was used, with quotas given to each division. This research utilized path analysis as the analytical tool. The results of the research indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on productivity.

Additionally, many OPDs still rent bandwidth. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on productivity through work motivation as an intervening variable. The research sample consisted of 158 respondents. The simple random sampling method was used, with quotas given to each division. This research utilized path analysis as the analytical tool. The results of the research indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Promosi oleh influencer dapat menarik minat orang-orang yang belum mengetahui bisnis tersebut dan ingin mengetahui lebih lanjut tentang produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan namun besarnya pengaruh influencer belum dieksplorasi secara mendalam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh influencer kuliner petualangmakanan_A2 dalam pemasaran usaha kuliner melalui media sosial instagram. Implikasi manajerial penelitian menggambarkan potensi pemasaran usaha kuliner melalui media sosial Instagram dengan memanfaatkan pengaruh dan strategi yang diperoleh dari influencer kuliner PetualangMakanan_A2. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Jumlah informan 4 orang (3 pemilik usaha dan 1 pemilik akun petualangmakanan_a2). Hasil menunjukkan strategi influencer kuliner melalui akun Instagram Petualangmakanan_a2 berpengaruh besar terhadap penjualan usaha kuliner dengan menerapkan marketing mix baik dan pendekatan konvensional dan digital, meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan penjualan dalam industri kuliner. Pengukuran kinerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bagi sebuah rumah sakit dengan didasarkan pada standar nasional pelayanan yang sudah ditentukan oleh pemerintah yaitu menilai kinerja dari aspek keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa, menguji dan mengukur kinerja RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal dengan menggunakan 4 perspektif dalam Balance Scorecard. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dan pasien/keluarga pasien RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal pada tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Tekjnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dari perspektif pelanggan, retensi pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal masuk dalam kategori baik. Sementara dari proses bisnis internal, perlu adanya perbaikan proses bisnis internal di RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal terutama dari sisi BOR, ALOS, NDR dan GDR. Sedangkan dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, retensi karyawan, tingkat pelatihan, kepuasan dan motivasi karyawan RSU Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal ada pada kategori baik.Performance measurement is a very important factor for a hospital-based on national service standards that have been determined by the government, namely assessing performance from a financial aspect. The purpose of this study was to analyze, test and measure the performance of Muhammadiyah Darul Istiqomah Kendal General Hospital by using 4 perspectives in the Balanced Scorecard. Penelitian ini didasari pentingnya penerapan good governance dalam menghasilkan kualitas tata kelola yang baik. Salah satunya pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah secara elektronik (e-procurement) di Biro Administrasi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian penerapan good governance pada pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa secara elektronik (e-procurement) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah tergolong transparan, akuntabilitas, bersaing, terbuka, efektif dan efisien. Selain itu terdapat faktor yang bisa menghambat pelaksanaan pengadaan antara lain adanya gangguan server / maintanance sistem, padatnya intensitas penggunaan sistem dan indikasi peretasan, kurangnya komputer, terbatasnya anggaran dan potensi intervensi dari pihak lain. Penelitian ini tidak terlepas adanya kesalahan dan kekurangan, dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu informan dalam wawancara dan keterbatasan tempat penelitian guna pengambilan sampel.This research is based on the importance of implementing good governance in producing quality governance. One of them is the implementation of electronic procurement of government goods/services (e-procurement) at the Regional Secretariat of Central Java Province's Goods/Services Procurement Administration Bureau. The qualitative research method used to produce phenomenology uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results on the implementation of good governance in the electronic procurement of goods/services (e-procurement) within the Central Java Provincial Government are classified as transparent, accountable, competitive, open, effective and efficient. Apart from that, some factors can hinder the implementation of procurement, including server/system maintenance problems, heavy system usage intensity and indications of hacking, lack of computers, limited budget and potential intervention from other parties. This research is not free from errors and shortcomings, due to limited time for informants in interviews and limited research space for sampling

Firm Size memiliki dampak yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan Firm Value pada perusahaan manufaktur. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaharuan dari variabel Firm Size sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan Firm Value melalui Research and Development dan Intangible Asset yang dimediasi oleh Firm Size. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi semua perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data populasi penelitian sebanyak 165 perusahaan dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Research and Development berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Firm Size, (2) Intangible Asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap Firm Size. This research introduces novelty by incorporating Firm Size as a moderating variable. The objective of this study is to examine the enhancement of Firm Value through Research and Development (R&D) and Intangible Assets mediated by Firm Size. The research design is causal associative. The study population includes all manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022. The purposive sampling technique is employed to select a sample of 10 companies from a total population of 165. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square. The research findings reveal that: (1) Research and Development have a positive and significant influence on Firm Size, (2) Intangible Asset has no significant impact on Firm Size. (3) Research and Development do not affect Firm Value, (4) Intangible Asset has a positive and significant impact on Firm Value, (5) Firm Size has a positive and significant impact on Firm Value, (6) Firm Size mediates the influence of Research and Development on Firm Value, (7) Firm Size does not mediate the influence of Intangible Asset on Firm Value.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan abnormal return saham yang terjadi pada peristiwa siklus bulan pada saham-saham IDX 30 dengan day effect sebagai moderating variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan model event study dan sampel Indeks Saham IDX 30. Data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan periode hari perdagangan dari tahun 2018 - 2023. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model studi peristiwa, statistik deskriptif SPSS dan Uji Kruskal Walis. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam indeks IDX 30 periode tahun 2018 - 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS Versi 25 dengan menggunakan uji Kruskal Walis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa abnormal return saham signifikan naik pada siklus bulan saat bulan baru dan dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh hari hari Senin dan Jum’at. Namun pada siklus bulan saat bulan purnama tidak terjadi perbedaan dibandingkan hari perdagangan biasa maupun hari Senin dan Jum’at.The purpose of this study is to determine the difference in stock abnormal returns that occur in the events of the lunar cycle on IDX 30 stocks with the day effect as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative research design with the event study model and the IDX 30 Stock Index sample. Secondary data is collected with trading day periods from 2018 - 2023. The analysis is carried out using the event study model, SPSS descriptive statistics and the Kruskal Walis Test. The population used in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the IDX 30 index for the period 2018 - 2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is SPSS Version 25 using the Kruskal Walis test. The results of this study indicate that abnormal stock returns significantly increase during the new moon and are significantly influenced by Mondays and Fridays. But in the lunar cycle during the full moon, there is no difference compared to ordinary trading days, Mondays, and Fridays.
