Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress. Selain itu untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress melalui nilai perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 perusahaan dari populasi sebanyak 45 perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI 2019-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan eviews versi 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. (4) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. (5) Nilai perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. (6) Nilai Perusahaan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan profitabilitas terhadap financial distress. (7) Nilai perusahaan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress.This study aims to determine the direct effect of profitability and company size on financial distress, in addition to knowing the indirect effect of profitability and company size on financial distress through firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk jasa. Jasa wedding organizer merupakan produk jasa yang melibatkan personalisasi dari pelayanannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel independent dan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna jasa Zarina Wedding Organizer dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel 96 responden, dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian persepsi harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, yang artinya konsumen akan membandingkan harga jasa dengan jasa wedding organizer lain. Konsumen merasa puas ketika harga sesuai dengan ekspektasi pelayanan jasa yang diinginkan. Promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Semakin sesuai promosi dengan ekspektasi konsumen maka konsumen akan semakin puas. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen artinya kualitas pelayanan jasa mempunyai segala sesuatu upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen serta ketepatan penyampaiannya dalam mengimbangi harapan konsumen.This study aims to analyze the effect of price, promotion, and service quality on consumer satisfaction with service products. Wedding organizer services are service products that involve personalization of their services. This study uses price, promotion, and service quality as the independent variables and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population of this research is consumers who use the services of Zarina Wedding Organizer with a total population and sample of 96 respondents, using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the research on price perceptions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, which means that consumers will compare service prices with other wedding organizer services. Consumers are satisfied when the price matches the expectations of the desired service. Promotion has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The more appropriate the promotion with consumer expectations, the more satisfied consumers will be. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, meaning that the quality of service has everything in an effort to fulfill the needs and desires of consumers and the accuracy of delivery in balancing consumer expectations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi komitmen afektif. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM PLS dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 3.3.7. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kemudian kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, serta komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya pada uji pengaruh tidak langsung, komitmen afektif terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.This study aims to examine the effect of competence, training and compensation on employee performance mediated by affective commitment. The number of respondents involved in this study were 100 respondents. All respondents are employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Demak Regency. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data were then analyzed using the SEM PLS analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.3.7. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that competence, training and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then competence, training and compensation had a positive and significant effect on affective commitment, and affective commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, in the indirect effect test, affective commitment is proven to be able to mediate the indirect effect of competency, training and compensation on employee performance.

Penilaian saham merupakan suatu hal penting yang perlu dilakukan bagi investor dalam melakukan kegiatan investasinya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meminimalisir risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan yang merupakan syarat dan karakteristik saham hight risk – hight return. Investor dapat melakukan penilaian saham secara fundamental yaitu dengan memperhatikan kondisi kinerja keuangan sebagai dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui harga wajar suatu saham pada perusahaan subsektor perbankan pada periode 2021. Penilaian saham dilakukan berdasarkan dua pendekatan yaitu Dividen Discount Model dan Price Earning Ratio, dari 47 perusahaan subsekektor yang terdaftar sebanyak 12 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria dan dipilih sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 12 perusahaan terpilih, terdapat 10 perusahaan yang berada dalam kondisi undervalued dan 2 perusahaan yang berada dalam kondisi overvalued. Dalam kondis undervalued invetor dapat mengambil keputusan dengan membeli saham tersebut, sedangkan pada perusahaan yang berada pada overvalued invetor dapat menjual saham.Stock valuation is an important thing that needs to be done for investors in carrying out their investment activities. This is with the aim of minimizing risk and maximizing profits which are the terms and characteristics of hight risk – hight return. Investors can make stock valuation fundamentally by taking into account the condition of financial performance as a basis for decision making. This research was conducted to determine the fair price of shares in banking sub-sector companies in the 2021 period. Stock valuation was carried out based on two approaches, namely the dividend discounted model and the price earning ratio, of the 47 registered sub-sector companies, 12 companies met the criteria and were selected as samples. The results showed that of the 12 companies selected, there were 10 companies that were undervalued and 2 companies that were overvalued. In undervalued conditions, investors can make decisions by buying these shares, whereas in overvalued companies, investors can sell their shares.

