USE OF DIGITAL ENCYCLOPEDIA MEDIA TO DEVELOP COGNITIVE ASPECTS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD 利用数字百科全书媒体发展幼儿的认知方面

Abstract Early childhood education is essentially education organized with the aim to facilitate the growth and development of children as a whole. Cognitive development refers to the child's development in thinking and the ability to give reasons. Digital encyclopedia media is one of the supporting activities in playing, because through these media children can find out a lot of things by looking at pictures, writing, listening to sounds, also can grow cognitive development or knowledge of children about everything that is found or not around their environment .The research method used in this study is descriptive with qualitative analysis with data collection techniques through observation of four students with age groups 5 to 6 years and interviews with two teachers, documentation and literature. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the planning of using digital encyclopedia media to develop cognitive aspects of early childhood, (2) to know the use of digital encyclopedia media in developing cognitive aspects of early childhood, (3) knowing the results of the application of media encyclopedia digital in developing cognitive aspects of early childhood (4) knowing the factors that become difficulties or obstacles in the use of digital encyclopedia media. Keywords: Early Childhood, Cognitive Development, Digital Media Encyclopedia
摘要幼儿教育本质上是为了促进儿童整体的成长和发展而组织的教育。认知发展是指孩子的思维发展和推理能力。数字百科全书媒体是游戏的辅助活动之一,因为通过这些媒体,孩子们可以通过看图片、写作、听声音来发现很多东西,还可以培养孩子们对周围环境的认知发展或知识。本研究采用的研究方法是描述性和定性分析,采用数据收集技术,通过对四名5至6岁学生的观察和对两名教师的访谈、文献和文献。本研究的目的是:(1)描述使用数字百科全书媒体发展幼儿认知方面的计划,(3)了解数字媒体百科全书在幼儿认知方面的应用结果(4)了解在使用数字百科全书媒体时成为困难或障碍的因素。关键词:幼儿期,认知发展,数字媒体百科全书

Abstract Non-formal Early Childhood is a symbol of the council school, when viewed from the tuition fee that is voluntary and not mandatory, so do not imagine this school has the good facilities. In terms of places, early childhood doesn't have own building, mostly using village hall or other public facilities such as mosques or musholla. This limitation also has an impact on early childhood space for learning. Children cannot play and move freely and develop themselves. The environmental of learning should be a lot of attention, the environment will affect the learning process and learning outcomes of children . This research is qualitative research with study descriptive. This research is based on the problem of various conditions of environmental management learning at Early Chilhood Education (PAUD) Noor Rakhmah related to facilities and infrastructure. Tutors have an important role in optimizing the management of early childhood learning environments. The purpose of this research is to obtain data that is: (1) The planning process conducted by Tutor PAUD Noor Rakhmah in optimizing the early childhood learning environment. (2) The implementation process conducted by Tutor PAUD Noor Rakhmah in optimizing the early childhood learning environment. (3) The evaluation process conducted by PAUD Noor Rakhmah Tutor on the utilization of early childhood learning environment.Keywords: Environmental Management Learning, Early Childhood

Indonesian reading culture is very low. Various ways to increase interest in reading have been done by the government. Reading Reading Movement, National Movement of Literacy of Nations has been regulated in Law no 43 of 2007 and Permendikbud No 23 year 2005. In support of the program, this research is conducted in Community Literacy Movement by Leader's Reading Challenge (LRC) method. This initiative is a form of Community Empowerment in Tourism Awareness Group (TAG)  Stone  Garden of West Bandung regency. The study titled Use of Leader's Reading Challenge (LRC) Method in Improving Reading Interest of Tourism Awareness Group (TAG) of West Bandung Regency through Community Reading Garden. LRC is a method used from South Australia namely Premier Reading Challenge (RRC). The method used is descriptive qualitative research. By taking observation data, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. Initial Conditions of the people who studied have low interest in reading because many factors cause. It is very influential is the low education, low economic and less facilitated to read and no activities of literacy movements in these tourist attractions. So after the research done, it appears the increase of reading interest with the indicator, reading activities in Community Reading Park (CRP) or in the tourist spot when .The indicator of reading success is that there has been the number of books read, there has been a review made also the existence of tree literasi. Internal factor which become indicator of success is with data of result of questionnaire expressing happiness after reading book. They feel happy with LRC Literacy activity. Constraints certainly exist, which is still a lot of interesting books to read, there are still activities that encourage people to motivate reading fond. There is still much more role and support from the government and the wider community in providing funds and also providing the means to manage Community Reading Gardens and the management of tourism literacy groups.
印尼的阅读文化很低。政府采取了各种方法来提高人们对阅读的兴趣。2007年第43号法律和2005年第23号法律对阅读运动、国家扫盲运动作出了规定。为了支持该项目,本研究采用领袖阅读挑战(LRC)方法在社区扫盲运动中进行。该倡议是西万隆县旅游意识小组(TAG)石园社区赋权的一种形式。本研究题为“利用领导者阅读挑战(LRC)方法通过社区阅读花园提高万隆西区旅游意识小组(TAG)的阅读兴趣”。LRC是南澳大利亚州使用的一种方法,即Premier Reading Challenge(RRC)。所使用的方法是描述性定性研究。通过收集观察数据、访谈、问卷调查、文献研究和文献资料。由于多种因素的影响,研究对象的初始条件对阅读兴趣较低。影响很大的是,这些旅游景点的教育程度低,经济水平低,阅读不方便,没有扫盲运动。因此,研究表明,在社区阅读公园(CRP)或旅游景点进行阅读活动时,阅读兴趣随着指标的增加而增加。阅读成功的指标是有多少本书读过,有没有做过书评也有没有树文学。成为成功指标的内在因素是问卷调查结果中表达读书后幸福感的数据。他们对LRC扫盲活动感到满意。制约因素当然存在,仍然有很多有趣的书可以读,仍然有一些活动鼓励人们激发阅读兴趣。政府和广大社区在提供资金、管理社区阅读花园和管理旅游扫盲团体方面仍有更多的作用和支持。

