MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEWUJUDKANBUDAYA RELIGIUS DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TERPADU AR-RAHMANPALANGKI 学校的第一次管理是在学校革命后的第二所学校中间。

The purpose of this study was to find out how principals in applying religious culture and to find out the forms of religious culture that were applied at SDIT Ar Rahman Palangki . The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research informants were five people. Data collection tools are researchers as key instruments and supporting instruments are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, field notes, and mobile phones. Data collection techniques are participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting conclusions data. The results of the study show that Principal Management in realizing religious culture starts from planning (daily programs, weekly programs, quarterly programs, and semester programs). Then organizing (division of tasks). Furthermore, the implementation, namely tahfiz, memorization of hadith, azan, dhikr, prayer, sunnah fasting, dhuha prayer, midnight prayer congregation, open together and MABIT. Furthermore, supervision, supervision or evaluation carried out is a routine meeting every month and through the student's daily personal books.

This study aims to determine the planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the recruitment of educators at SDIT Sa’adiah Salayo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in the study were the chairman of the foundation, the principal, and the head of the administration of SDIT Sa’adiah Salayo. Data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model which divides data analysis into three namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing techniques using data triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that the management of the recruitment of educators at SDIT Sa'adiah Salayo, began planning the recruitment of educators including: analysis of needs, preparation of recruitment, and determination of recruitment qualifications. Organizing the recruitment of educators also goes well in the process of recruiting new educators at SDIT Sa'adiah Salayo, which always maintains coordinated cooperation with one another from the foundation to the committee for the recruitment of new teaching staff. The recruitment of educators at SDIT Sa'adiah Salayo includes: dissemination of recruitment announcements for educators, acceptance of applications, selection of educators, and decisions on recruitment of educators. As well as conducting good supervision from the foundation and the principal of the recruitment committee, during the recruitment took place at SDIT Sa'adiah Salayo. MANAJEMEN KERJA KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENERAPKAN BUDAYA ISLAMI DI MAS SALIMPAUNG KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

The departs from the constraints of the MAS Salimpaung in applying discipline specifically Islamic culture is the students are required to practice all the theories that have been learned to be practiced in their daily lives at school. Such as the obligation to shake hands by kissing hands before entering class, performing dhuha prayer, midnight prayer in congregation, and checking each student's activities in the form of Islam, both in the school environment and outside the school environment. Islamic culture is formed wherever students are. The formulation of Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung , is carried out by the foundation, committee and several related teachers. The results of the formulation are: routine, spontaneous, exemplary and conditioning activities. The formulation was carried out in the school by experiencing 3 obstacles, namely, there was no reference to the program as a comparison, it was not presented by people who were experienced in formulating and lacking precisely the time of deliberation, because it was carried out in the afternoon. Working management implementation of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture , that, routine activities that run at MAS Salimpaung such as every morning, pray before and after lessons, Dhuha prayer, memorizing letters, and midday prayers. This activity includes daily activities, while weekly activities such as muhadharah are attended by all monthly school residents such as every three months a student and teacher tent is held. Annual activities such as mabid in the month of Ramadan, the celebration of Idul Fitri adn Idul Adha. (3). The evaluate method of Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung is carried out by examining more deeply the constraints found in the field, as well as holding a monthly evaluation meeting with the MAS Salimpaung Foundation.

PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DI KABUPATEN AGAM 宗教区宗教学校校长的领导能力受到精神和人格的影响

The problem of this thesis related to the emotional intelligence and personality of the headmaster in state of  madrasah at Agam Regency. The purpose of this thesis is to: 1) to know how much the influence of emotional intelligence in the leadership of the headmaster of Madrasah  in Agam regency, 2) to Know how much  the influence of personality of the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah  in Agam regency, 3) to Know how much the influence of emotional and personality intelligence  in the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah  in Agam regency. The research method used descriptive analysis with quantitative approach through the technique of correlation of the data analysis and regression by using parametric statistics. Data was taken by using questionnaire. The population of this reseaerch were MTsN teachers in Agam Regency, the total of  the population is 450 people, with the sample of  this research were 85 teachers. The results of this research , stated that  two independent variables of emotional intelligence and personality had a significant influence on the leadership of the headmaster of  madrasah in Agam regency. Thus the hypothesis which stated that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the leadership of the headmaster of madrasah  is accepted. Likewise, the hypothesis that stated there is an influence of personality on the leadership of the headmaster is also accepted. Emotional intelligence and personality  had influence of the leadership of the headmaster in  madrasa at Agam Regency.

MODEL PELATIHAN BERBASIS NEED ASSESMENT DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK PENGAWAS PAI 基于培训的模型需要评估提高学术监督的能力PAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: pelaksanaan pelatihan bagi pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelatihan pengawas PAI, model pelatihan yang sudah dilakukan Balai Diklat Keagamaan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI, dan model pelatihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang sesuai dengan perencanaan, namun belum didasarkan kepada analisis kebutuhan peserta pelatihan. Di antara faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pelatihan pengawas PAI oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang adalah sudah adanya petunjuk tentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan secara lengkap yang mencakup teknis, disain dan evaluasi pelatihan. Di antara faktor penghambat pelatihan pengawas PAI adalah minimnya kemampuan sebagian peserta pelatihan dalam menguasai IT serta alokasi dana pelatihan yang sangat terbatas. Berdasarkan data tersebut dihasilkan sebuah produk model pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat.

