The Covid-19 pandemic has made changes in all fields, including education. Everyone in the field of education is required to do online learning. There are many obstacles in online learning, one of which is the decline of the academic quality of students. The purpose of this study is to find out the best practices of leadership implemented by the Principal of SD MuhammadiyahKarangkajen 4 Yogyakarta in improving the academic quality of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researchers used qualitative method and the data of the research were collectedthrough observation and interviews with school principal and the teachers. The results of this study showed that the principal opened a learning consultation service in schools. Beside the school continued implementing the health protocols recommended by the government and several requirements such as teachers and students must be in good health, not from outside the city, and no family has been affected by COVID-19. The existence of study consultations at schoolmade thestudents more enthusiastic in learning, more responsible in doing their tasks, their academic scores increase.

Manajemen pemberdayaan tenaga administrasi di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Telukjambe Timur Karawang merupakan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dalam pemberdayaan tenaga administrasi, dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas dan profesionalisme tenaga administrasi di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Telukjambe Timur Karawang. Diantaranya fungsi manajemen dalam pemberdayaan tenaga administrasi, pelaksanaan pemberdayaan tenaga administrasi dan evaluasi pemberdayaan tenaga administrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atau mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengelolaan pemberdayaan aparatur administrasi di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Telukjambe Timur Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara terkait dengan objek yang diteliti kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Perencanaan pemberdayaan aparatur madrasah di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Telukjambe Timur telah direncanakan oleh kepala madrasah. 2) penyelenggaraan pemberdayaan tenaga administrasi di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Telukjambe Timur dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah, 3) pelaksanaan pemberdayaan tenaga administrasi di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Telukjambe Timur dilaksanakan di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Telukjambe Timur, 4) Evaluasi pemberdayaan aparatur madrasah di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Telukjambe Timur telah dievaluasi oleh kepala madrasah. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengelolaan pemberdayaan aparatur administrasi di MTs Al-Fathimiyah Telukjambe Timur Karawang telah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan pengelolaan pemberdayaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan beberapa hal yang mencakup tentang implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar, Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dari implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar mencakup 2 hal yaitu manajemen kurikulum dan manajemen kesiswaan. Dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah melalaui manajemen kurikulum ada beberapa tahap yaitu (1) Perencanaan kurikulum di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar dengan cara melakukan kegiatan merencanakan segala aspek yang berhubungan dengan kurikulum. (2) Pengorganisasian kurikulum di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar dengan cara menyusun kurikulum yang meliputi: menyusun kelompok mata pelajaran, menyusun beban belajar di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar, menyusun jadwal pelajaran, menyusun kegiatan pengembangan diri, membagi tugas mengajar bagi guru sesuai dengan bidang keahlian masing-masing dan menentukan hari mengajar. (3) Pelaksanaan kurikulum di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar dibagi menjadi 2 tingkat, kurikukulm tingkat sekolah dan tingkat kelas. (4) Evaluasi kurikulum di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar melakukan analisis kurikulum selama 1 tahun. Dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah melalaui manajemen kesiswaan ada beberapa komponen yang perlu dijalankan yaitu (1) Penerimaan peserta didik baru di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar meliputi: perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik membentuk panitia PPDB, menetukan daya tampung sekolah, membuat syarat-syarat penerimaan siswa baru, menetukan kriteria penerimaan siswa baru, melakukan promosi terkait penerimaan siswa baru, dan sistem pelaksanaan siswa baru melalui jalur seleksi, dan mengadakan orientasi siswa baru. (2) pelaporan kemajuan belajar murid di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar meliputi: buku pribadi anak, buku penilain harian, dan rapor siswa, (3) bimbingan dan pembinaan disiplin murid di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar diantaranya: siswa dapat mengupayakan dan berusaha untuk melakukan hal-hal berikut, hadir di sekolah 10 menit sebelum pelajaran dimulai, mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dipilihnya, mematuhi tata tertib sekolah, tidak meninggalkan sekolah tanpa izin, dan memngikuti kegiatan bimbingan konseling, dan lain-lain yang dapat meningkatkan disiplin siswa.

