Divorce in KUA Kraksaan District is relatively high. Responding to this problem, KUA Kraksaan District carried out Marriage Guidance (Bimwin) activities. These activities are expected to prevent divorce. This study aims to describe the urgency of Marriage Guidance (Bimwin) in preventing divorce in KUA Kraksaan District. This study uses qualitative methods that describe the urgency of Marriage Guidance as an effort to prevent divorce. This research is a type of field research that focuses on cases in KUA Kraksaan District. Primary data sources were obtained through observations and interviews with couples of guidance actors and related parties in KUA Kraksaan District. This research is also supported by secondary sources from various related documents. The results showed that Marriage Guidance (Bimwin) has a positive influence on divorce prevention. Marital guidance helps couples to understand each other, solve problems in a more effective way, and helps establish better communication.

Early marriage is one of the family law problems in KUA Krejengan District that has received attention from various parties. Early marriage in KUA Krejengan District is considered relatively high. Responding to this problem, KUA Krejengan District carried out premarital education activities. This study aims to describe the role of premarital education implemented by KUA Kecamatan Krejengan in order to prevent early marriage. This research uses qualitative research methods with the type of field research that occurs in KUA Krejengan District. The primary data source was obtained from the KUA Krejengan District through interviews with the head of the KUA Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency and related parties. This research is also supported by secondary sources in the form of previous research results, other written works related to the research topic. The results of this study confirm that pre-marital education in KUA Krejengan District for prospective brides is very important to be carried out. Premarital education provides awareness to adolescents about the importance of responsibilities, as well as the rights and obligations of each couple.

In West Nias Sirombu marriage custom, there is a tradition of giving pigs from Muslim families (converts) who are married to non-Muslim families (Christians) because of the traditional marriage tradition, when a family gets married it will give pigs to other family relatives. This is not in line with Islamic principles which forbid pork itself. The purpose of this research is to see how Muhammadiyah and NU leaders in Sirombu West Nias view the giving of pigs in the West Nias marriage custom. This research is field research, namely conducting interviews with Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama figures, Sirombu Nias Barat District, and supported by literature sources. The results of this study indicate that Muhammadiyah Sirombu West Nias figures regarding giving pigs from Muslim families who marry to non-Muslim families are not justified in Islam and are unlawful. Meanwhile, the figure of Nahdlatul Ulama Sirombu, West Nias, believes that Muslim families (converts) who still carry out these customs still get relief (rukhsah) due to an understanding that is still common.

Every Muslim can experience difficult and emergency conditions in various places. This condition impacts the application of Islamic law, which allows it to be inconsistent with the rules in general. The jurists agree that an emergency can be one of the bases and arguments for implementing Islamic law. However, the jurists also have different views regarding the terminological limitations of this condition. This research specifically describes the terminology of darurah according to the fuqaha of the four madhabs and the arguments for its legal basis in Islamic law. This type of research is qualitative library research that focuses on the views of the jurists regarding the terminology of darurah and the arguments for its legal basis in Islamic law in various literature by the jurists. This study found that the terminology of darurah from the perspective of classical jurists is comprehensive, not limited to the urgent need for food, but includes other forced and emergency conditions. That can also be seen in the different readings of the jurists on the problems of the branches of fiqh, when in an emergency which has the same goal, namely to protect al-kulliyat al-khamsah such as protecting the soul (nafs) and others. The argument for applying Islamic law is based on the sources of Islamic law, namely the Qur'an, hadith, ijma', and 'aqli, namely as a form of maslahah mursalah as the principles of usul and fiqh.

The realization of a lasting marriage is the dream of every human being and not a few of them consider that love is the only key to realizing the dream marriage. In this study, researchers took the perspective of a da'i figure named Syafiq bin Riza bin Hasan bin Abdul Qadir bin Salim bin Zen Basalamah who is one of the S1, S2, and S3 graduate students from the Islamic University of Madinah faculty of da'wah and usuluddin and has plunged into the world of da'wah more or less since 2014 until now starting from Java to outside Java. The purpose of this study is to provide information on the steps for marriage to be realized and last a long time perspective of Syafiq Riza Basalamah. This research method uses a type of qualitative approach through literature studies, where the source of data obtained is from books and several scientific works. The result of this study is that among the elements other than love to maintain marriage, Syafiq Riza Basalamah's perspective is prioritizing good religion and noble morals in choosing a partner when getting married, associating with the family because of Allah, namely with Islam, faith, and ihsan, trying to see the strengths of his partner, and the existence of tolerance and mutual understanding.

Interfaith marriage is a phenomenon that has become a polemic in Indonesia to date. The implementation of interfaith marriages in Indonesia has become a discourse in various juridical, religious and human rights perspectives. This study aims to describe the practice of interfaith marriage in Indonesia from various juridical, religious and human rights perspectives. This research is a type of qualitative research that describes juridical views, religions and human rights towards the practice of interfaith marriage in Indonesia. This research is also a type of library research with the primary data source being juridical documents dealing with interfaith marriages in Indonesia, religious documents in Indonesia governing interfaith marriages in Indonesia and also human rights documents. This research is also supported by secondary data sources, other research results and other related documents. Methods of data collection carried out through documentation. The results of this study indicate that a juridical perspective covering the Marriage Law, religious law, and human rights tends to prohibit the implementation of interfaith marriages. Interfaith marriages can have implications for the validity of the marriage itself and the status of its offspring.

This research aims to analyze the philosophical reasons for Husein Muhammad's thoughts about the importance of the equal distribution of inheritance between men and women in Islamic inheritance law, as well as the method of legal reform that he uses when understanding verses about inheritance. This research is field research. Data was collected through virtual interviews. Data analysis was descriptive qualitative, with maslahah theory, and historical and sociological approaches. The research findings show that one of the reasons why verses about inheritance need to be reinterpreted, according to Husein, is because these verses fall into the category of mutashabihat verses (interpretable) so they need to be reinterpreted by looking at the current context. Another reason is that the inheritance verses that regulate section 2:1 for men and women in the Prophet's era were only intended for the context of society at that time, where women had no inheritance rights, and even women were used as objects of inheritance. Nowadays, the existence of women is growing. That way the portion of their inheritance should be reformed and adapted to current socio-cultural developments. Husein emphasized that gender bias occurs due to bias when interpreting the Qur’an, and the influence of patriarchal culture.

Agama merupakan pedoman hidup keseharian rakyat Indonesia. Tanpa agama maka seseorang tidak dapat hidup sebagai warga negara Indonesia, karena jiwa bangsa Indonesia adalah masyarakat religious yang percaya akan adanya Tuhan yang Maha Esa. Oleh karenanya pandangan hidup masyarakat Indonesia harus dilandasi dengan semangat beragama yang mengajarkan kebeneran dan toleransi terhadap pemeluk agama lain.

Pemerintahan Republik Indonesia saat ini menganut Undang-Undang Dasar yang tercermin dalam Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Pada tanggal 18 Agustus 1945, PPKI mengesahkan UUD 1945 sebagai konstitusi negara. Di Indonesia, UUD RIS berlaku sejak 27 Desember 1949, dan UUDS 1950 berlaku di Indonesia sejak 17 Agustus 1950. Pemulihan UUD 1945 disahkan dengan Keputusan Presiden tanggal 5 Juli 1959. Hal itu kemudian diakui DPR pada 22 Juli 1959. Ketika negara Indonesia pertama terbentuk, salah satu tujuan utamanya adalah mewujudkan keadilan sosial yang lebih besar bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Dalam rumusan ini, fokusnya bukan pada kepentingan individu, tetapi pada kepentingan seluruh rakyat Indonesia.
