: Reliability is the key to minimize SAIDI and SAIFI. The remote power station generated electrical energy, and distributed to customers trought the transmision and distribution system. So many disturbance in the distribution electrical energy process. PT. PLN ULP Kuta was noted 107 animal disturbances in 2018. Ground fault disturbance interrupted the GFR and the impact is distribution systems black out. Tekep Isolator is the trade mark of cover insulator for subdistribution station protection agains animal disturbance, that are made in PT. Adi Putra. This study is quantitative research. This study was to determine the ground fault current, after the substation insulator cover installation and to minimize the ground fault relay (GFR) interuption. The findings of this study are (1) The value of one phase ground fault by to squirrels after the installation of the insulator cover, type YS-FCO-AP on the fuse cut out while dry and wet squirrel body conditions, namely: 46.14206371 micro amperes and 46.14208458 micro amperes. The value of one phase ground fault by to squirrels after the installation insulator cover type: YS-BUS-ARR-AP on the transformer bushing and arrester while squirrels are dry and wet is: 16.83937183 micro amperes and 16.83937461 micro amperes; (2) When one phase ground fault at fuse cut out, transformer bushing and arrester by squirrels did not cause the distribution black out, because the one phase ground fault current did not over than GFR setting, that is 30 amperes.

Integrasi WLAN Controllers Device dan Google Maps API berbasis website menggunakan teknik Cron Job ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metodologi Rational Unified Process (RUP) sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. WLAN Controllers Device Abstract: Monitoring of a network is important to support services to customers. This includes internet access services through WLAN technology owned by PT. Telkom namely Indonesia Wifi. PT. Telkom Akses is a subsidiary of PT. Telkom which provides and maintain good quality of Indonesia Wifi services. Assurance Division is one of the business units at PT. Telkom Akses, which has the task of carrying out the maintenance service process. Therefore, this division is required to always monitor the service so that repairs can be done quickly when errors are found. But there are still obstacles in carrying out these tasks, this is due to the results of monitoring the current monitoring system which is still obtained by downloading manually from the WLAN Controllers Device so that it takes a long time to repair the network. The integration of WLAN Controllers Device and the website-based Google Maps API using the Cron Job technique was built using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology as a system development method. WLAN Controllers Device is a data monitoring center and Google Maps API as a display of monitoring network data through a website which will then be integrated with the Cron Job technique to connect the two systems. The result of this monitoring system can facilitate the flow of data monitoring WLAN devices quickly and eliminate ineffective workflows to approximately 30%, while the speed of conducting maintenance services to access point locations with down status increases by 40% after using this system. It is hoped that the integration of this system will be able to assist the maintenance process of Indonesia Wifi services by speeding up data processing of WLAN device conditions.

: This research carried out analysis and development of consignment management applications for the sale of goods. Application development is intended to resolve issues related to managing the availability of goods at outlets, goods distribution, computerizing reports on sales of goods, and handling the movement of goods between outlets. The application is built based on mobile devices for outlet employees and web-based for central employees. The web-based application has 48 functions consisting of 34 screens, nine processes, and five reports. In comparison, mobile-based applications have 16 functions consisting of 11 screens and five processes. The results obtained from this study are applications that are built to help outlet employees doing Stock Opname and reduce the effort in knowing the availability of goods and making sales reports. In addition, this application also helps central employees to monitor sales reports online and real time and also improve decision making in the allocation and distribution of the number of goods at each outlet. This application's development is expected to reduce the risk of loss of potential sales due to the misdistribution of goods resulting in the vacancy of products at certain outlets.

program format Abstract: The contour map of land with large scale is very difficult to obtain, because the contour map in a particular area has not yet been created or owned, while planning must still proceed without having to wait for all the requirements to be met as there are some restrictions including time, cost, weather and terrestrial measurement equipment. In regional planning of Manggis village in Karangasem Regency, Bali, the contour map of the land based on a combination of Global Positioning System (GPS) data and Aster satellite imagery data can be used to make drainage planning, roads and tourism accommodation based on the environment. The process of digitizing satellite imagery uses Arc View GIS 3.3 software, namely a geographic information system program which is a special information system that manages data that has spatial information, so that the program can convert satellite imagery data into ground contour maps. Certain objects such as roads, houses, rice fields, gardens and others that were previously in raster format in a satellite image are converted becomes digital format, including: horizontal datum used, the suitability of element names according to the objects / elements being plotted, withdrawal lines in accordance with the appearance of the image. The land contour map produced in autocad program file will facilitate planners to create a master plan for the layout of natural tourism area in Manggis Village-Karangasem.

: Indonesia continues to make improvements and efforts to improve the quality of education including the quality of services in university. In a college, a lecturer has an important role in the progress and development of the college and subsequently affects the quality of education in Indonesia. Teacher assessment by students and assessors or superiors is an effort to improve lecturers’ performance. There are references made by lecturers in Indonesia issued by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. This research focuses on studying the features of membership functions in inference process of mamdani fuzzy, to accelerate and improve the accuracy of lecturers’ assessment by using scientific procedures and avoiding errors made by manual assessment. In this study, a systematic experiment was implemented based on the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox from MATLAB. The result of the study found a positive thing in the use of this method where the context of the assessment of lecturers required only a few input variables, but had a high level of accuracy of the assessment.