Strategi pengembangan manajemen peserta didik sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas peserta didiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan MTsN Padang Panjang dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru, orientasi yang dilakukan kepada peserta didik baru dan manajemen yang diterapkan dalam pembinaan sebagai usaha meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTsN Padang Panjang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MTsN Padang Panjang menerapkan strategi penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan seleksi yang relatif ketat dengan memadukan antara manajemen modern dan konservatif. Di antara strategi yang diterapkan adalah dengan pendaftaran calon peserta didik secara on line. Strategi orientasi peserta didik baru diketahui dari pelaksanaan Matsama (Masa Ta’aruf Siswa) yang lebih menerapkan pendekatan religius, kedisiplinan dan membangun kebersamaan. Strategi pembinaan peserta didik dilakukan secara kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Pembinaan secara kurikuler dilakukan secara terstruktur, efektif, dan berkesinambungan, seperti kegiatan pembelajaran mata pelajaran dan tahfiz al Qur’an. The industrial revolution 4.0 opened the eyes of every leader to fundamentally change, in every aspect of life. Changes and effects of the 4.0 revolution on education, progress and improvement in the quality and personality of its leaders. The development of science and technology undeniably influences the process of school organization in producing outputs that are ready to compete in the world of big data and discruptions. Responding to the challenges of the digital age, leaders need to prepare capable and skilled human resources, able to solve problems, communicate and collaborate with all lines. Teachers must get out of the mindset and safety zone for the learning process in an all-digital era and the principal is prepared externally and internally to adjust to the development of the industrial era 4.0 and distribution. The leader's personality is the total ethical appearance in leading and communicating and socializing with members of the organization.

A bad moral that continues and seems increasingly out of control and undirected. Impairment of personal qualities that are not good by the successor of this nation occurs in all aspects, ranging from speaking, how to dress and also behavior. For that character education is very important to be instilled especially in schools by using the management of character education itself well. This study aims to determine the implementation of character education management in SDIT Tahfizh Qur'an Al-Jabar Telukjambe Barat Karawang in an effort to realize the morals of students. use the description method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by documentation, observation, interviews related to the object being examined. Then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that (1) Planning for character education at SDIT Tahfizh Qur'an is carried out through a meeting at the beginning of the year by involving many parties both teachers, staff, other employees and parents (2) implementing character education at SDIT Tahfizh Qur'an Al-Jabar through integration of character values into subject matter, teacher training by inviting experts, curriculum additions or improvements, teacher habituation and exemplary (3) evaluation (assessment) of character education management in SDIT Tahfizh Qur'an Al-Jabar ie the principal evaluates one week two times to each class and students are given an evaluation book when doing activities at home.

This study aimed to assess the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance, organizational culture on teacher performance and assess the effect of organizational climate and organizational culture together on the teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan. The sample of the study involved 48 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan by using total sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The findings revealed that (1) Organizational climate significantly influence the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan. (2) Organizational culture significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan. (3) Organizational climates and organizational culture together significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan.

The purpose of the study was to describe the planning, implementation and supervision of principals in shaping the personality of students in SDN 31 Batu Bulek, Lintau Buo Utara Sub District. This study uses a case study approach. This research belongs to the category of field research. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Collecting research data is done by observation, interview and documentation study. Research results (1). Planning Principals in shaping the personality of students by making planning characters to be formed, Planning in personality formation strategies, Planning in shaping student character based on student development, Factors considered in planning for the formation of student personality and Planning Principal in organizing the responsible Activities. (2). The implementation of the Principal in shaping the personality of students, with several programs, namely: Intensive teacher development, Involving Teachers in shaping the personality of students and Development of school culture. (3). Supervision of Principals in shaping the personality of students is done by controlling the personality of the teacher and students, controlling the principal in supervising the role of the teacher and controlling the principal in seeing the teacher's efforts and involving the teacher in the control.