Based on observation in the field, the researchers find that the pedagogic and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency are relatively low. The researcher think that the lack of pedagogic and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency was due to the low contribution about the implementation of the supervisor task. The study population were all PAI teachers  MTsN in Solok Regency as 190 peoples. The samples are 48 peoples obtained by using proportional startified random sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire technique using a Likert scale. The first and second hypotheses were tested using simple regression techniques and correlation, while the third hypotheses with multiple regression technique and correlation. The result of data analysis showed thats: (1) the duty supervisur has contribution significantly 93,3% to all PAI theachers  MTsN in Solok Regency, (2) the implementation of the task supervisor contribute significantly 93,5% to all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency competence and professional, (3) the implementation of task supervisor has contribution to the supervisor simultaneously and significantly 93,5% the pedagogic competence and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency. It was concluded that the implementation of the task supervisor is an important one that can influence and professional compeence of all PAI teachers  MTsN in Solok Regency , beside other varibles not be examined in this study.

Sources of data consist of interviews with lecturers and team of journal publications, document studies, and reports on the achievements of publications of scientific papers. This study uses inductive thinking. Latar belakang  penelitian ini adalah kurang baiknya Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan kurangnya  Peran Komite Sekolah sehingga mengakibatkan belum terpenuhinya ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan berapa besar kontribusi  Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif  yang menggambarkan kondisi lapangan  secara apa adanya dengan melihat berbagai masalah yang timbul saat ini. Hipotesis penelitian dalam penelitian adalah : (1) Terdapatnya kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. (2)  Terdapatnya kontribusi Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. (3) Terdapatnya kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru IPA SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto yang berjumlah 30 orang Jumlah sampel penelitian  sebanyak 30 orang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini  dengan menggunakan metode “ Total Sampling”. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terungkap bahwa : (1)  Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan  terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, sebesar 27,1 %. (2) Peran Komite Sekolah berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, sebesar 26,2 %. (3) Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah ( X 1 )  dan variabel Peran Komite Sekolah (X2) berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan  terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, dan ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto ditentukan oleh Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah  dan Peran Komite Sekolah secara bersama-sama sebesar 39,5 %.

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menerapkan strategi knowledge sharing untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Madrasah Diniyah Annafi’iyah Nurul Jadid. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. hasil dari penelitian ini knowledge sharing dalam menigkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan cara, antara lain 1) Merubah mindset dan revolusi mental 2) Pelatihan 3) Pengawasan 4) Reward dan punisment. Hasil dari adanya knowledge sharing dapat menambah pengetahuan atau wawasan dan  pengalaman baru, sehingga tetap terjaga kualitas sumber daya manusia di madrasah. Penerapan strategi knowledge sharing yang dilakukan seorang pemimpin dapat memberi manfaat bagi sumber daya lembaga sendiri dan bisa mengembangkan lembaga untuk terus maju lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Strategi Knowledge Sharing dan Sumber Daya Manusia The purpose of this study is to apply knowledge sharing strategies to improve the quality of human resources in Nurul Jadid's Diniyah Annafi'iyah Madrasah. The research methodology used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection is done by interview and observation. the results of this research are knowledge sharing in improving the quality of human resources by means of, among others: 1) changing mental mindset and revolution 2) training 3) supervision 4) rewards and punishments. The results of knowledge sharing can add new knowledge or insights and experiences, so that the quality of human resources is maintained in the madrasa. The application of knowledge sharing strategies carried out by a leader can benefit the institution's own resources and can develop institutions to continue to advance better. This research is motivated because MAN 2 Batusanggkar already brought positive changes to the collar in the quality of schooling. This is evidenced by the many religious programs, science, scouts, sport and art that have been realized. The program that has been realized is a scout camp between schools of West Sumatra, calligraphy training, development of new classes, building and other art. As for the purpose of this research is because they want to understand the phenomenon of the leadership of Principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar Distric and to look for the meaning behind the facts about the leadership of Principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar Distric. Research method in this research is a qualitative. The qualitative research is a research procedure with the results of descriptive data. In collecting the data, researchers conducted observation, direct interviews and documentation study. Observation, direct interviews and documentation study that examined do is about the leadership implementation of head master to improve quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar District. The results of this research showed (1). MAN 2 Batusanggkar school principals have the multi-style leadership, in carrying out their duties this kind of leader would welcome suggestions from subordinates and even critics ask of them for the successful joint work. (2). The strategy used in general is a bridge between the hearts of human resources, the division of tasks in accordance with the competency of teachers, there is a clear timetable, the evaluation of direct and indirect evaluation, and each teacher mengahargai each other and help each other. (3). Research method in this research is a qualitative. The qualitative research is a research procedure with the results of descriptive data. In collecting the data, researchers conducted observation, direct interviews and documentation study. Observation, direct interviews and documentation study that examined do is about the leadership implementation of head master to improve quality of education in MAN 2 Batusanggkar Tanah Datar District. The results of this research showed (1). MAN 2 Batusanggkar school principals have the multi-style leadership, in carrying out their duties this kind of leader would welcome suggestions from subordinates and even critics ask of them for the successful joint work. (2). The strategy used in general is a bridge between the hearts of human resources, the division of tasks in accordance with the competency of teachers, there is a clear timetable, the evaluation of direct and indirect evaluation, and each teacher mengahargai each other and help each other. (3).