Shopee is the biggest E-Commerce platform in Indonesia. Based on SimilarWeb data, Shopee's visit rate during August 2021 recorded 26.92 million Daily Actives Users (DAU) accessing it via Android mobile devices. At the end of 2021, Shopee's active users reached 130 million people. This research focuses on Shopee's success factors and their impact on improving customer service. The primary research of this study is Information Systems Success Model developed by Delone Mclean. This study adds two constructs from the UTAUT (United Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) research model. This study uses primary data, primary data obtained directly from 450 samples. Statistical tests in this study use Simultaneous Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS application for running tests. Overall, this study can analyze the factors that can influence the successful use of the Shopee application. Successful use consists of 3 dimensions/variables (satisfaction, use, and net benefits); these three variables have an R-Square between 54% -64%.Aplikasi Shopee sebagai salah satu pengembang platform E-Commerce merupakan salah satu developer terbesar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data SimilarWeb, tingkat kunjungan Shopee selama Agustus 2021 mencatatkan sejumlah 26,92 juta pengguna aplikasi aktif harian (unique daily actives users/DAU) yang mengakses melalui perangkat mobile Android. Pada akhir kuartal 2021 pengguna aktif Shopee mencapai 130 juta orang. Fokus penelitian ini ialah pada faktor keberhasilan aplikasi shopee dan dampaknya pada peningkatan layanan konsumen. Model penelitian yang menjadi dasar penelitian adalah Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi yang dikembangkan oleh Delone Mclean, peneliti menambahkan 2 konstruk dari model penelitian UTAUT (Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology). Peneltiian ini menggunakan data primer. Data primer berupa data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari pengguna shopee sebanyak 450 sampling. Pengujian statistik dalam penelitian ini berupa simultaneous equation model (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Secara keseluruhan model penelitian dapat menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi keberhasilan penggunaan aplikasi Shopee. Keberhasilan penggunaan terdiri dari 3 dimensi/variabel (kepuasan, penggunaan dan net benefit), tiga variabel tersebut memiliki R-Square antara 54%-64%.

Overall, this study can analyze the factors that can influence the successful use of the Shopee application. Successful use consists of 3 dimensions/variables (satisfaction, use, and net benefits); these three variables have an R-Square between 54% -64%.Aplikasi Shopee sebagai salah satu pengembang platform E-Commerce merupakan salah satu developer terbesar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data SimilarWeb, tingkat kunjungan Shopee selama Agustus 2021 mencatatkan sejumlah 26,92 juta pengguna aplikasi aktif harian (unique daily actives users/DAU) yang mengakses melalui perangkat mobile Android. Pada akhir kuartal 2021 pengguna aktif Shopee mencapai 130 juta orang. Fokus penelitian ini ialah pada faktor keberhasilan aplikasi shopee dan dampaknya pada peningkatan layanan konsumen. Model penelitian yang menjadi dasar penelitian adalah Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi yang dikembangkan oleh Delone Mclean, peneliti menambahkan 2 konstruk dari model penelitian UTAUT (Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology). Peneltiian ini menggunakan data primer. Data primer berupa data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari pengguna shopee sebanyak 450 sampling. Pengujian statistik dalam penelitian ini berupa simultaneous equation model (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Secara keseluruhan model penelitian dapat menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi keberhasilan penggunaan aplikasi Shopee. Masalah ketimpangan pendapatan masih menjadi masalah utama yang di hadapi oleh negara maju dan negara berkembang khususnya Indonesia. Ketimpangan pendapatan memunculkan berbagai dampak masalah. Terbatasnya akses layanan keuangan, literasi keuangan yang rendah bisa meningkatkan ketimpangan pendapatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan serta menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung antara inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan dengan kredit UMKM sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan 34 provinsi di Indonesia pada tahun 2016 dan 2019 sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kredit UMKM. Variabel inklusi keuangan dan kredit UMKM berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan sedangkan literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. Untuk pengujian hubungan tidak langsung, inklusi keuangan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan melalui kredit UMKM sebagai variabel intervening sedangkan literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan melalui kredit UMKM.The problem of income inequality is still a significant problem faced by developed and developing countries, especially Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh karakteristik individu, beban kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Jenis data yang digunakan ialah data primer dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang sebanyak 128 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan pendekatan WarpPLS. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode resampling Bootstrap yang dikembangkan oleh Geisser & Stone, sedangkan statistik ujinya ialah statistic t atau uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berhasil menjadi mediasi antara karakteristik individu, beban kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang.This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of individual characteristics, workload, and work stress on the performance of Semarang High Court employees. This research is included in the quantitative research with the explanatory research type. The type of data used is primary data from questionnaires distributed to all 128 employees of the Semarang High Court. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the WarpPLS approach. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Bootstrap resampling method developed by Geisser & Stone, while the test statistic was the t statistic or t-test. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction mediates between individual characteristics, workload, and work stress on the performance of Semarang High Court employees.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh Islamic Work Ethics, Spiritual Leadership dan Perceived Organizational Supportterhadap OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior dengan Komitmen Afektif sebagai variabel intervening padapegawai di Pengadilan Tinggi Jawa Tengah. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Jawa Tengah dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 98 responden. Alat analisisnya adalah Partial Least Square. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah adanya perubahan dalam restrukturisasi organisasi yaitu pemisahan struktur kesekretariatan dan kepaniteraan pengadilan yang berdampak pada disharmonis hubungan Ketua dan Sekretaris, yang mempengaruhi rendahnya perilaku pegawai untuk mau bekerja secara ekstra role dalam menjalankan tugasnya, seperti saling bantu membantu dan bekerja sama dengan sesama pegawai. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah penambahan variabel komitmen afektif sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara Islamic Work Ethics, Spiritual Leadership dan Perceived Organizational Support dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan job burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kualitas kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Munir, Wisnu, Heru dan Rekan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 111 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara online dengan menggunakan Skala Likert rentang 10 (1 s/d 10) dan analisis data menggunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modelling, yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. hasil terhadap analisis data diperoleh bahwa kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja, kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan kompetensi dan job burnout yang dimediasi oleh kualitas kerja memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study is a quantitative study with the aim of analyzing the effect of competence and work fatigue on employee performance with work quality as an intervening variable at the Public Appraisal Service Office of Munir, Wisnu, Heru and Partners with a total of 111 respondents. Collecting data through questionnaires distributed online using a Likert Scale ranging from 10 (1 to 10) and data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS analysis tools version 3.2.9. The results of data analysis show that competence and job burnout partially have a positive and significant effect on work quality, competence and job burnout partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while competence and job burnout mediated by work quality have a positive and significant effect on performance employee.

Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara online dengan menggunakan Skala Likert rentang 10 (1 s/d 10) dan analisis data menggunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modelling, yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. hasil terhadap analisis data diperoleh bahwa kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja, kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan kompetensi dan job burnout yang dimediasi oleh kualitas kerja memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study is a quantitative study with the aim of analyzing the effect of competence and work fatigue on employee performance with work quality as an intervening variable at the Public Appraisal Service Office of Munir, Wisnu, Heru and Partners with a total of 111 respondents. Collecting data through questionnaires distributed online using a Likert Scale ranging from 10 (1 to 10) and data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS analysis tools version 3.2.9. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Triple Bottom Line CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi pada hubungan antara Triple Bottom Line CSR dan nilai perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sifat penelitian menggunakan deskriptif explanatory research. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 41 perusahaan sector pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian antara tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2020. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa Triple Bottom Line CSR tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Setelah dimoderasi dengan profitabilitas, Triple Bottom Line CSR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian kali ini adalah profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderating secara signifikan berpengaruh memperkuat hubungan antara CSR sosial dan nilai perusahaan.This study aims to determine effect of Triple Bottom Line CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on firm value. This study also investigated the role of profitability as a moderating variabel on the relationship between Triple Bottom Line CSR and firm value. The type of research used is quantitative research. The study uses descriptived explanatory research. Sample selection using a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used is 41 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period of the research was between 2015 and 2020. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the Triple Bottom Line CSR have no affected the firm value. After being moderated by profitability, Triple Bottom Line CSR has no significant effect on firm value. This study concludes that profitability as a moderating variabel significantly strengthens the relationship between social CSR and firm value.