Childrens is a mandate from Allah SWT that entrusted to all parents which will eventually be asked for responsibility. Every childrens born pure and clean,  both parents is making them into Jewish, Christian, Magi (HR Bukhari Muslim). So that childrens is a very weak person that will always rely to every human being around them. Physically one children is a base that can be build into so many shapes. Therefore all the childrens need a serious attentions, since every childs will absorbed everythings they see or hear because they have no power to refuse it. So it has become the responsibility of the parents or the people around them to give the attention about religious issues include, faith, worship, and morals. Because religion is a guideline to every humans life whether in this world and hereafter, so that its very affect every aspect in humans life whether its body or its soul. Every childrens that has potention from the day they born is possible to grow and can be fostered with religious values from an early age. If not properly fostered the period of physical and psychological development will be missed. This will be very harmful to every childrens, because if the development of their religious souls is good, they will keep it in their heart and will got an amazing values in their future. Al Qur’an saids that educations is one of the effort that will lead every human being to the way of Allah SWT with a thoughtfull ways, good advice will come with a good point of view too. Educations is a thing to one effort or process which held with consiousness, planned well and responsible, so that this required an educations method that fit perfectly to the target or an educations purpose that want to be achieve. The essence of religious educations is the foundations of religious morality to the childrens, while teaching is to give a knowledge to the protégé. Religious educations basically is to train (continue) rligious purity that every childs have since their birth, so that wont fade into atheism or even turn Into other religion except Islam. So that need to be our concern to habituate every child to do their responsibility to implement religious law and to stay away from its prohibition.

Utilization of Life Skills Training Results In Enhancing Self-Employed Alumni LKP Nuning Kota Cimahi 利用生活技能训练成果提升自雇校友LKP努宁哥打契马希