Hal tersebut mengakibatkan adanya sifat konstruktif maupun destruktif pada sinyal di sisi penerima. Contoh sifat destruktif yang sering terjadi yakni fading dan delay . Sistem penerima correlation receiver diimplementasikan guna mengatasi masalah yang timbul akibat efek dari multipath fading . Untuk memperoleh sinyal dengan nilai error minimum, maka diperlukan analisis terkait proses transmisi pada masing-masing komponen multipath . Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa unjuk kerja dari Kode PN ( Pseudo Noise ) pada kanal frequency selective fading yang lebih baik adalah variasi komponen multipath = 3 dibandingkan dengan variasi komponen multipath = 6 dan yang paling buruk adalah variasi komponen multipath = 7. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan melihat nilai Bit Error Rate (BER) saat Energy Per Bit To Noise Power Spectral Density Ratio (Eb/No) = 10 dengan komponen multipath = 3 memiliki nilai BER Abstract: Barriers to the Line of Sight ( LOS ) can cause diffraction, reflection and scattering of information signals which will reduce the quality of information received on the receiving side. This results in a constructive and destructive nature of the signal at the receiving end. Examples of destructive properties that often occur are fading and delay. The receiver correlation system is implemented to overcome the problems that arise due to the effects of multipath fading. To obtain a signal with a minimum error value, an analysis is needed related to the transmission process for each multipath component. The analysis results show that the performance of the PN code (Pseudo Noise) on the frequency selective fading channel is best when the multipath component variation = 3 compared to multipath component variation = 6, and the worst is multipath component variation = 7. This is proved by the value of BER when Eb/No = 10 with multipath component = 3 has BER value of 0.00368, while multipath component = 6 and multipath component = 7 have BER values of 0.00386 and 0.00507 respectively. Based on these results it can be concluded that the number of multipath components have an effect on the quality of the received signal.

: The application of Risk Management in decision analysis and control systems can improve operational performance and competitive value of the organization. The increasing complexity of the work, the complexity of risk, the sources of risk are interrelated with one another, and the development of risk identification techniques and information technology is the background of many organizations for implementing risk management. In this research, the analysis and development of prototypes of risk management applications were carried out. The purpose of this study is to design and create prototype risk management that can be used as a worksheet by the Risk Owner and Risk Officer in identifying, analyzing, and making plans for handling potential risks in the department. The research was conducted in seven stages, namely the study of literature, study of documents and current business processes, interviews and Focus Group Discussions with stakeholders, the design of risk management system requirements, the development of application prototypes, Focus Group Discussions for testing the results of development with stakeholders, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study are the design of risk management system requirements in the form of attributes, impact criteria, likelihood criteria, the value of the current effectiveness of the control, the effectiveness score of the current control, and the level and risk treatment. The prototype of the risk management application has been completed and evaluated. In this research, the analysis and development of prototypes of risk management applications were carried out. The purpose of this study is to design and create prototype risk management that can be used as a worksheet by the Risk Owner and Risk Officer in identifying, analyzing, and making plans for handling potential risks in the department. The research was conducted in seven stages, namely the study of literature, study of documents and current business processes, interviews and Focus Group Discussions with stakeholders, the design of risk management system requirements, the development of application prototypes, Focus Group Discussions for testing the results of development with stakeholders, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study are the design of risk management system requirements in the form of attributes, impact criteria, likelihood criteria, the value of the current effectiveness of the control, the effectiveness score of the current control, and the level and risk treatment. : The purpose of this study was determine the effect of changes in the number of multipath components on the performance of the Walsh code on multipath fading channels through simulations using Matlab software where the simulation results are viewed from values and graphics Bit Error Rate ( BER ) versus Energy Bit per Noise (Eb / No). From the simulation it will be seen a comparison of the performance of the communication system of the Walsh code performance on the multipath fading channel generated by varying the number of multipath components by the number 2, 4, 6 and 8. This system is compared by first simulating using a flat fading channel in ideal conditions. The results of the simulation show that the performance of the Walsh code performance communication system on multipath fading channels has increased BER value when the number of multipath components is added. This is due to the greater number of multipath components to be used, so the greater number of reflected signals will interfere with the desired signal at the receiver.

: The Internet has a positive impact and important role in everyday life, not only for the community but also for the world of SMEs and Koperasi. Koperasi require innovation and mastery of information technology if they want to survive and compete in today's digital era, one of them by implementing internet banking application. The purpose of this research is to develop Web-Based Internet Banking Application Banking for koperasi simpan pinjam that can be accessed through the Internet network with the cost of IT infrastructure more affordable. This application utilizes the web hosting services available to replicate the cooperative database. The method used is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through waterfall approach, which includes: (1) system engineering, (2) analysis, (3) design, (4) coding, (5) testing, and (6) maintenance. Existing facilities in Internet Banking application for koperasi simpan pinjam include loan mutation reports, voluntary savings mutation, principal savings, time deposit, and loan simulation with various types of loan interest. Based on the testing of applications conducted with Black Box Testing Method, all functional applications have been running well and is now successfully implemented and operated.

: In 2017, PSL (Public Street Lighting) in Indonesia has reached 225,249 units, That are still dominantly using old technology lighting and inefficient so it consume very large electricity energy, which are 3,503.47 GWh/year. Therefore, effort of electricity saving in the PSL sector is needed urgently. In order to support this effort, in this study a technical and economic analysis are carried out to evaluate the feasibility of the PSL retrofit project on Jalan Raya Gatot Subroto Denpasar which replace 250 W Mercury Lights into 93 W LED Lights. At the end of the study, it is found that, this retrofit project is technically feasible because it is able to produce 13 Lux average illumination (greater than SNI requirement 11 Lux) and 157.65 MWh/year of electrical energy savings and economically feasible because it meet the investment feasibility technique criterias of Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI) and Discounted Payback Period (DPP).