Entrepreneurship is the right choice to improve the life of the economy independently. Whether it's the economy of ourselves personally, even the economy in general in a bigger scope. Cimahi City as one of the cities in Indonesia that has the number of unemployed as many as 2,903 people in 2015. Based on data obtained from the Department of Manpower Cimahi City in 2016, it is known that only about 25.2% alone the amount of unemployment that can be absorbed on the job there is. Based on the conditions in this field, needed an empowerment to overcome the condition. One of the empowerment activities that can be done to overcome this condition through life skills training in the field of bridal makeup organized by Course and Training Institute. But the activity of the alumni of post life skill training training needs to be seen again. Like what the alumni are applying the results of training in entrepreneurship.               This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. The subject of this research is alumni of LKP Nuning Kota Cimahi in bridal make up. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the life skills training process in bridal makeup field consists of preparation process, implementation process, evaluation process, and mentoring process. It can be said that 75% of LKP Nuning alumni in the field of bridal makeup have successfully entrepreneurship independently.               This bridal makeup training really helps the alumni in improving their economic and social position in the community. After the training, the alumni began to pioneer their business independently. Promoting online and offline, improving existence through professional organization activities, as well as setting aside funds for upgrading on her dressing skills. In addition, they begin to encounter the obstacles in it. In general, the obstacles faced are divided into 4 issues namely, capital constraints, business competition obstacles, barriers to trend changes that are too fast, and hambantan management of business management. However, not all alumni succeeded in becoming bridal cosmetic. Whether it's the economy of ourselves personally, even the economy in general in a bigger scope. Cimahi City as one of the cities in Indonesia that has the number of unemployed as many as 2,903 people in 2015. Based on data obtained from the Department of Manpower Cimahi City in 2016, it is known that only about 25.2% alone the amount of unemployment that can be absorbed on the job there is. Based on the conditions in this field, needed an empowerment to overcome the condition. One of the empowerment activities that can be done to overcome this condition through life skills training in the field of bridal makeup organized by Course and Training Institute. But the activity of the alumni of post life skill training training needs to be seen again. Like what the alumni are applying the results of training in entrepreneurship.               This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. The subject of this research is alumni of LKP Nuning Kota Cimahi in bridal make up. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the life skills training process in bridal makeup field consists of preparation process, implementation process, evaluation process, and mentoring process. It can be said that 75% of LKP Nuning alumni in the field of bridal makeup have successfully entrepreneurship independently.               This bridal makeup training really helps the alumni in improving their economic and social position in the community. After the training, the alumni began to pioneer their business independently. Promoting online and offline, improving existence through professional organization activities, as well as setting aside funds for upgrading on her dressing skills. In addition, they begin to encounter the obstacles in it. In general, the obstacles faced are divided into 4 issues namely, capital constraints, business competition obstacles, barriers to trend changes that are too fast, and hambantan management of business management. However, not all alumni succeeded in becoming bridal cosmetic. Abstract Development of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) learning includes the field of developing behavioral formation and the field of developing basic skills. The field of developing behavioral formation includes religious and moral and social emotional values. While the development of basic abilities includes language, cognitive, and physical or motoric abilities. One area of basic development that needs to be developed  is language development. Language skills are important because speaking with children will express their desires and can communicate with others around them. Language is an expression of mind and knowledge when children will interact with others. Children who are growing and developing communicate the needs of their thoughts and feelings through language, The objectives of this research are: (1) Describe the planning strategy to improve the development of early childhood language through the role playing method in the macro play center. (2) Describe the implementation of strategies to improve the development of early childhood language through the role playing method in the macro play center. (3) Describe the evaluation of strategies to improve the development of early childhood language through the role playing method in the macro play center. (4) Describe the results of strategies to improve the development of early childhood language through role playing methods in the macro play center. Learning methods that can be used to help improve children's language development are through the role playing method in the macro play center. The process of community economic development by involving the community directly from planning, implementation to evaluation is a model of empowerment that raises human dignity on the real essence. The villagers is not only an object of development, but every individual is required to be involved in the whole process of empowerment. However, in its implementation there are many obstacles, then this article tries to analyze the inhibiting factors as well as solutions of empowerment program of Human Resources in Mulyodadi village. Mulyodadi was selected as a research sample, because of agricultural typology and eco-cultural tourism that developed well. By using qualitative method and taking data through interview, observation, and documentation (triangulation). Finally this article found two factors inhibiting the empowerment of human resources that is internal and external aspects. However, these two factors can be solved with some solutions and approaches made by the government and the community.

COMPETENCE IMPROVEMENT OF POLRI EDUCATORS THROUGH SPREADING TRAINING 传播培训对公安教育工作者能力提升的影响

The development of science and technology today demands changes and a better and more mature working mechanism in anticipating every challenge in the community. This also applies to the Indonesian National Police. Therefore, competencies and abilities must always be developed and improved. Therefore, the Cisarua National Police School (SPN), West Java Regional Police is trying to develop various competencies needed to address the challenges and needs of the community. Not only for students but also for educators at the Cisarua National Police, West Java Regional Police, through a refresher training program. The theoretical basis used for this theory is the theory of education outside of school, theory of education and training. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the instrument of interview guidance, documentation study and observation. The results of this study found that the refresher training planning was carried out by identifying the needs and availability of available resources, the implementation of refresher training using a humanist approach, demontrative methods and practice where police educators at the Cisarua National Police in West Java Regional Police are expected to be able to follow the program to be able to provide direction and understanding the competence and capability of the Indonesian National Police in the community, while the evaluation in this activity was carried out to be able to provide feedback in the implementation of future activities. The obstacles encountered were not directly seen to have a significant impact, however, there were several obstacles, namely learning methods that needed to be strengthened, instruments and learning media that needed to be developed in order to answer the needs of the trainees. The general conclusion of this study is the refresher training in the Cisarua NES, West Java Regional Police, has provided an opportunity to develop, improve and maintain the competence of the teaching staff at the Cisarua National Police in West Java Regional Police.

SCIENCE LEARNING IN EARLY CHILDHOOD 幼儿科学学习

Science trains children experimenting with carrying out multiple experiments, enriching children's insights to always want to try and try. So that science can lead and encourage children to be a creative and full of initiative and can build a knowledge that later can be used in adulthood. Science familiarizes children following the experimental stages and should not hide a failure. That is, science can train positive mental, logical thinking, and order (systematic). In addition, it can also train children to be careful, because children must observe, make predictions, and make decisions. The introduction of early science should be tailored to the child's developmental level and characteristics, the educator does not stuff the child with the concept but facilitates the child to discover facts and concepts in a simple experiment. Like scientists, children need skills on how to use observing, classifying, measuring, predicting, experimenting and communicating skills. Basically, activities in the concept of science can be learned through simple and simple daily experiences. Fun and exciting atmosphere will motivate the child to continuously seek answers to what the child thinks and prove because in essence the child is born with something miraculous to bring curiosity or find out about what he saw, heard and felt in the neighborhood.

Abstract The Center for Development of Early Childhood Education and Community Education (PP PAUD and Dikmas) West Java  has programmed Online Basic Level of Leveled Training for Early Childhood and Care Education (ECCE) Teachers. The Leveled Training consists of basic, intermediate, and advance level which are constructed to improve the competence of three levels of ECCE teachers (junior assistance, assistance, and ECCE teachers), continuously and gradually. The online basic level training is supposed to provide junior assistant of ECCE teacher with minimum competency.The focus this study is to investigate how the management of online basic level training in improving  the competence of ECCE teachers developed by PP PAUD and Dikmas West Java.The Purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of online basic level training in improving the competence of ECCE teachers. Supporting theories of this study are the management concept, training, online learning and competency of ECCE teachers.The methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative with ex-post facto approach. The data obtained through analysis of documents and interviews with the organizer, instructor, mentor, administrator and alumni of Training. The subjects are five people consisting of the  organizer, instructor, mentor, administrator and alumni of Training.Based on the analysis of data and discussion of research result, the findings are: (1) planning phase of  online training was done with writing design, setting up learning media and tools, designing Content Management System (CMS) and Learning Management System (CMS); (2) Implementation of the online basic level  Training  employed three main strategies, i.e. face-to-face online, tutorials online and independent learning; (3) Evaluation of the online basic level  Training  was divided into two parts, the evaluation results include (a) cognitive, (b) affective (c) psychomotor, and program evaluation.Recommendations for the organizers are to increase server capacity, improve the Content Management System and Learning Management System, develop online intermediate and advance levels of leveled Training for improving the competence of ECCE teachers and develop other online trainings.  Recommendation for the instructors and mentors are to provide more intensive enrichment of training materials, of operating IT and online activities, and completing of SOP of supervisors and mentors. Keyword : Management, online Training, ECCE teachers

Rahman","doi":"10.22460/empowerment.v7i2p313-318.923","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22460/empowerment.v7i2p313-318.923","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract The Center for Development of Early Childhood Education and Community Education (PP PAUD and Dikmas) West Java  has programmed Online Basic Level of Leveled Training for Early Childhood and Care Education (ECCE) Teachers. The Leveled Training consists of basic, intermediate, and advance level which are constructed to improve the competence of three levels of ECCE teachers (junior assistance, assistance, and ECCE teachers), continuously and gradually. The online basic level training is supposed to provide junior assistant of ECCE teacher with minimum competency.The focus this study is to investigate how the management of online basic level training in improving  the competence of ECCE teachers developed by PP PAUD and Dikmas West Java.The Purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of online basic level training in improving the competence of ECCE teachers. Supporting theories of this study are the management concept, training, online learning and competency of ECCE teachers.The methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative with ex-post facto approach. The data obtained through analysis of documents and interviews with the organizer, instructor, mentor, administrator and alumni of Training. The subjects are five people consisting of the  organizer, instructor, mentor, administrator and alumni of Training.Based on the analysis of data and discussion of research result, the findings are: (1) planning phase of  online training was done with writing design, setting up learning media and tools, designing Content Management System (CMS) and Learning Management System (CMS); (2) Implementation of the online basic level  Training  employed three main strategies, i.e. face-to-face online, tutorials online and independent learning; (3) Evaluation of the online basic level  Training  was divided into two parts, the evaluation results include (a) cognitive, (b) affective (c) psychomotor, and program evaluation.Recommendations for the organizers are to increase server capacity, improve the Content Management System and Learning Management System, develop online intermediate and advance levels of leveled Training for improving the competence of ECCE teachers and develop other online trainings.  Recommendation for the instructors and mentors are to provide more intensive enrichment of training materials, of operating IT and online activities, and completing of SOP of supervisors and mentors. Keyword : Management, online Training, ECCE teachers","PeriodicalId":32025,"journal":{"name":"Empowerment","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47956716","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
